Dollar store lines are usually really long. This one wasnt and it was middle of the day. The selection was good shelves were well stocked and organized. I gave it five stars because of my cashier Marie. I left something behind and she ran out to the parking lot to make sure I got it.

Im a working here and i get so many compliments on how clean our store is compared to the other ones in tricity.

Always find amazing things on a budget.

The bathroom was absolutely gross. No toilet paper, paper towels, things all over the ground. It looked like nothing had been clean for months and on top of it I was in line and one employee told me to over register 1 and when I did it move over there, the line was completely to the back causing me to lose my spot in line. At this point I wouldn’t even recommend the store was a complete mess.

Love this place it always has what i need great customer service run by carlos if youre in the tri-cities and need something quick to snack on or some arts and crafts project material theyll have what you need

Seasonal items can sell out rather quickly, so if you want it dont put off picking it up. Store is very clean compared to others in the area. It can be very busy so checkout lines can get long.

Easy to spend lots of money in this place. They have party favors, wrapping paper, bags, etc. Great place to get things for a party. They have soda and some food items. Looking for craft items? Check here first. Staff is friendly too.

Very Good Customer Service!! I was very happy with all of the help I got. Especially get good communications with the employee Misty. She helped me choosing out the best balloons. For a big birthday today.

It has a great selection of just about anything one might need in cleaning products, laundry products, needs for the bathroom, batteries. ..snacks. .party needs...you name it and generally all for just 1 dollar. They also carry some medical needs and supplies that one has in their bathroom medicine cabinet. .A very economical place to shop.

Decent variety of things from office supplies to gift wrap to snacks but often low on stock of popular items. Convenient location and great staff! Love this store.

I love going on trips here. Hands down, its the best have to get kitchen stuff and cleaning supplies. Just stay away from the toys unless you want broken pieces all over.

My favorite of the local Dollar Trees. The people are always friendly and I quickly find all that I need (and more). I will quite literally go out of my way to get to this particular one because of the service. The manager there is terrific and is quick to take care of any issues brought to his attention.

Best dollar store in the area for snacks and food options. Checkout lines can get a little long, but the staff is always helpful and friendly. Close to the mall, Amazon CS, and only a couple blocks from the highway.

Nice and big. This the place to go when you have kids. Give them a few dollars and let them buy whatever they want. Try it, works for me.

Big and Clean for a Dollar Store. Well organized and laid out. The section I went for was out of stock... Neutral baby shower items. They have lots of boy and girl, but the neutral was about out. Checked both Richland & Kennewick locations and it was low at both though. Must be a hot section. 😀 This is one of the nicer Dollar stores I have been in.

This Dollar Tree is far better than the Pasco store. Cleaner. More merchandise. Not as many kids running around and grabbing and opening toys and other stuff. And this one has frozen groceries!

This location had exactly what I needed and the associate had excellent customer service! I dont live in WA but visit here often and will return to this Dollar Tree. Thanks Tiffany!

Always clean and fairly well stocked

The restrooms are horific! I have diabetes and the restroom was disgusting I couldnt take my medicine. This is a trendy place there are disabled people who dont want to go to big lots and use the bathroom there.

Quick to get more cashiers when busy. Recently added cold section. Usually well stocked.

Always fun to check out the seasonal stuff. Best place ever to get iftvwrap

This is one of my favorite Dollar Tree stores to shop. Well organized and easy to navigate around the store.

Always busy, but a great place for items that u might know u need and cheap way for cleaning supplies and even tortillas. Bought some other day and are really good

The store was grimy. The shelves had caked on dust and dirt in the corners and the bathroom was horrible.One bathroom didnt need a key and the other bathrooms key was lost. So dont expect to be using a gender appropriate restroom or feel very comfortable in it.When I was browsing through the freezer department for something to eat I also found expired products in both the fridge, freezer and even on the shelf.The managers were even arguing with each other about a lunch break when I was there so I wont be coming back any time soon unless its for silly string.

Selection is great! Just the cashier believe her name was Kerri seemed rude, I was not greeted & she had an I dont want to be here attitude. Probably wont be back to this dollar tree.

Poor service. A line of 15 customers, only one checker open. No additional cashiers opened eventhough 2 other associates were in view.

Great prices of course but the wait is long almost every day

Very disappointing. The store is dirty and very poorly stocked. One of the clerks told us that they had cut workers hours because of the increased minimum wage. Short sighted in my opinion. Why bother going if the shelves arent stocked.

Pretty much everything you buy there its either expire or it brakes the next day.

I bpught a Sunday paper. It was in the newspaper stand. Got home. It was lat Sundays paper. Why have on the stand?

Saterdays are bizzy in the Tri Cities, if u have 4 registers USE them. I hate standing in line for 25 minuets to make my purchase. Because their is only 1 or 2 cashiers.

Your typical dollar store. Items here are usually in stock and the staff is helpful.

Dollar Tree has everything you could need .And for only a dollar . That just cant be beat by other stores. Its impossible . Lol !!
