Courteous, helpful, and professional. However, do yourself (and them) a favor and make an appointment before stopping in for new tires. It was super easy to make an appointment on line.

I recently had a terrible experience at this location. I called to different times to make an appointment to have the tires rebalanced, as i threw a wheel weight. I mounted and balanced the tires myself and made sure to tell them that and they assured me that i wouldnt pay the fee to have them balanced again. I called to follow up on the progress and they told me i was going to have to pay the fee. One of the mangement members did not stay true to the quote i was given. They wasted my time and my coworkers time, i will not be back. I will be taking all of my vehicles to Belle Tire or Costco as well as referring others to them as well.

Always use Discount Tire in my hometown, they treat me well, but when traveling to a wedding in Michigan, I got a flat. Pulled in and was told they were too busy to assist. If I left them car they might get it done by 5. Way to late to make the wedding.But then they say, you need new tires (agree it was time but could have waited until I got home) we can get it done in time for you.What?! Really? You cant help a long time customer with a quick repair because youre to busy but you install 4 new tires no problem? They had me over a barrel, they knew I had littler time, I was from out of town and they decided to take advantage. Very disappointing experience.

Great Location for any tire needs. Discount tire does not do alignments, if tire are wearing unevenly like mine were they need to be aligned. Tabytha with Customer Service was amazing being able to text me due to my schedule.It is very busy all the time do not try to walk in for service set an appointment time and get it in thenDiscount tire is the best option in town for cheap tires and great service

Update: I wish they could have a fast lane for tire rotations, tire rotations are free but take anywhere from 45 minutes to over an hour even with an appointment.Very professional staff at this location! Every employee I dealt with was very knowledgeable and efficient.

I always use this place because generally they have good prices and service. Recently the service has been inconsistent. They are very busy so appointments are necessary for everything but an air check. I was told during my air check that they couldnt fill my tire because it was too low so I had to go to Uncle Eds instead.

Great experience. Set an appointment before hand and they got me in and out. Repaired my tire after picking up a nail. Overall excellent service and speed.

Stopped in because of a nail in tire, was told should be 1.5 hours. After 2 hours we checked on status. Because we were not initially scheduled it would take longer. They apologized for inconvenience and explained that should have been addressed when we arrived about putting us on schedule. After getting scheduled they did everything they could to make sure we had a great experience. I want to thank the manager Jason for the way he handled the situation. It turned into a positive experience.

Discount tire on Westnedge has a young woman named Amanda who went above and beyond on 12/29/20We needed a tire repair and they were very busy, we dropped off in morning and at 6 pm, we went to get it. It wasn’t done and she went in and broke the tire down and repaired it herself for us. We were so impressed with her. You need to keep this girl and give her a promotion!!

Just a basic tire rotation and balancing but staff was fast and efficient.

I had a screw in a tire that I had previously purchased from this specific store. This tire was still under warranty so I stopped by and dropped off the tire for them to repair while I was driving on the spare. I set up an appointment to have them put the tire on the day after it was repaired. I spent an hour and a half waiting for an appointment for what was less then a ten minute job. I dont even understand what the point of an appointment is if you are going to not even take it into the bay for an hour and 20 minutes after my appointment. I am extremely frustrated with the service I received.

I have done business here for years, and have always had great service. The check in process outside was quick and easy. Cam helped me today and was very friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. I was in and out in under an hour with 2 new tires.

I buy all my tires from Discount tire, I have 8 vehicles and they all have tires from discount BUT stay away from this location, I took my car for a simple tire repair and when they try to install my spare they brok the cable. They try to use the old excuse about it was rusty and it broke. They lied the car is from out of state and has no rust. They are irresponsible and they lie, try another store or take a chance that they will damage your vehicle and take no responsibility..they are as bad as a fly by night operation. You have been warned

After arriving 5 minutes early for my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT I sat and waited in my truck for over an hour to get two tires installed I prepaid for. There were several bays/lifts empty the whole time I sat and waited. Not a word was mentioned to me as to why they were so far behind causing a delay in my schedule...and of course as usual these days there wasnt any apology either. It was almost as if they have grown accustomed to being inefficient and lacking customer service skills.

Matt Oman did an amazing job of helping me figure out the best tires for my truck! I arrived reviewed the tires with Matt paid and picked up my truck a few hours later! The truck drives better than ever before and Matt’s advice about the upgrade for a better ride was 100% worth the extra money. This establishment really needs to learn a valuable lesson called COMMUNICATION with customers! Dont tell them one time, then wait for a few more hours or so before you get to them! Then have the nerve to get attitude with your customers for pointing out how unprofessional you are as a business!

Did not have the tires I needed in stock

I called ahead of time to ask about having 2 winter tires that I already owned put onto my car. I was quoted $38 on the phone. When I arrived at 4:45 I spoke with Aric who was pretty rude with me. I was told it would be $68 (not $38) and that it wouldnt get done until 7:30-8:00. I didnt argue the price or time because I was already a walk in and a snow storm was rolling in. I decide to get a ride home because I had a hungry dog waiting for her dinner at home and I didnt want to sit there for 2.5 maybe 3 hours. I get a text at 6:30 that my car is done, great! Earlier than I thought. So I get a ride back to discount tire and arrive at 6:55, still ahead of my quoted completion time. The door is locked and a lady is standing outside knocking and waving at the 5 guys standing around inside. I knock and wave and proceed to get ignored as well. I finally called their phone and someone picked up and insisted that he Didnt see us standing there. Very unhappy with the service I received.

We just had a huge snowstorm, so of course I knew the tire shop would be packed! I am just like you, waiting until you can’t wait any more to spend $$ on a set of tires. Luckily, the team at this Discount Tire were SO friendly and super fast! Even with a lobby full, I was in and out in under an hour!!! It wasn’t my first time here, and it surely won’t be my last!!

Flat tire they fixed it for free and I was in and out in less then 30mins.

Had a 830 am appointment. Did not get in the bay until 920am, and that was after raising issue with At. Mgr. 3rd visit for tire balance issue on new tires purchased April 2020.

Its the first snow of the season, and despite being incredibly busy, they maintain a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. They exhibited incredible patience and great customer service towards me and all the customers in the packed waiting room.

I totally recommend this place if you need any type of service they offer. My husband went in Thursday morning to get tires installed and he was in and out in 1 hr. That was a plus since he works early mornings.Thank you!!! Will definitely be back.

All of the staff I spoke with were great. They wore face masks and asked customers to respect the social distance and face mask order. They finished my tires in half the time expected!

Ive always had friendly service here. They fill your tires and do other basic maintenance for free. Prices are good. They take the time to carefully explain things to you. I dont bother with other tire places anymore. I wish I knew a mechanic I trusted as much as this place.

Matt took care of me. He ordered the tires from the warehouse and got my car into the garage quickly the next day. He promised that I would be home by 4pm, and he delivered the cat tip me on time. Tires are great and he even printed up a rebate form for these ties.

These guys are the best in the tire business. If you buy your tires here they fix for free no questions asked. But, what if you dont buy your tires here? They fix them for free too! They also have a tire filling Bay and will check the air in your tires and fill them for free! I wont buy tires anywhere else again.

Took some old tires here to get rid of. They charge a bunch per tire to dispose of. Better than some places but would have been happier with a lower price. Ouch!

Big fan of Discount Tire, Ive gotten my tires at many different locations over the years. This location is great like all of them. Sales staff is always knowledgeable and up front on costs, needs, issues. After sales service is always prompt and friendly.

I had super bald tires that were slowly letting out air I knew nothing about tires but Matt kindly explained everything to me. I wasn’t sure if I was going to leave with new tires that day because of my weird tire size but he did everything he could to help me out he also gave me a great deal. I had a great first experience.

After calling around to several tire places for our boat trailer, as well as stopping for quite some time at Belle Tire without being serviced as promised, we feel fortunate we found Discount Tire on South Westnedge. Not only did we find a better price on the tires but it was a higher quality tire. We were serviced within an hour, the staff was friendly and professional, and this was all during the lunch hour. We would highly recommend.

The staff at this location is wonderful! I brought my moms car in with a slow leak on one of the tires. I got there about 20 minutes before they closed and was thinking Id be happy if they could just fill the air back up then schedule me for a different day to repair the tire. Jason was super helpful and friendly! He told me they could take care of all of it that day and there would be no charge. I really couldnt believe it! I will definitely be back in when its time for new tires!

Reliable and friendly service. Sometimes the wait can be long so make an appointment or head in during off hours. My last visit I counted 3 customers who left with big smiles on their faces and were complimenting their technicians on the way out. This is a great place for tires 👍👍

The service here at this location is excellent. They always have recommendations for best practice for keeping my tires filled and the best kind of tires. I love the insurance I can put on my tires for under $20. That way, to get a tire replaced, I get good service, and a new tire for under $20. That is a steal and cant be beaten. The one thing I would have to suggest for improvement is that sometimes there are a lot of customers in the lobby and one time it took me about 20 minutes to get helped, seemed to be due to the inefficiency of the customer service reps to resolve issues quickly. This was a minor issue though and only happened once. The free tire checks and air is also very helpful. They will continue to get my business!
