I had my nose pierced yesterday and can honestly say I’m beyond pleased with the results! We walked in to Hoops in Kennewick with 4 other people Without an appointment. Our tattoo artist, Chris Dunn, was extremely professional and accommodating. We wanted to honor my son with matching tattoos. Chris even printed out a picture of my son and taped it to the wall so we could all look at him as we were getting tattoos. The work was immaculate. I highly recommend Hoops Tattoo and piercing. Great work great prices. Great artists.

I recently had Lon do my Rook piercing. He also pierced my cartilage last year. Both times he has been professional and quick. He explains everything that hes doing and makes sure to give great after care instructions. He is also honest, if something isnt going to work out where you want it. Hes been doing it for 25 years, so I trust him. This is the only place I will go to get pierced. I would highly recommend!

I went to Hoops and got three piercings by the owner. He gave me the after care instructions to which I completely misunderstood, and through no fault of his, my ear got very red and swollen. Not only did he change out the jewelry and do all the after care for free, he was also VERY kind and patient with me and my anxious type A personalty. I ended up bugging the poor guy several times, and he gave great customer service with a smile every single time. He even helped me on his days off. He was able to save my piercings, and they look fabulous now.Hoops is one of the oldest tattoo/piercing shops in town and their experience is reflected by their knowledge of their art. They might cost a little more than the other shops in town, but when youre putting holes in your body it seems to me like youd want it done right.FOLLOW UP:Went back to the shop several times because I needed jewelry changed/replaced, or needed advice on care. The owner abliged me every time, was kind enough to give me a discount on the jewelry when I told him I was broke, and even came in on his day off so that my piercings didnt close up. Hes a great guy, has a superb bed side manor for people who are nervous about putting holes in their body, and wouldnt even accept a tip on the follow up visits. (NOTE: its still important to tip on the first visit.) I would recommend Hoops to anyone.

I had been wanting a piercing but was a bit hesitant about what place to go to since it was my first time getting a piercing. Hoops was recommended by a friend, in specific with Lonn. He was super nice and very helpful. He joked around before hand which made the process so easy. He gave very detailed aftercare instructions which was great. Always awesome, only place Id trust with my piercings, learned my lesson the hard way on that one and had 2 dermals done elsewhere(stupid!) and as much as Lonn tried to help after the fact it hurt way too much having him barely even touch it so I ended up having to go to be ER to have one removed (thankfully the other healed just fine). I went to Lonn for my first piercings since I had my ears pierced when I was 10. I was very nervous, but Lonn was incredibly kind and personable. He made me feel comfortable and confident in his skills. After having my nipples pierced there and loving the all around experience of it, I know I have found my go to piercer for life. Thank you Lonn and Hoops Body Arts for being so welcoming and encouraging. Once you leave they feel like family. The staff there is always willing to help and any answer questions you may have, in fact they are more than happy to. I am very excited to go back sometime in the near future.

I went when I was 19 and got my nose pierced. Not much pain and it was a very simple piercing! A few weeks ago I went back to get my septum pierced, for sure will only go to hoops to get piercings from now on. I also have 2 tattoos done at hoops as well and plan to get more done soon! Lonn and Chris are the best when needing tattoos and piercings.

My husband and I went in to see about getting my industrial checked and we had a good conversation about the healing process with the piercer and decided to wait. We enjoyed going in and checking out the shop and will be back to either get tattooed or pierced in the near future!

I wanted to get my first tattoo on my right shoulder..I talked to the guy over text and set up an appointment for a Tuesday at 4pm and paid the deposit and everything.. Showed up and waited for about a good 50 minutes and realized he stood up my appointment.

I had a dermal anchor get snagged and pop out so I started looking around for a place to get it fixed and boy am I glad I found the place! Lonn is amazing! He was super friendly and only uses the best metals for his piercings and tools. Being from out of state and not having my normal place to go to made me nervous but I definitely found my new spot to go to for my piercings. Thank you so much for fixing my dermal and for the great customer service. It was a great experience and I will recommend him to anyone who wants something pierced.

I went in to get a cover up finished up last year and he was able to do a great job despite it not being his from the start. I love it and i always get compliments about it to this day. I especially loved the way the colors came out and he was able to blend the colors so perfect. I will for sure be returning for my next piece.

Love this place! Went there today to get a medusa piercing redone. When I told the guy helping me he asked if he could check to see if it actually closed. I haven’t had a jewel in it for two years so I was thinking there is no way. Low and behold though it was still open so I bought a piece for it. Instead of paying for the piercing they just charged me for the piece. I’m so grateful! They could have easily screwed me over but instead helped me out a lot! Thank you guys! I will be back!

Lonn did an amazing job piercing mine and my daughter’s nose. He had pierced my eyebrow at 13 plus my tongue and belly button at 14. He was good back then, but he has is an expert now. I wouldn’t trust anyone else! My daughter didn’t wait until she was 16 and went to a different shop to get her nose pierced. Well, let’s just say after she told me that he the jewelry she had picked out went into her nose, I’m glad it fell out 4 days later. They told her everything to do wrong. Lonn called the shop “the tiny shop of horrors.”

My friend and I found this gem through a recommendation from another tattoo shop and we were more than happy with the results! I had the pleasure of being pierced by Lon, this man did such an incredible job of informing me through this whole process from how the needle will enter my body down to the type of metal the jewelry was made of on top of all of that he even sent me home with bandaids! The overall cost was a little more exepensive than what I am used to paying for a piercing but it was worth every penny given the service Lon gave us!

We originally planned on going to a different shop that was having a sale because it sounded like a good deal, but the piercer there showed really poor customer service and bailed on our appointment. So we came to hoops instead because I know this place takes care of their clients as I had a piercing done here about a year ago and had a great experience. Lonn did an amazing job for me and my friend. The process is quick and relaxed and we all have a good time. You can tell he really has a passion for his job. It’s so much more worth it, if some shop is having a special sale or whatever, what matters more is the service and quality and nothing’s beats this place. Lesson learned, I’ll always come here for my piercings. Clean, informative, relaxed, and friendly. I recommend this place to everyone!

My sister suggested I get a daith piercing for my chronic migraines. I was adamantly opposed until I got my next migraine. When I called Hoops, all my questions were answered and I felt less anxious. I took my daughter with me, for emotional support, but Lonn was understanding, funny and made me feel at ease. Everything was clean and sterile and other than the initial, minor pain, it was a good experience. Im wishing Id known sooner! Glad I went!

While we were in there my little Girl had Her first signs of the flu. She puked EVERYWHERE! Lon, the owner wasnt one bit worried about the mess she made everywhere! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went in yesterday with my friend to get her nose pierced, and the owner Lonn got into my face, called me a dumb b****, all for taking a 5 second Snapchat of her nose getting pierced. He wasn’t even in the video, yet was in my face forcing me to delete it. NEVER in my life have I ever experienced such poor customer service. This was seriously the most unprofessional business I’ve I’ve been too. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

My very first tattoos place and the first place i got my tattoos and they are really friendly and I`m planning to get more soon! if you want a tattoos and go to them and there really good at it!

I came in for a lip piercing and was very displeased with the outcome of my piercing. The piercing cause permanent nerve damage to my lip causing no feeling in my bottom lip, the piercing was uneven and therefore dug the piercing into my lip requiring a surgeon to remove it. I wasted my time, money and physical pain at a far underpar piercing parlor. Two thumbs Waaaaaay Down.

I would highly recommend Lonn at Hoops! I got a labret (lower lip) piercing and was somewhat nervous, and he was great; very patient and put me at ease. He will talk you through the process and make sure you are comfortable. I followed his instructions on aftercare and everything has gone very well with the healing - no issues whatsoever. Very professional and overall great experience.
