Unfortunately I can give neither r and m or Everwash a good review. I have had the platinum membership for close to a year. I have a white car that after rinsing always has blue, red and yellow soap still on the car. If allowed to dry it is very difficult to remove the color stains. I have repeatedly reported this to both everwash and r and m employees, with picture of my car after a car wash. After many months, nothing has changed. In fact the employees at r and m have been dismissive and rude, saying why dont you go elsewhere, or what do you expect from a cheap car wash? Well quite honestly, I expect the colored soap to be rinsed off my vehicle. I do not think that is asking too much. After multiple calls to Everlast, I have never received a return phone call. As this is the only convenient car wah to my location, I have been forced to downgrade to the silver wash, as it does not leave the colored saop. It seems an easy fix would be to have the rinse cycle repeat

Went here for an $8 car wash and left with a $300 repair bill after the machines broke off Shark Fin antenna. I submitted an incident report only to be told that it is not their fault. The manager admitted that the video shows my car entering with the fin and exiting without it.

Car wash attendant extremely rude and condescending!!! Told me after I waited for green light to come on to move into wash that I must stop my little rant and rave and look at his little yellow sign after I explained that I wash my car there 2 times a week and I always wait for the green light before I pay!! Last time I ever use this wash !! I will also spread the word!

I have been a loyal customer to Shell for a very long time, until this place presented me with preposterous rudeness and laziness. I had gone to clean my car to find a long line of cars, so I got a code, and went back to clean my car a couple of hours later. There was still a line, yet I waited. Finally, when my turn came, the code did not work. I went to the attendant to fix my problem, yet he told me to by another wash or try it again. Once again, it did not work so I went back to him. Then he told me to buy another wash or leave the wash completely. I left the wash, for there were other cars behind me. I returned later, and he then accused me of trying to play the system to wash the car again using the same code which I supposedly used to clean my car 2 hours earlier??!! He even accused many people in the area for this same incident. So, I asked to speak with the manager, and he told me that he was already aware of it, and needs to make sure that I didnt use the code when he comes back tomorrow(The manager was not even there that next day) . I told him to look at the cameras, yet he said he didnt have access to them, and only the manager does. Look at this long and frustrating story when the lazy employee could have just solved my tiny problem in less than a minute. They lost my buisiness and I made sure to write all of the details so other people would know, and not accept this kind of behavior in such a high-standard place like Laguna Niguel

Pump #1 didnt work this evening.Wouldnt let me put in my zip code, so went inside. The fat slob attendant was sleeping in his car. When i told him pump wasnt working he basically called me stupid, nothing wrong with the pump. So he rudly ran my credit card inside. Again the pump wouldnt give me any gas. Went back inside and reported it to him. He was too lazy to come and take a look, he just told me he had cancelled my transaction.Been coming here for 25 years as I live up the street.No more, i ll go somewhere else.
