I worked with Ibrahim at Mattress Plus & Furniture to replace some items that got damaged when my basement was flooded. He was great to work with. Very patient (I went in many times before I made up my mind on what I wanted), as well as very helpful in the advice he offered. The experience and also the prices were both so good, that I went back a month later and purchased an adjustable bed and another futon.The fact that it is a family owned business is a definite plus to me. They will offer honest advice and not just lead you to the most expensive product, but strive to understand what is important to you in features and price, then recommend the best match for you. In our case, it was a mattress that was in the upper-middle range; we werent just led to buy the most expensive product. We love our new hybrid adjustable mattress and saved thousands over what we expected to have to pay. Customer service is excellent too. They make you feel like a valued and appreciated customer, which means Ill be back the next time were in the market. Highly recommend.

Came to this store and they were closed. the hours say they open at 12 on Sunday. No lights on or anything, waited and called the store, obviously who ever was opening the store decided to not show. No one came or answered the phone.

We moved to the area from Louisville a few weeks ago and we desperately needed a bed to replace one we left behind. Typed in mattress in Waze and this was the closest store as we were driving around, luckily for us. We loved the store was a family business and they were willing to negotiate a nice mattress set. Exceedingly knowledgeable and no pressure at all. They even had an old school water bed my daughter was able to try out.

The quality of the product is outstanding- memory foam twin mattress very comfortable. The best part is they delivered the same day. Such an amazing experience! Abraham was such a wonderful guy, so helpful! We went to several different mattress stores and without a doubt this store had the best prices, is locally owned, and has an amazing staff. I would highly recommend to anyone. We ordered a mattress and it wasnt available until the weekend. Abraham brought us a temporary mattress in the meantime until the one we bought arrived as we had just moved here. Had an excellent experience buying a new queen-sized mattress. Abraham, the person helping us, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about his product. My girlfriend has scoliosis and getting a good mattress for a good price can be difficult, but he was helpful in showing us the benefits of different types of mattresses. Abraham and the other salesmen are a good bunch of people and were able to help us meet our needs. More than happy to recommend Mattress Plus to everyone I meet.

The service was not good I was looking for a particular item in the store. The store Rep thought it was more important to carry on a conversation after I entered the store rather than attend to my needs. Well Im looking for the same but not there. Thats just my opinion. We Che led with all of the “chain” mattress stores. We got the run around sales pitch’st them all. I looked at the reviews here and decided to come. I wish I had saved time and came to see Donna first. She was Super helpful and we got exactly what we wanted. Even picked up a twin for my six year old. You won’t regret visiting here.

I HATE mattress stores! But this place is great. First of all, the absolute best selection of great futons when I was shopping for one two years ago. Went to 5 other places first and what they had was a joke.Next, went back two days ago and the woman I dealt with was just as considerate, helpful, friendly as the manager I dealt with two years ago. And keep in mind I cannot stand the whole mattress sharade typical mattress stores play with slightly different models so you cannot compare. They are very upfront and very honest. Just bought a bed from him today. Was going to go to Idea today but the deal he offered me for much better quality furniture was too good to pass up. I would feel comfortable sending my parents there knowing they wouldnt get screwed lol

This was one of very few places that kept its doors open during the Atlanta winter storm. My 15 month old son and I were turned away from other businesses in the area. Richard Hill, the manager at Mattress Plus, allowed us, along with other stranded men, women and children, to stay in his store until it was safe for us to go home. My family and I will be forever grateful for such an act of kindness. Mattress Plus has our business for life.

Mr. Mohamed, the owner, was very nice. He gave us time and space to look around the store. We ended up getting a queen-sized mattress for a very, very decent price. The cherry on top was the delivery. They delivered our mattress all the way from Kennesaw to N. Decatur for free.

We experienced the Mattress Plus store during Snowstorm 2014. Mr. Hill was the most professional and congenial salesperson I know. He allowed me and other families to rest safely in his store until we felt safe to get out on the road. He was very understanding because my 18 month old son was running all over the store. Mattress Plus is conveniently located and has a wide selection of beds to try out. Their prices are fair; the staff is knowledgeable; and the turnaround time on delivery is quick.Be aware that for the sake of customers knowing that they’re not receiving a used mattress - one that a previous customer may have returned, my wife and I found out the hard way that all sales are final. The 25% restocking fee (initially sounding like a return policy) only applies to mattresses that are purchased but not yet delivered.Also, our delivery timeframe experiences may have been flukes due to a surge in mattress purchases, but both windows were not met. The first occurrence was no sweat because we were home on a Saturday, and we received a call during the timeframe letting us know the delivery would be later than expected. The second occurrence was more inconvenient because I had taken off from work and only received a phone call after I called 15 minutes post-timeframe.Overall, though, I would recommend shopping for a mattress here, especially if you know for sure that a mattress is the right one for you/yours. Ibrahim is polite, very reasonable, and one obvious reason why this place has been open for 18 years.

The most dishonest store I have come across. They showed a catalog furniture, quoted the prices and mentioned it will be delivered in 2 weeks. They collected my money right away. 4 weeks down the line the owner calls me and asks for 2 more weeks for delivery. I agree. When I call back after that 6 weeks, he defends himslef saying If the supplier doesnot deliver, how can I give you ?. On repeated argument, he agrees to pay me for rental furniture till the time he delivers the furniture. Now the son passes the blame to dad. The dad who is the actual owner of the store tries to do all sweet talks and tries to make me happy. I would have had 10 calls and atleast 3 hours over the phone with him, finally they deliver the furniture after 3 months. They donot want to pay anything as a compensation which they agreed. This Arab father and son are the rudest shop owners you can come across. They behave like true Arab guys, very arrogant and violent. I had the worst experience with this store. I definitely will not recommend this store to anyone. STAY AWAY
