I am totally disappointed with Bassett. My initial experience with Sales Associate Dawn was very good—even gave her a raving review. However, as time went on and I had questions about my order, Dawn went absent. She didn’t return any of my emails—no communication was given about my order. I had to call over and over again for an update. Part of my order was finally delivered, with missing items. I kept calling to get everyone on the same page. Still waiting for furniture and don’t know when it will be delivered. Dawn did not inform us that a particular fabric was on back order. Happened to walk into the store and I was casually told about it. Also, ended up canceling a portion of my order. The funds were credited back to my card, however, the items I canceled were delivered, and I refused the items and had them returned to the store. Went in to Bassett on Sunday, September 13, 2020, about getting the funds for the canceled furniture credited back to my card. I was told it would take three days. I’m still waiting for the money to be credited back on my card.As long as you look like a dollar bill, you’ll get great service. However, once you make that purchase, good luck on receiving excellent customer service.Love Bassett’s furniture, but the service after purchase is sorely lacking. This experience was stressful and disappointing.

5 STAR EXPERIENCE!! If you are looking for home furniture, look no further. From start to finish Mary (sales) and Brandi (manager) helped us find exactly what we needed for our home. They customize all their furniture and help you with every last detail. We are so pleased with our family room sectional couch, chair, and decor that we want to do the rest of our home with Bassett.Customer service with Mary was the BEST experience!!! Even Brandi, the store manager was amazing and helped us, making sure we walked away feeling great about our choices.Go to Bassett, you will be more than happy! Nice to know that companies like Bassett exist and that excellent customer service, great management, and quality work are still out there.

Review on a sectional with high performance fabric- this is the worst quality fabric I have ever purchased. I was told it easily cleans, just blot away - that is not the case. The fabric leaves huge water rings. My neighbor bought the same fabric couch from Bassett and same experience- its a nightmare. Also, normal stains are not included in the warranty! Save your money!

All around bad experience... we were told that the bed and dresser that we ordered were all US made and build by Bassett. After we finally we receive our order 14 days as promised, nope... 1st attempt for delivery it snow, I’ll give them that, we were informed “100% it’ll be there next weekend”, it didn’t show... we finally receive the order and I thought maybe the crew that assembled it, just didn’t tighten everything up, after close inspection, it was actually tightly fastened, it’s just poorly made, and made is USA like are salesperson informed us? Nope, made in Vietnam! First and last time, this is something I would expect from a discount store, the prices do not reflect the quality of product nor customer service.

Ed and Eddie called about my delivery and gave a specific time and they were here. They were very professional and quick as well as courteous. Nice to deal with people who know there business. Thanks American Signature furnitures.

Overall the service was excellent. When we visited the Bassett store in Ft Pierce Fl we were greeted by Gina who made the process simple. We found the sofa we wanted in about 10 minuets, she even told us about a promotion that was going on Black Friday for us to save some money. We ordered the sofa on black friday. Picked up the sofa on 1/10 from West Palm beach from the warehouse where they were very nice to us and helped us load it into our cargo van. We are very impressed with the product and look forward to buying more furniture in the future.

It has been an horrible experience. The table color was different than the store. The sofa was delivered damaged then took almost two months to be delivered and the pillows were missing from the sofa. They were supposed to be ordered to find out three weeks later the person I was working with was gone and never re-ordered. Finally received pillows and two were missing and the ones sent were wrong. They did provide recompense but the entire process has been frustrating and now 4 months later still waiting for the correct pillows. It shouldnt be this hard. Never again.

I had an issue with something I purchased a couple of years ago. When I called the store and talk to Dorinda she was so helpful and very accommodating. So my experience with This store was great.Dorinda took care of everything.

I actually love this store. Good service, tons of selection (although not very contemporary). Quality seems good and quick turn around for custom orders.

Buying a leather sofa bed with mattress with inflatable top seemed easy a year ago. UsedIn a side room which can be a bedroom for guests. One year later after only 3 weeks of use, sofa still looks good but motor broke andI am still waiting for the replacement (going on 3 weeks) and guests are coming. Disappointed in quality and customer service.

Prices are way too high for the quality.The worst part was not one person even looked at us or greeted us as we walked around the entire store. We were looking for a dining room table and even looked at a few.I guess we didn’t fit their clientele or they have enough business. Oh well, just went next door and got one.

This was our first time at Bassett. We had space limitations and Dawn was very patient with us. She showed us all of our options. We bought a sectional and will probably buy from Bassett again. ☺
