I had an amazing experience at this shop! I went in to get my septum piercing done after a previous shop had done one and messed it up. I was referred here by family and was not disappointed! If I get anymore piercings done I will only be going here. There was great communication and the piercer was super friendly and made me feel more calm and comfortable. She made sure to explain things thoroughly so that I understood things before and after. I can’t say enough about how great of an experience this was.

Andrea is awesome!!! She is so chill and makes you feel very comfortable. I got stacked lobe piercings that are perfect and beautiful! I had my nose pierced somewhere else and that piercing gave me issues. Andrea was able to change my jewelry to a better quality and style best fit for my nose. She is so professional knowledgeable and friendly! Also her jewelry selection is so much larger than other places!!! Would recommend Andrea to anyone and will definitely be going back!!

Andrea is aaahhhhmazing :) she was so sweet and professional! When I called to get info before my appointment she was so informative and friendly. While I was there she answered a call and was the exact same way to another client! She is just so nice :) I was nervous about getting the piercing but she made me feel so comfortable and did everything she could to make sure I was feeling okay. Andrea is great! Shes very friendly and does a great job with her piercings. She pierced my nose and helix last week, and due to swelling issues, Ive had to go back in twice to get them both changed out to longer bars. Both times she responded to my messages quickly, and got me in to fix my problems within the hour. Ill definitely be going back in the future!

Extremely professional - high quality materials and experience. She does not skimp on quality or service. I came in after a poor experience at Luxurious Tattoo & Piercing where the owner put a low quality piercing in when I came in with a titanium high grade piercing. I didnt know the difference because this was my first time switching out my nose piercing but I felt immediately uncomfortable and the jewelry came out a day later. Citrine fixed my piercing beautifully and took the time to properly explain the process to me. If you are looking for a quality experience and want to be sure that you are getting exactly what you ask for - come to this studio. I have a lot of respect for how professionally she handled my experience and would absolutely come here again. It is 100% worth the wait if you have to make an appointment!

Great shop! Very clean and while its a small shop it still feels very open and home-y. Shes so nice! My (first!) piercing was quick and more painless than I was expecting, and she was really reassuring and calming as she pierced my little cousins ears, even though her low pain tolerance probably didnt make it easy. It seems like she really cares about her clients and if Im ever in the market for another piercing I am absolutely going back here.

Was really nice, gave me all info and walked me through everything, very professional.She did take a few days to respond, but explained to me later on that she’s been very busy due to everything going on right now (the pandemic) so if you do schedule just be pacient and mindful. she’s very knowledgeable in her profession, definitely recommend!!

I had gone in to get my septum pierced, and I had such a great experience with her, and I don’t think I will go anywhere else ever again. I have tried a couple different shops in the area for other piercings and I’m yet to meet someone that seems more qualified or welcoming as she is!

I have a question. Would you do a piercing in a minor with parents permission and for the parent to be present if so what do we bring bring to the shop. also how much do you charge for a Labret piercing. Is an appointment required?
