Bought a braclet from here and broke within the first week of having it so we went back to exchange it told us “we can’t order items in” and then 5 minutes later the lady says “actually we can just order it” I get the second one in then breaks again so we called and they said “you need to bring the card in store or we can’t refund it” I went in to go get a refund and the lady was extremely rude and finally goes “it’ll be refunded in 5 business days to the card on file. This was after they told us they couldn’t refund it unless we had the card.

The staff were fantastic! My 3 year old got nervous at the very last minute and started to cry. The staff calmed her down and then did not ears at once quickly.

Well worth the 5 stars. The staff there are so nice, polite and patient. Very helpful and professional. I’ve bought most of my Jewelry here and now my whole family does. Love it!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The worst customer service I have ever had!!! The lady who did my nose piercing was so rude and unprofessional. She kept telling me how horrible the experience was and I should have listened and left my nose bled so much because half way through her shoving the needle through she had to stop and get something else worst pain ever will never go again nor will I EVER recommend!!!! There was so much blood she said and I quote i need to clean up the evidence looks like a crime scene. I cant believe how rude she was!!!! If I could give negative stars I would.

A guy named Eric who works there is SUPER nice and friendly he Is very knowledgeable of the jewelry there and helped me pick out a necklace for my girlfriend. Definitely going back for more pieces :)

DONT USE PIERCING GUNS! All it is, is pushing an unclean earring through your ear lobe, go to your local piercings shop and get it done correctly

They did amazing with my 2 year old daughter. Whoever the lady that was there was so patient, professional, and great with my daughter. Even after I said the alignment was good, she still took extra time to make sure it was perfect. Did 2 at same time. They were fast and accurate. Thank you

Took my son for his first piercing. Got my third. The lady was fun and professional. First time Ive ever had a freehand piercing so it hurt more than I told my son it would but he was fine with it. LOL

Had an Awesome experience they had a lot of patience with me kept dotting were I thought it would look good and made sure I was satisfied with what they were doing. The staff was so nice and friendly I will be coming back to get my next piercing done I love it here.

Just got my ears pierced i have 14k gold ear rings in i say go have fun and it dont hurt

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Kept on being told I would be helped but they just kept on moving to the next people and kept on promising I would be helped. Spent 30 minutes just standing and waiting to no avail, waste of time with no apology. Will take my business and money elsewhere.
