Walmart grocery pickup... Exceptional friendly staff. Take time out or your day to help train someone close to you...to shop grocery shop online. It will help them stay healthy by limiting some exposure to airborne illnesses, etc.

Took my car in for an Oil change. The people working there where awesome. Very talkative and answered all my questions. They where super busy but still managed to be kind and patient with customers. Carried on good conversation while getting the job done.

I went back to the fabrics and found exactly what I needed. I waited at the counter to have it cut for about 15 mins pushing the bell for service 6 times and noone came. I went to the front to pay for my other things and let the guy at self checkout know that I needed fabric cut but couldnt get anyone to come back there. He talked to someone else and said we got you handled. If u want to make your way back there someone will meet you there I went back and waited another 20 mins and pushed the bell 3 more times before finally giving up and leaving very angry and without! I know to never got Walmart for fabric ever again! Richland Walmart is always so rude anyways but that was ridiculous!

Nice clean, well stocked and organized store. Of course the prices cant be beat. Always have what I need. Only downside is if you need assistance of any kind its not always easy to find.

Careful getting unloaded here. Theyll leave all the cardboard and wood inside your trailer. (Like we really have a place to dump that? 🙄) Then you tell em you need a copy of your paperwork. In one ear and out the other on that. Also, the best part, you NEVER know when theyre done unloading you because they wont come get you. Bad enough the rate for the load wasnt that good. But hey, it got me home.

Much more presentable than the Walmart store in PascoClean and well stocked

I love this store But...the shelves are never stocked. So I have to go to another store to get what I need. Yet staff are wandering around looking at inventory like their mind will help, talking to each other like its important. Dont fool us, we get it. Other stores manage to keep their shelves stocked, why not you! Please help!

You get that you pay for. Everyone knows what it is. This store usually has helpful staff and a good selection. The bathrooms are usually clean, and there arent often lines.

Went for curbside pickup and waited almost 2 hours before they brought our order out. A bunch of chimpanzees would have been more punctual and professional then these people. One would think with such poor service that they would offer a gift card or something other than just were sorry.

Luis was a great help today. Instead of just pointing where something was, he stopped what he was doing and walked me all the way on the other side of the store to where the exact item I was looking for was. He is such an asset to Walmart!

Prices are good but customer service is in need of an overhaul. 4 registers open and at least 5 people in line at each one. When they did open another register the cashier seemed irritated and did not call to the people who had been waiting at any of the other registers, just started taking people who walked up. Self checkout? Nope. They were also overrun. Understaffed? Not when there are 3 areas where we saw employees standing and chatting.

Either I came on the wrong day or someone hasnt been doing their job regarding grocery inventory. Other than being out of several name brand or Walmart generic items, the store was clean and employees helpful.

As always, never enough cashiers and in the self check, the CS person is always so friendly and courteous (YEAH RIGHT!).

Big beautiful parking lots next to other stores with big parking lots but none RV friendly, sad but true no overnight parking 😕And why not ? I Will only buy my goods from a Store that lets RV park overnight from Now on!!!

A really nice Walmart fella helped me find roasted chilis. A big help to a almost blind person!!

My experience is that it take entirely too long to get through a line of only two people i front of me who only had like 2-3 items apiece. Took total of 13 minutes. Thats way too long. On too of that I was denied a return for not having a receipt and the told I have to exchange for same item when I already bought a different brand. I will cancel my credit card and not shop Walmart anymore theyre a rip off

I dont know maybe its just me but this wal-mart seems to keep a low quality of product there clothing always seems to have a manufacturer flaw strings missed stiches almost always some kind of issue. I can really see the difference in the pack of white t-shirts that I buy there they do not compare to the same brand Id get at target or even a different wal-mart . The price of convenient shopping I guess...

They lock up their cosmetics to have you ask four people for assistance. When you finally get help they simply hand you the item to take to the register. Why have it even locked up?

Get there either early morning or mid-evening, these are the best times for getting in and out quickly. The shelves are stripped once again for quite a few products. Both grocery and household. But location is its best quality.

The parking lot is always clean and shopping carts in their prospective location. Inside of the store is clean as well as the restrooms. The employees are always friendly and eager to help

Today my mom and I were looking at the fabric cuts section and we wanted to get a clear table cover and we were waiting for about an hour in total time just waiting for someone to attend us there was this lady who was very helpful but she didn’t work there she told us she would help but she doesn’t want to get in trouble, so I went to ask someone for help they couldn’t help because it wasn’t there section and doesn’t know how to cut and assist which is understandable so we waited then I went to ask someone for help they went on the intercom asked if someone can attend fabrics we waited, more time went my we pressed the assistance button multiple times still no one showed up then the lady who was there and couldn’t help us stopped by and said she will ask someone and she did and no one came, my mom went to ask 2 people and we were still waiting then a guy from electronics came by and asked if we needed assistance with the fabrics I said we do and he went on the intercom and asked... no one showed up. Finally a guy named Juan came up he was just passing by when he asked if I needed any help I said yes! I asked him if we can get a discount because my mom and I waited soLong we needed 2 and a half yards when it came time to cut a piece of the clear table cover they only had 1 yard of 2 clear rolls and 1 new thin clear roll but my mom didn’t want the thin one she wanted one of the first ones we seenin short it was a big waste of our time! Walmart really needs to step up with their employees and their customer service the guy who helped us didn’t seem like he liked his job also I don’t want anyone else to wait as long as I did!!!

Clean,well stocked. Large selection. Lots of parking for disabled in front. You can also order online and pick up is convenient and easy, dont have to leave your car. My one request is for Walmart to carry my favorite sparkling water ( san pelligrino) I havent seen it in awhile. The produce here is fresh and low in cost.

Good just most the time customer service sucks when you try and ask someone to help you find something they really dont know where stuff is or they just Pawn you off to the next sales associate at the time when you push the button for service in one of the Departments no one shows up after the page

As a person that works in a walmart I noticed this place was nice friendly people well staffed also doing their yearly inventory... I know how this feels... I hope your inventory goes well

I recently went into Walmart looking for Canopys I called in advanced and they let me know they had some in stock. upon my arrival I found empty shelves I was then greeted by Gary an employee and if I needed help, I told him my situation and he apologized for the mis communion and said he would help me out. He checked his scanner and seen they had them in the back. He went above and beyond to help us locate them and bring them out to me. He was very attentive and made sure he did what he could to make sure I had the best service and he over exceded that, I also want to mention Willard who helped me locate and carry out my grill to my car. Im am so pleased to have met such wonderful employees even though I drove and hour away my visit was well worth the drive thank you Gary and Willard for saving my camping trip

Store shelves were pretty bare. Been there at least five times trying to redeem a gift card and finally this time I found a cashier that knew how to do it. Training is definitely needed and open up more check out lanes. We are waiting in lines everywhere and its really getting old!!!😠

I think we all know Walmart, they practically have everything you need, except for construction supplies, if you need anything food, cloth, electronic, or gardening related, they got you! You can also order on the app and they will deliver to your house, or bring your items to your car in the parking lot!

A big thank you to my cashier, Larry, the other day! He is the sweetest cashier Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was friendly, helpful, quick but patient with me as I had a huge cart full and 3 different payment methods. Lol. He really made me feel at ease after a tough day and treated me with the utmost respect. I could just tell he was a good guy. Im so happy to have chosen his line since it seemed to be moving quicker than the others. Thank you, Larry, for making my shopping experience at Walmart pleasurable. I Have been in a few different Walmarts around the US the Kennewick Washington store actually has to be probably the best. The layout and floor plan is easier to shop then any other Ive been in.Also this Walmart compared to other locations around the US has a better selection and availability of different items then other walmarts around the country also this Walmart keeps its store pretty well lighted up inside. This location could be used as an example for other stores in this retail chain

Everything we needed was in stock. There were only two checkers, sell check was open, but my dad insists on going through a checker line. So he was unhappy about the wait. I was totally happy with the time it took, Because I know if Id used self check Id been in, shopped and out the door in less than 10. Minutes.

I ordered something online for store pickup (that was the button I clicked on) but when I got to the store, they were so disorganized that I waited for over 15 minutes to pick up my items. I was later told that they only did carside pickup. Thats not ok. Probably wont do this again.

We appreciate the mask mandate still being enforced after CDC says no masks for vaccinated people, if they choose. We dont feel safe going without a mask and were vaccinated. We wont shop or patronize any businesses that allow unmasked, unvaccinated people to be indoors together. Its not a smart or safe practice. Kudos to Walmart, Kennewick, WA.

Overall an ok shopping experience. Not a fan of the mask-checkers at the door. (I prefer to make my own medical decisions, not have them determined by a company whose value of even its own employees is to decide that their beloved elderly greeters were bad for their bottom line.) Also not a fan of their gun-free policy. I dont really care that that they dont sell guns (Id never buy one from them anyway), but dont make me give up my ability to defend myself just because its the trendy thing at the big box stores these days.So essentially, theyd probably have four or five stars if they would just leave their customers alone and let them shop instead of trying to score points with the virtue signaling crowd by controlling everyone who walks through their doors.

This specific Walmart could be a bit more organized and the staff more productive. With things locked up for anti-theft measures, staff should be more available. Lines for checkout were too long.

This walmart is great and well organized. The employees are awesome and very helpful.I asked a guy if he could please get the last carton of milk way in the back. And he went into the back of the cooler and got it for me. Amazing customer service.

I was there at 8pm and there were a lot of people shopping. There were only 3 cashiers open and I counted over 30 people in line. Self checkout was closed. Walmart obviously doesnt respect its customers time. My time is valuable and I dont appreciate standing in a long checkout line taking way longer than it should have to check out.

Went in to pick up a prescription that a text message informed me was ready. I ended up waiting 25 minutes for them to fill it, but they are always busy! Customer service was fine.

Its Walmart. You either love them or hate them. I shop there more then any other place but they do have the worst in store customer service of any store I shop in. People on the floor know less about the products they sell then most customers.

Okay place- arrived when a lot of stuff needs stocked. Did not have the products we wanted in camping isle. Store wasnt busy around 9:45 a.m.

Walked in looking for a rolling cooler found for less than $20 but it wasnt priced, neither was the shelf. Oops, fortunately an employee who happened to be there was able to scan it for me.

This Walmart is one of the very worst. They have one check out open and then theyre self checkout dont take cash. I will never understand why nobody has an answer why we cant open up all these checkout stands because when you ask them well I dont know the answer to that. I would be embarrassed if I was the manager at this store. Because none of their employees know what the hell to do. Next time maybe Ill just walk in there and when it doesnt take my cash Ill just walk out with it because I guess Im paying myself a wage for having to do the self checkout

Showed up from out of town, visiting family for a birthday, wandered over to the sports/trading cards just looking and minding my business when the woman from money services wandered over and told me that they dont have any and to tell my little friends that we can all leave since they dont have any, she repeated this 3 times to me, she was needlessly rude and just assumed I was there for pokemon cards. I was shocked that an employee would just go out of her way to be rude to a customer and assume their intentions without asking how they can be of assistance first. even so she has no right to walk up to me and basically tell me to F - off. I can only hope that wal-mart coaches this woman and coaches her to give better customer service in the future and to not be rude and fair to all customers.( the time of the incident was 2:30)

Always great going inside and picking up orders through the online pick up. The customer service is always nice and especially with the online pick up they are understanding that Serberus is a puppy and teaching him to not bark and behave when hes inbthe car getting orders picked up.

Associates were very helpful in electronics.

What can I say. . . Walmart is Walmart. The last time I was in there I had a lot of items at checkout. And of course I didnt feel like doing self checkout, and why should I? Besides the line was just as long in self checkout as the other 3-YES THREE-check stands that had checkers!!! The store was packed and they were busy as all get out!! Who does that??? The first check stand I went to the man was hella rude and said that I had too many items to go through his line, are you serious?? The Kennewick Walmart needs to improve their checkout procedures like ASAP!!!!!!!!!

Go to send money for a family member that’s is out of state the website clearly states that the money center opens at 6am. I go their to send the cash just to find out that they don’t open until 8am.Why is it stated 6 on the website and actually opens at 8? Asked same question to an employee their their response “oh yea that’s wrong we don’t open until 8 “

I still like to compare prices other places but a good place for discount shopping.

Anna, a cashier that used to work night shift was on my mind when I was at this store today!! She passed away from Covid-19 earlier this year. If she had been working the rating would be a 5, she ALWAYS had a meaningful hug, asked me about my son (who is 2) and chit chatted with me about her family. I will miss seeing her sweet smiling face and this Walmart, will never be the same!! Rest in Paradise Anna!!

Great few things were out of stock other than that great experience :)

I stayed the night with my 2 dogs in the parking lot. I like that particular policy. Hope they keep it.
