Well first time i left with my vehicle supposedly done i got 3 hours away and found out that parts had not been put back together and left on my passenger door step as well as my water tank had not been hooked back up in my conversion van costing me another trip back and overnight stay to have it repaired the correct way. I had to ask for compensation for that second trip... only to find out a couple days after returning that during that 1st or second repair the technician had broken off bolts that held up the water tank and thought that they could just place 2 tiny screws in fiberglass to hold a 29lb water tank up. The entire support system fell out onto the driveway of my home thank God and not while i was driving. This error on the technicians was a critical safety error and a choice to be sneaky or lazy and not fix what they damaged. I no longer have trust in this dealership and would advise you to double check your service since it appears that no one is looking out for the work done or the safety of their customers.

Took my wifes M350 in for a standard Service B. Nothing out of the ordinary on the service report or communication from the service department. 9 days after the service, the engine started the dreaded knocking sound. We had the car towed to a different company to get the issue diagnosed. After the inspection and oil sample, we were informed that the engine had thrown a rod and we needed to replace it. I called the service department and informed them what happened. Was met with defiance, defensiveness, etc. I was never offered any assistance with anything. Was basically told That happens. Sorry. We have always been on time with every service interval with this car and had zero previous issues, knowing mechanical fixes are expensive. Either an issue was ignored and/or not caught during the inspection or an error was made during the service to cause this to happen. During the process of removing the old engine, it was also found that a head gasket was going out and had been for significant amount of time.My family has owned many different models and we were happy overall with our vehicle, but we will never give Mercedes-Benz of Tri Cities our business again and recommend anyone to take their business elsewhere.I dont expect to be reimbursed the 5 figures I had to pay for a new engine and work involved and understand things happen, but to be told That happens. Sorry for your luck isnt how people should be treated.

We purchased a used S550 from McCurley last year and had it transported to TN. I waited to post my review to make sure everything on the car was correct. We have put 15,000 miles on the car and it has performed flawlessly. The only nerve wrecking part of the experience was that they would not accept a deposit to hold the car. We could only secure the car by completing all the paperwork and since we are in another state, this took several days of overnighting paperwork via FedEx, during which time the car could have been sold locally. Other than that, the experience was great. The car was exactly as described, the McCurley folks arranged for a reasonably priced transport and the car arrived within a week of completing the transaction. Within a day of its arrival, the car developed a problem with the blind spot monitoring system. This was not a certified car, but McCurley had us take it to our local Mercedes dealership to have it repaired at their expense anyway. All I had to do was drop off the car and they took care of the rest. I know this was not a cheap repair. Now, thats service after the sale! McCurley went above and beyond!

Actual “Truth in advertising” I was visiting family over the Memorial Day weekend and out of curiosity I took a peek at Mercedes-Benz of Tri-Cities website and saw “Express Service” no appointment necessary. So being from the Metro area I followed my training and went early Saturday morning 0735 to ensure my spot in line. The other reason for the early arrival was so I could return to my family’s house quickly, as previous experiences simply found a service advisor stating “we no longer offer that service”. To my surprise the service writer said “good morning and how can we help you today?” If you’re reading this then you’re like most Benz owners who take care of your baby and expect a certain level of service and professionalism. I am proud to report that I found both at Mercedes-Benz of Tri-Cities.

Our service advisor Shyanne was awesome! We were passing through Richland, Wa on a driving trip when our check engine light suddenly came on.Although MB of Tri-Cities service department was booked for the next week and a half, she squeezed us in for a last minute diagnostic, identified the problem as a defective gas cap, got us a replacement, assured all other systems were in normal working order, washed our car and got us on our way.I can’t say enough for her concern and her over-the-top efforts to keep us on our travels with peace of mind! Thanks for your exemplary service, and I highly recommend your dealership to any MB owner!

Hello everyone, I’m a full time traveler in my 2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. When I need maintenance it’s usually a case of pick the closest dealership and most of the time it works out. Recently, disaster. Recalls had service departments flooded, and therefore months out for just a service. I just hit the phone book working my way outwards from my location. When I called Mercedes-Benz of Tri-Cities, I got a completely different response. “Yes, we can get you in for service!” They essentially have a specific workforce set aside for regularly scheduled maintenance, which allowed me to get into this small scale dealership with only one lift that can handle my rig the next day.On top of that Tyler Richter did everything he could to help me out. He even worked very hard for me to get a warranty issue fixed at their location. In my opinion Mercedes failed to fulfill their coverage promises on a mileage technicality when the failure happened well before the allotted mileage and was documented at another location. Instead of leaving me with a broken item or paying out of pocket, MB of Tri-Cities took care of me.Learn my lesson and get warranty issues fixed before the warranty runs out, they can’t do that for everyone! It wasn’t a particularly expensive fix for a Mercedes, but in my opinion what’s a small loss in the name of potential lifetime brand loyalty?Put simply, MB of Tri-Cities was there for me when I needed them. They treated me like a local who would come back over and over again, and they saved me $ when it wasn’t anywhere near their responsibility. Highly recommend this service department and in particular Tyler Richter. Thanks again!Zach and Winter.

Avoid McCurley Integrity dealerships in Tri-cities and Rob Phipps from the Benz dealership in kennewick Wa.We made the mistake from purchasing a Chevrolet Suburban from the Mccurley Benz dealership in kennewick Wa. We came in with an approved loan from our credit union. We made the car salesman helping us know our price range, what kind a payment we could afford, and what out loan inteiled. From the get go we felt pushed and rushed into our purchase. We must have heard at least 50 times about the Integrity of their dealership. We came in on a Saturday night and they pushed everything through without really verifying with our bank if this was going to work with our pre-approved loan, they had us sign paperwork and sent us home with our vehicle. 1st thing upon exiting the car lot was there was a absolutely no gas in the tank so we had to go right across the street and fill it up, got home and realized the car had No key fobs so evey time we opened the car the security horn would honk until you unlocked it from the inside. The next day we called the dealership and let them know about this. They reluctantly gave us an I owe you for a tank of gas, and the key fobs they said we would have to purchase them ourselves and that they would give us their dealership cost.. they tried to justify this by saying that they gave us a 2 Benz key chains...really? I called the service department to get a quote on two Key fobs and at their cost it was over $300 for the fobs and programing. My husband went online and got two Chevrolet key fobs programed them himself for $40. About a month later my husband contacted them about the gas, instead of just giving us a voucher or sending us a check Rob acted very shady about it, and said we would have to wait until he got back from vacation and we could not Contact anyone about it until he got back. Finally a few weeks later we had to go meet someone at the gas station tanks so they could fill it up for us. It was almost like a backdoor deal, it was very strange.Back to our loan: long story short we get a call the following week saying we had to go through a different lender and now we would have to put down $2,500 to keep the car. The deal was finally finalized 3 months later, 3 contracts later, one of the contracts they didnt even apply the $2,500 we put down so we would have been out that money. Honestly it was the biggest headache, and come to find out we just bought a lemon from a dealership that preaches IntegrityOff and on our car had little issues, and 5 months later our car starts smoking and we hear a knocking sound. We take it right in to the service department and come to find out the engine needs replaced, the ball joints are bad among various other issues, even the tech agreed these all had to be pre-existing issues. We had even serviced the car twice in the amount of time we had the vehicle and have records of doing so. We Contacted Rob Phipps and Mccurley and they will do nothing for us. The best he said he could do was to sell our car at auction and give us what they got for the car, this probably would not even pay off the loan. Then after my brother in-law Contacted them because he had just recently bought 3 new vehicles from their dealerships they said they would discount the repair cost from 12,000 for everything that they had originally quoted us to 8,000 for the engine only. We have since got quotes from different mechanic shops in the area and are currently fixing our vehicle for half the price Mccurley quoted us.In closing I know my family and I will never do business with any Mccurley Dealerships in the future, we will learn from my mistake and always buy an extended warranty because no matter how much Integrity a dealership preaches they have, in the end they only care about sales and not the buyer.Mccurley Integrity Dealerships, Rob Phipps, and Team I think you need to reevaluate your Integrety!

Walked in to test drive a brand new c300. We were helped almost instantly but there was no introduction and they never asked if we wanted water or anything else. We test drove the car and the sales lady who was nice had to drive the car first. The driving experience wasnt that great on the car but thats why we were shopping. The part that gives this review 1 star and not 2 or 3 is when we wanted to talk numbers. Obviously if youre comparing multiple cars you want to know what your monthly payment would be because thats a LARGE part of deciding what car to buy. We spoke with Phillip and he wouldnt discuss anything with us unless we committed to buying a car. When we told him not today he insisted 3 more times. Even if we loved the car, which we didnt we couldnt of considered it because they wouldnt even talk basic rough estimate numbers. They also belittled our credit saying it probably wasnt good enough to buy a Mercedes and we might need a co-signer.Overall if you arent worthy of buying a Mercedes they wont talk to you. It doesnt matter that we make a LOT of money, were young and didnt fit the Mercedes profile in their mind.We wound up buying a brand new loaded Audi a4 s-line which was the same exact price as the Mercedes we were looking at.Unless you walk in wearing a fancy suit and watch dont expect them to take you seriously enough to discuss anything of importance.

We live three hours away in Oregon. No Sprinter dealers in Central or Eastern Oregon. I had the first service done there on our Sprinter RV. That was fine. But we had a check engine light on. They had to pull the front bumper to repair a mouse chewed wire that happened in winter storage. Extra $500. Go home, a couple weeks later take it out and the same error message. Had to make another appointment and again drive three hours each way. Mouse chewed same wire, again nearly $500. Why am I pissed? The mechanic never looked to see if there was signs of the mice still being in the compartment the first time. No warnings to me that we would want to check and make sure. I had assumed that they had cleared out with our summer driving. When we were there a second time the engine compartment full was full of mice nests. They left them just the way they found them. Not their job I guess...When I mentioned that they could have been more careful - perhaps warned me that the mice might still be there - I got no apologies. Just sullen looks. What turkeys. And I got to pay sales tax too! Not going back to them ever again!

I deeply regret working with this dealership and their used car salesmanand if you are looking for a place that will go out of their way to screw you over then this is the place for you!We were ready to buy a Mercedes Benz vehicle and asked certain questions about the certified Mercedes Benz vehicle we really liked and they lied right to our faces. There is no integrity at this place just dishonesty. They assured us that the certified used vehicle we were interested in was in great condition and that it was never repainted and that there was no damage to the vehicle. We really stressed these questions to the lady that was working with us because that was something we did not want. A few days after our purchase we found paper work and receipts from Mercedes Benz stating that the car had been repainted and repaired after damage that had occurred. We went back to the dealership feeling frustrated and confused. It would be understandable if the car had been repaired elsewhere and they had no idea but they clearly did. The person that made the repairs was still an employee but stated he had no memory of doing anything for that vehicle even though his name and signature was all over the paperwork. The lady that worked with us and the used car sales manager Philip finally told us the truth but still assured us that the we had a great vehicle that was in really good condition and if the paint does start to chip they will make right by us by either repainting the vehicle or starting us off in a new vehicle.Fast forward a year and of course the paint starts chipping pretty badly and we talk to Phillip who of course states that he will look as some numbers for us or another vehicle they may have and give us a call about what they can do for us.He never called. We go back there and start looking at the vehicles our selves but then Philip runs the numbers for us and says the only thing they can do for us is a trade and we would loose $12,000-$14,000.They messed up and expect us to pay for their mistake. The way they handled this situation was just horrible and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We will not be purchasing another vehicle at any McCurley Integrity dealership neither will our friends and family.

MB of Tri-cities sold me a vehicle recently. They made it seem that the warranty had expired and that it was necessary to purchase another. A 1-month warranty was provided from the dealership making it seem that the other warranty had expired. From the manufacturer there is a 6yr/72,000mi warranty for basic coverage and also for the drive train. My inquiry into the warranty yielded no additional information other than the warranty provided by the dealership. They then sold me another warranty that is basically worthless but they took my money none-the-less. They did NOT disclose the full details of the vehicle during the purchasing stages.I will be contacting the BBB and Consumer Protection since they did NOT DISCLOSE full details about the purchase and also the Bait-and-Switch method used to lure me into purchasing another warranty.I WILL NOT RECOMMEND MB OF TRI-CITIES for anything! After signing most of the documents and listening to the extended warranty sales pitch and asking what the terms of the financing were (havent received them yet) Danny produced a one page sheet that had my payment over $230 from what it should be. When I looked the interest rate was similar to what my credit union quoted so I asked what the principal amount was. He said $93,xxx. Asked where the higher amount was coming from and he said the McCurley designer warranty that he had calculated into the payment.I told him I wasnt going to spend the money on the extended warranty which started the sales pitch again. I said that I was not going to buy the car with the warrenty and that I was feeling that I was out of my league on this price amount and would be walking away. The most offensive thing that Danny did was to pull the handwritten negotiation page that I had signed out and stated sir didnt you agree to buy this vehicle. At that point I said Now I am really walking away.Horrible experience and a shame that Marcella works at this dealer.Update:I received a call from the GM about fifteen minutes after I posted this review. Also Marcella who again I can not fault in any way also texted me with an apology.I would recommend that anyone looking at a luxury car brand in the Tri City area go to BMW of Tri Cities. I have always been a Mercedes person but after my ridiculous experience at this McCurley dealership I went looking around. My purchase could not have gone any smoother and I couldnt be happier with my BMW. So happy that we will return to purchase my wife an X1 or x3 by the end of the summer!

Just called today 2/12/2017, and a Lady answerd my call. I asked for some information regarding services. She told me that the service people were closed. Then she cut off my next question with an awkward byeeeee and hanged up. Then I called again and no answer straight to voicemail.
