Bought something on their eBay store. When the item arrived it was missing a harness. (Stuff happens). A call to Source One and they had the missing harness out that day to me. Once it arrived, everything was perfect.

I purchased the wrong part (my fault) for my vehicle. They gladly accepted my return, but I made another mistake and returned my broken part. They gave me a partial credit even though they owed me nothing for a broken part I sent them. Great customer service from Clay! I will go out of my way to use them in the future.

Ive purchased from them twice. First time went smoothly. Second time, I was unable to work on my car because of COVID and ended up not needing the part I ordered from them once I did get a chance to work on it. I missed the return window and asked to return it even with a restocking fee, and got a firm, gruff, no.If you are expecting the good, customer-friendly customer service that has become the norm for online ordering, do NOT order from them. If youre sure that you have the correct part, are not worried about warranty, returns or other customer service, then treat them as a fire and forget purchase and dont expect good customer service in the future, like ordering from aliexpress.

Bradley was helpful, friendly, and informative. He was attentive but not pushy. He alerted me to updates and new arrivals that he thought I’d be interested in for my vehicle. My experience was positive!

Very poor customer service. I ordered two parts from Source One, and the description of one of the parts did not match what was received. I returned the parts and was still charged a 20% restocking fee. I complained to Source One, and they would not accommodate my return. Beware of the parts you buy from this outfit.

Ordered a set of GMC All Terrain wheels/tires from Clay. Wheels/tires were in mint condition and packaged excellent with no damage upon arrival via motor freight. Clay communicated fast and gave me tracking number when shipped. Saved me lots of money versus buying from a dealer. Thanks again Clay and team at One Source for an excellent job.
