We were undecided between a set here and Georgia Patio. **UPDATE**We were told it would be 6-8 weeks, now they wont give us any update until 16 weeks. We are canceling our order due to the lack of communication over the timeframe and, according to other reviewers, they have zero idea of your status on where your order is in production.Tim had excellent customer service, and there were quite a few customers in house. We were greeted quickly and allowed us to inspect what they had on the floor without having a salesperson hawking over us. We have been looking for quality patio furniture for almost a year. Weve been everywhere in the metro area and we kept coming back to this store. We were expecting their furniture to be priced as high as Georgia Patio, but these prices are much more reasonable. Every furniture place has been effected, so its no surprise it will be several months to receive the furniture. Its too hot this time of year. The set we ended up getting was so comfortable. We are so excited for this set.

The furniture is really nice, high quality. However both of the times we have purchased furniture from them it has taken a full 3 months to get it. I can understand that shipping gets backed up sometimes, but this is a bit much especially considering the price tag. Weve spent several thousands with them and never once did anyone call us to tell us it would be delayed or to even update us at all. They processed the payment immediately and then never contacted us again. Each time we had to call them. Several calls were placed just to get a date for delivery, each time it was delayed further. I dont think I would recommend them to friends or that I will purchase anything from them in the future. I certainly dont recommend purchasing from them if you want your stuff in a reasonable time frame.

Pay up front 100%. Given lead time of 12-13 weeks. No calls from them. They dont know where our furniture is and they keep telling us to call them back to see if there is an update on whether they have found our furniture. It is week 17. I would not recommend.

I had a great experience at palm casual,they have a lot of choices to pick from. Tim and Tra were really helpful and they have a nice staff. Would recommend.

Im extremely disappointed with the delivery time frame. Tim and his team are professional and cordial but I keep on getting the turn around about getting our cushions. My husband and I placed the order in January, were now in June and we have yet to get our full order. They keep on giving us false dates and every time we call, they blame it on the mill and again give us a different date. They gave us loaners but that still doesnt fix that fact that our initial ETA was 8 weeks, were on 21 weeks now and still no cushions for our sofa.

MUCH OF THE FURNITURE IS ACTUALLY MADE IN CHINA. Despite the website claim that you are buying from the factory, and how they talk about it being a family-owned business based in Florida, what is not mentioned is that the family has farmed out much of the manufacturing to a factory in China.Perhaps they do build some furniture in Florida, but, It turns out that of the $6000.00 of steel and wicker furniture we purchased, ONLY the chair cushions are made in the US. To be fair, the cushions are indeed high quality, made from high quality fabrics, but that doesnt fully account for the 2x to 3x price difference between their China-made furniture and Wayfairs China-made furniture.Finally, I appreciate that my local store Manager was concerned enough to reach out to me after I posted my original review. He explained the reasons why they manufacture in China and offered us a full refund. Because of that, I have revised my rating to three stars, but I still feel strongly that the family should be more forthright about the origin of manufacture for the products they sell, and then the customer decide to purchase or not.

I went into this location hoping to furnish three different areas on my backyard deck. I walked in and saw some pieces I was interested in, however, the employee was so caught up with his personal phone call he did not even care to look up to see what I wanted to buy. I hope it was worth losing thousands of dollars on an actual sale. I took my business elsewhere.

Our overall experience here was amazing! The lady Sharron was a big help and patient with all of our decisions. Perfect furniture for outdoor and all with a very reasonable price, not to mention high quality materials and tons of designs to choose from.

We just drove about 80 miles to this Palm Casual location in Kennesaw, Georgia to make some purchases. We walked in and a man was standing at a desk, on his phone.We realized he was busy and walked through the whole location and he never looked at us, never spoke to us and just kept on talking on what seemed to be a casual conversation on the phone. We were in the store at least 15-20 minutes and walked out without one word spoken to us! He never acknowledged we were even there! So much for customer service! We were never treated this way in Jacksonville or Orlando, Florida! Taking our business elsewhere!

The furniture is excellent quality and theres no pushy sales atmosphere. The employees are genuinely just there to help you.

My husband and I had been looking for outdoor furniture for a while and we stopped by Palm Casual one day and were so pleased with the selection and price that they offered. We found a beautiful set, were able to pick out the fabric for the sofa with a different fabric for the club chair and swivel rocker. The delivery was easy and they set it up exactly how I wanted it. Very professional. I was so very happy with everything. However, what makes Palm Casual so very different from all the rest is what they did for me 6 months after my purchase...my dog chewed the arm of my sofa!!!! I was devastated!! I called and spoke to Tim who offered to come over and see if he could fix it. He was there in 20 minutes and was able to repair the arm! I mean you cannot even tell that anything had happen! He went so far and beyond in Customer Service. I will recommend Palm Casual to all of my friends and family for the rest of my life. Beautiful showroom! So much to choose from! Kind and considerate folks; not pushy at all. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of furniture you are getting. Went to this location after visiting several other outdoor furniture places around Kennesaw with my wife. Tim met us shortly upon arriving and gave a brief overview of options we could use for our porch. We were impressed by his knowledge and commitment in making sure we were comfortable with our choice. We absolutely love our new patio furniture and firepit from Palm Casual. The quality is excellent and their customer service is superb. We had a problem with a cushion and their store manager (Tim) addressed it immediately and fixed the issue. After taking delivery of everything we decided we wanted to swap out one of the chairs for a recliner chair. They were more than happy to deliver the new chair and take back the other one. As a side note, we also liked that we had so many fabric options and styles of furniture to choose from.

My husband and I have been looking at wicker furniture online for over a month. I was skeptical on ordering due to reviews of height of furniture, thickness of pillows and the stress of assembling. My husband and I were in Kennesaw and happened to see the store while driving. The store was closed but we window shopped excited about the furniture we saw but nervous about what the prices would be. We took down the number and my husband called the next morning speaking with Tim Gordon. He was very impressed with his detailed knowledge, great customer service and professionalism over the phone. When we went into the store Tim was there to assist us. He helped us narrow down to our #1 choice of a wicker sectional including pillow colors. All of the wicker in the store are thick and well made. The pillows have lots of cushion and there our tons of pillow swatches to choose from. We had a price range on what we wanted to spend and the price of our sectional and table was lower than our budget and what we seen online.With Tims help it didnt take us long to decide on our setcional, pillow colors and walk out the store happy customers. We also purchased a outdoor table and chair set that we couldnt pass up due to the great price.

We have several furniture pieces from this store, always a great experience. We like the fact we can add more later as we expand our outdoor porch area. Going back again this week.

Ok my husband and I looked all over in many different places for patio furniture. We finally went to visit Palm Casual, Tim and Caitlyn gave excellent customer service and we ended up purchasing a patio table with 4 chairs and we a absolutely LOVE IT. In the future if we purchase patio furniture it will definitely come from Palm Causal. When our furniture arrived the umbrella was not in the order. Tim went above and beyond and went out of his way to make a special trip to deliver the umbrella, not only did he bring the umbrella he set it up I was so impressed. Big selection and nice furniture, but overpriced, and I had a hefty budget. The set I wanted ended up $1000 cheaper at Costco. Also saw a similar set at a local furniture store for close to $1000 cheaper as well.
