Sales team was good. When I brought 4runner back to service dept to install roof rack they did a poor job. The rack mounts were not centered on the crossbars and all hand screws were vastly different tightness with some not even nearly handtight. Also the installed crossbars were not aligned with the obvious stated marks of where they should be. Service rep (nice guy, not his fault) stated they were short handed which is not a valid excuse for a tech to not pay attention to details. In the past they have also messed up repair on a corolla. Highly recommend going elsewhere for any service.

It was such pleasure to purchase from Toyota of Tricities! The staff is amazing! Everyone knew what they were talking about. Even after the purchase of a Toyota Camry they were so helpful when I noticed a rock chip that turned into cracks running in different directions. Rod A told me hed have it taken care of! It wasnt even a question of who or when it happened just that theyd take care of it for me. I couldnt be happier with the service I was given throughout the process. It was just ok. I was there for routine maintenance that was to include checking and topping off all fluids. The next day I realized there wasnt a single drop of window washer fluid in the reservoir. Minor, but annoying all the same. Made me wonder what else was skipped.

Hi. Just wanted to let you all know we appreciated very much what Toyota did for us last night. Our vehicle was being serviced and it was an all day repair. Things took a while and at close of the day we were unable to pick up car due to an emergency. Toyota Sales rep and Raul were very kind and gracious to help out and then bring vehicle to our residence. We had to go to the hospital the next morning so this was very important. I have a 2019 rav4 with under 19k miles on it. Noticed a burning smell. Looked under the hood and noticed oil coming from around valve cover and landing on the exhaust.Took it in to tri cities toyjoka thinking no brainer, warranty. And Toyota said oh it must just be spillage from your last service (over 8k miles ago). Come back in 10 thousand miles at your next service and we’ll see how it looks then.And this leak is on the far right back corner of the engine. Oil fill hole is front left corner.So sounds like some complete bs to me. Really thought more of toyota. Why I shelled out 40 grand for the rav4 adventure.Hoping this is an isolated incidence. And other toyota dealerships have some decency to stand behind their products.

The only reason I am putting two stars is cause the sales team was amazing when I bought my car over the weekend. The service team on the other hand has been a nightmare. I scheduled an appointment to get my windows tinted for Wednesday at 10am and because of their over scheduling I was told I wouldn’t receive my car till 1pm Thursday at the latest by the service manager which had already irritated me. Come Thursday afternoon I call cause I haven’t heard anything back about my car and spend 30 minutes on hold before I get an answer and the service associate tells me that my car won’t be ready till 5:30pm! This is ridiculous! I tried getting ahold of the service manager as well as the GM and I didn’t get an answer from either. This has really become a nightmare and I am so irritated at the customer service being provided by the service department.

So far marvelous. Dads car died. Very complex computer issue. Persistence, patience and money resolved the problem. No where else the issue could have been diagnosed. Jay at the service desk is great. The cookies are fattening and the cookie lady is an angel.One more mechanical issue being addressed. Parts shipment always takes a few days. That can not be helped. In the Covid era, freight shipment is not going well. Toyota doesnt seem to have a problem.Thanks Toyota.

Bought a used car from Saul . Thought it was a pretty decent car . Noticed the door was wonky, so I asked Saul if it was in any accident, he assured me it wasn’t and had a clean carfax . Unfortunately I took his word for it and come to find out it was in an accident and yes I should’ve asked for it when I was doing the paperwork but he definitely acted as if he was not trying to screw me over . I can’t speak for the other salesmen but if you deal with Saul make sure you get proof of the carfax . Because I’m sure I wasn’t the only guy they sold a car to that’s been in an accident.

Went here to help my mother who was on the market for a new car. The salesman, Frank was pretty lazy, but very respectful; it was obvious he didnt know much about any of the cars on the lot, but at least he referred to the window sticker and owners manual instead of just making stuff up. In the end, my mother bought a new 2021 Highlander she is VERY happy with. And, she even got it at a better deal than what dealerships out of town were offering, so that was a win! Not a bad stop if your in the market for a new ride.

Not perfect experience, but they did it right! Took vehicle in for Toyota recall work. Got the vehicle back and now the rear AC vents werent working(unrelated to recall work). Took it back. They inspected and said they believed it was a computer. We approved the fix to the tune of $1,000. Finished... but the AC vents still didnt work. More checks revealed that a wire got disconnected during the recall work, causing the problem. Wire reconnected, old computer back in, everything working. Bill = $0. Thats doing it right. They communicated with us the entire time and had the integrity to own the mistake. Gerald was our service rep. Great job Gerald! Thank you! We will be return customers.

This is a review based on my 5 experiences with this service department. Not nuts about the service department. They call fifteen times with appointment reminders and when you show up they act like they had no idea you have an appointment. They should call the service plan the Toyota doesn’t care plan. Competing dealers in the area will at least wash your car as apart of their service whether its an oil change or warranty work. Each time I’ve come in, I feel like they like prefer to you rush you out to the waiting room to wait. When the service is done be sure to double check your vehicle’s oil and fluids as they tend to under fill them. Also, check the air in your tires as they’ve overfilled those. God forbid you need warranty work, they’ll setup an appointment for that and then when you show up will act like they can’t get it in and you’ll be without a car for several days. Overall, I recommend forgoing the Toyota Care plans and go somewhere else for service if you want to feel and be taken care of.

I made an appointment for car maintenance, and I double checked that it is free over the phone when I made appointment. Then at my appointment today I was told I need to pay hundreds of dollars for the maintenance since I exceed mileage a bit even though I have one free maintenance service left, and that expires. How can they do things like this? I confirmed with my exact mileage when I made appointment! But the manager did not care or think it is their fault since the girl who made appointment with me is in another department. Never go back here! Bad service rude people you cannot reason with them cause they dont even care!

I had the best car buying experience in my life with Tony Corral. I was browsing for a Hybrid RAV4 XLE and contacted more than 9 dealerships in Washington. Tony was the most honest, straight forward and not pushy sales person I interacted with.He was able to provide an out the door price (tax, fees, all included) for several cars and I never felt he was pushing for me to buy it. Bought a used 4 Runner a few days ago. Overall it was a good experience, and we enjoyed working with Frank. We spent $30,000 on our car, only to get one key. We were told we were out of luck, and that whatever comes with used cars is what we get. They charge $300 for a remote car key, and $100 for a regular key. The fact that we just spent $30,000 and told us “sorry” when we asked if they could throw in one of the $100 keys is ridiculous. It’s little things like this that keep customers happy and also keep customers returning to buy vehicles.

Great experience and smooth process beginning with initial phone call. The salesman, Steven, was sincerely interested in my situation and what I needed. Another salesman, Jeff was also genuinely motivated to make sure I got the car I wanted. They worked with me to find the right car in my price range with zero hassle. The process to buy the car was seamless from start to finish. I even got a phone call the next day to see how I was liking my car. The customer service was well worth the drive from TriCities! I had higher hopes of finding the perfect vehicle, however, it didnt happen. They showed me nothing I was interested in, pushed leasing on me and also pushed two cars I had no interest in. I wasted over an hour just to walk away without a new car (or even a car that is a few years old) and with more frustration. They offered me basically scraps for my car, which has had nearly double as an offer from other dealerships. This was my third attempt in the past few years to look for a vehicle on this lot. I leave without a purchase everytime. I am very disappointed.

Had a good experience here, of course you have to expect a pushy salesman and their sales tactics at a dealership. Overall prices, condition of the car(s) and customer service is great. I strongly advise you finance through your bank or credit union instead of Toyotas Finance. If you think their negotiation and sales tactics ends once you agree on a car, price, monthly payments and interest rate, youre wrong. Their finance department is like going through another sales person.

I used to tell people this was the place to go for a vehicle and the service that would usually follow. Unfortunately that is no longer the case and will tell people to seek service elsewhere as my last experience has been a horrible one in a line of declining services over the last few years. My family and I have used the Toyota services when they were still at the autoplex in Pasco and we continued to use them because we felt we would receive that same level of attention to detail and care. That hasnt been the case, especially with my last service. I took my vehicle in for an oil change, which I normally perform myself but because of the recent weather opted to have it done quickly by Toyota instead. The vehicle, a Scion FRS, has a recall, which they notified me of. I scheduled for the recall service. This is what happened after:- I was told the car was only needed for a full day at most- I was not offered a rental vehicle as stated by the recall letter- The service required more time because more parts were needed- Tech was scheduled for 2 days off after initial full day- I was told for quality purposes that no other tech would touchthe car so therefore the service was delayed an addition 2 days untiltech returned- I was offered a rental car but it was implied I would pay the cost- No rental car even though Toyota states it would cover cost- After 2 days the recall service was completed and was told all was in working order and I could pick up the car- The interior had my belongings rearranged as if someone had been going through it and various pieces of trash not belonging to me scattered about- Upon starting the vehicle, several lights lit up and stayed on my initial drive home. Check engine and traction control lights stayed on and cruise control was disabled- Returned to dealership and was told car had been test driven and no issues found- Car needed to be left overnight for further testing- Service shuttle gave me a ride home but driver complained to me about distance I was traveling because he was hoping to get off early- Driver made a call not using hands free device while in motion- Van had a cracked windshield- I had to call next morning to find out the status of vehicle, was told it was out on the test drive to pass inspection- Car pass inspection, upon picking up vehicle more items rearranged and not restored as were before, this time components of the car like shifter boot was removed- A hat not belonging to me along with lots of gravel in passenger seat had been left in the car- Seat left in forward most position with seat belt pulled all the way out and not retracted- When I finally drove the car, I reversed out of the space it was parked in, it had been parked on top of the parking block so it scraped as I reversed out of spot- After closer inspection around the rest of the vehicle, filter cover in the engine bay was not properly shut- A paint scrap was visible below the driver side door, possibly by a poorly positioned tool as it is an odd area to receive a scratch due to a curb and wheels were not disturbed, a photo is attached. Looks like a very fresh scratch as edges are still flaking off and no signs of rust yet- Repair order states that test drive was 46 miles but in fact was 96 from millage written down when dropped off until picked up. Fuel was not replaced, dropped off with under half a tank, picked up with an eighth remaining, fuel light turned on after 5 minute driveOverall this was a bad experience from the beginning as the service rep scheduled the service not fully understanding the extensive work and time that was required to complete the service properly. I was not expecting the car to come back spotless but I was expecting it not to come back in worse condition after leaving it. I truly love the Toyota brand and all the vehicles we have owned, so it was very disappointing to have this dealership fall short of what I have come to expect from the Toyota name.

WORST SERVICE ADVISER IVE EVER DEALT WITH.I towed my Lexus into Toyota and ask them to diagnose my check engine light. all they ended up doing was trying to upsell me when all I wanted to know was to fix the check engine light issue. He clearly didnt know anything about my car and told me that my car had coil packs when I know it doesnt. Its a 1993 and it has ignition coils but I dont think he understood that. He was telling me to replace my alternator and a oil leak before they can figure out what the check engine light is. I wasted my time and everything. Dont go to Raul in service he doesnt know anything.

I bought my used car there and I liked that experience. Stephen helped me with the sale and he was good. I have been going for servicing since. Although their regular service is fine, do not buy tires there! Please go to a Walmart, Costco or a similar tire store.I would elaborate a little more. Now when I look at my receipt, it looks like there was a $100 mounting charge that increased to total and I was charged a further $30 for tire rotation. The $100 mounting charge was not clearly communicated to me. I think charging for both is unreasonable when competition provides a service of $15 per tire including unlimited rotation on the tire every $7000 miles.Having said that, I have always been treated well here by sales and service staff. They have also done a god job of staying in touch and reminding me of regular servicing when it is due. I understand that all this adds overhead to the business. I would still go here for regular servicing which is good and reliable.

Nice at first but not willing to negotiate prices. Added things to the car such as tires that only rubbed on the fender when turning. Took them out for smaller tires and barely lowered cost. If youre looking to negotiate dont come here. They tell you there is already a deal/discount on the car when really it would be the same if not better other places. The prices online sound good at first but become false when the real pricing comes out. The no haggle price is just a ploy when I could obviously haggle better elsewhere. You could get a better deal on a car at another place.

Well i can update this review at the moment considering my first service experience through Toyota in Tri-cities hasnt been completed yet. Saturday I called into service asking to see if my radiator would be under factory warranty and the gentlemen replied that it would be to bring it in on Monday... Then i was told it would not be covered under factory warranty. I went out found my Toyota service agreement it was covered under that... There was not a loaner vehicle offered or available. Which was fine since I was told it would be done by 10 am the next morning.. 10 am came by and I didnt received a phone call i called and now the vehicle will not be done until 6 pm. So it hasnt been the best experience so far.

Lack of ethics. I showed up to test drive a car only to learn that the battery had to be replaced and... that they had trouble with a lock and it was still in the shop but... that I could come back the next day. When I called I was then told there was no way for me to test drive because they couldnt even access the car (electrical problem that wouldnt allow the door to open). Parts ordered... should be ready Tuesday... salesman called and tried to sell me another car... when I inquired about the one I wanted... interesting... someone had put a deposit on it. Really? Your responses insult my intelligence and, your actions have reinforced my general distrust of car salesmen.

Friendly people. Techs were there to answer all my questions and when I had concerns they made sure all things were good and to show me so I understood. While waiting, we looked at the accessories and asking questions, they were happy to look things up and give quotes and before ordering let me know what the product looked like so I wouldnt be disappointed if I was expecting something else. Example, telling them I was going to order my daughter the all weather mats for her Camry and he let me know that the ones I was looking at was the thinner all weather ones, not the thick ones if that was what I was wanting. I loved that. Instead of pushing for a sale, they wanted to make sure I would be happy with what I was going to buy.

I would give my review a 5 but need to leave room for absolute perfection. Service was on time and quick. The courtesy area where you wait is very comfy and staff is always willing to get anything for you. The only thing I would recommend is a car wash after service is done. Seems other dealerships have that above Toyota. Thank you for the good service.

I had the easiest and most pleasant experience here in Christmas Eve 2016! I was just window shopping and took my dream car for a test drive. My husband likes it, made an offer, and within minutes the offer was accepted. The whole experience was fast, but not rushed. After all the papers were signed, they brought me my car. They cleaned it up and it looked even BETTER than I could have imagined! Thank you to Chris in the used car department for such great service.

I normally deal with Noel T. the sales person here. We recently bought a Tacoma from him, our third Tacoma. Very happy with his customer service and Toyota’s product. The taco has by far been my favorite truck, that’s why I keep buying them. My truck was recently in the shop and I couldn’t pick up the truck during regular business hours, Noel went out his way to make sure I got my truck back ASAP. I would highly recommend this dealership and Noel T. for a sales personal. Very pleased!

When you purchase a vehicle and you pay for your oil changes in advance you go down to get your oil changed because they wont let you make an appointment you sit in line they have everybody get out of line then let everybody get back in line and not the same order and take the people behind you first is frustrating. So you leave without getting your oil changed. To top it off they call you days later to ask you to make an appointment for your oil change. Which is it make an appointment for your oil change or you dont have to make an appointment for your oil change do you get in line or is it just everybody can do whatever they want.

I love Jomy, she bent over backwards for me. Cant thank her enough for helping with ordering the parts getting my car in and fixed to an unexpected delay and getting me a rental. She makes the service department great. Having the shuttle back and forth while my car was repaired was great. Toyota service department makes everything worth while.
