This guy doesnt like to work. I paid him before the job is done all because I tried to help him. BIG MISTAKE. I even gave him a Brand New phone so i can get a hold of him to get an update bout my car. Till this day I tried to get my $ back but nope he gives me excuses all day long. If u read this man Jus no I worked really hard for that money dude. I have a family to feed nd knowing we r going through a pandemic time. I hope it comes to your senses man you will pay me back. I am a quadriplegic. I called mobile mechanic because Richland is trenching the street and my dead van needed be quickly repaired, resuscitated and moved. Doug arrived directly, assessed my 3 years-dead van, gave me his prognosis and listed the parts and fluids needed to bring my Ford E250 back to life. He went and purchased a deep-cycle battery, fuel and oil filters and the other items I approved and returned with my change. He flushed and/or changed my power-steering, coolant, gas, and brake fluid. (Doug, saved me a tow fee that would have cost me more than he charged me!) He is honest, straight-forward and reliable.

Bad diagnoses left without ever really knowing what the problem was. Doesnt really seem to be a real mechanic.

WAS SUPPOSED TO REPLACE A WATER PUMP ON MY SISTER INLAWS VEHICLE AND NEVER CAME BACK OR ANSWERED PHONE CALLS SEEMS PRETTY UNPROFESSIONAL TO ME.....

I dont give out bad reviews to often but when you have been sitting on the side of the road because you broke down and you call a mobile mechanic to come repair your vehicle and you tell them all we need is a pair of pliers and they show up with a pair of vicegrips and no other tool then they should give up their job my spelling may not be correct but I do know what tools look like and what they are.
