Went into lithia for a simple oil change and tire rotation, received jeep with track bar bracket broken.

Service was bad. They told me it was a 3 hour job and I had to set an appointment for 8am. The car got looked at around 1030am. Then it was itll be done on Monday. Then its a 5 hour job, Itll be done on Tuesday. Then it was we busy on other jobs . Its now Thursday. Still no car back.

John in the Service department was AWESOME!Today while traveling between California and Montana, our truck threw a code and was running rough. I as we approached the Tri-City area, I started calling around as to find the part that we needed.All the major Auto parts stores didnt have the part and it would take 3 days to order one in. So I called the Litha parts department, after 30 minutes on hold my call was dropped.I called back this time to the Service Department to see if I could get someone to answer. SURE enough! I got JOHN! John explained that the parts department has recently changes hours and was no longer open on Saturdays. He listened to our situation and regretfully explained that his hands were tied.Then he asked if I wanted them to do the work or if i just wanted to buy the part. I asked him to check to see if they had the part and we were going to have to see if they could fit us in because parts wouldnt be able to sell it to us.JOHN put me on hold and called service and a few minutes later came back, said yes we have it and told me he had been able to work it out for us to purchase it. WOW such a total BLESSING and answer to Prayer!Remember were an a 5 state road trip from Southern California through, the west coast and into Idaho and Montana.John not only got us our part, and a few others that were needed, we were able to talk with one of the technicians who was super helpful. We got some great tips and advice.THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING!

We found a great car but the service was bad, they never budged it came half way or even a tiny part of the way to fix things that were broken or go down on price. They even told us they would fix something the next day so we took it in and then the manager came and told us he wouldn’t. Wouldn’t buy there again for sure.
