Noah was fantastic, he is a new sales guy but has done amazing at getting me and my family into a car quickly. He helped make sure I was comfortable in the office with my kid and gave my son snacks and put on cartoons for him and brought out toys. He made sure to accommodate what Type of car I wanted and made it happen!

I tried two cars and Jay found a third car that was the perfect mix of what I liked from the first two. He was friendly, fast, and efficient. He made jokes to help ease my worries. I was nervous about testing driving a car, as I never have before. I 100% would recommend him to anyone.. Jay helped me find the perfect car for me! It has good head space and leg room like an SUV, but the zippy-ness and responsive handling of a more sporty car. The interior has awesome black and red detailing as well. Our 2015 KIA had a recall. We called in August to make an appointment to have it fixed. We were told to just show up anytime and it would be taken care of in just a few minutes. I was talking to Matt from Kalamazoo. I told Matt I had 5,500 that it. I was trying get 2015 Nissan Sentra. Because, they want 6,500. Because, I have a son that I got take care of. He told me, they don’t do negotiate. I can see about the bank finance it. One, you already said I don’t qualified be my own co-sign. So how the back gone help now. They so worry bout them and they share. They don’t care bout customer. Don’t go there.

We were met with one horrible experience after another. Between the pushy sales/finance people and the bait and switches, we were at the point of giving up. Bought my first car from this dealership when I was 18, a little over 2 years ago. They sold me the car in winter and then when summer hit the AC was broken, partly my fault but still it wasnt disclosed. That was just the start of the issues, had a little over $2,000 worth of repairs the first year due to the battery completely dying, the alternator needing replacing, and the catalytic converter needing replacing. The February after I purchased it (14 months later) the engine completely seized and had to be replaced costing over $3,000. This came out of nowhere and I had been keeping up regular maintenance on the car. Since I owe so much on it Im forced to repair it because its cheaper than trading it in, the guys who sold me this car took advantage of me knowing that I was inexperienced with this process. They offered me no guidance, and convinced me that this was a great financial decision, that I would be able to trade it in no problem. They even were shady about the paperwork, and forged signatures on the paperwork. I continue to have issues with this car and Im counting down the payments until I can trade it for good. I do not recommend this dealership, or a Kia for that matter.

As a loyal customer to Kia of Kalamazoo I was very saddened by my latest experience. As we began negotiations for a Carnival and my trade in on a very low milage 18 optima the manager came over to tell me that “at this time there is no incentive for the dealership to make a fair deal because the next customer will come in and pay full price”, he then arrogantly said “its just $2,000 more”, as though $2000 is meaningless to my family. So I guess loyalty means nothing. I guess as long as the selling market is hot they will burn any loyal customer for the “next” person. I just hope they don’t burn too many bridges because when the market flips and they need their loyal customer to come back there may be less of them to rely on, I know I will not be going back to this Kia dealership again.Reply to owners reply: This had nothing to do with low inventory. The van we were going to purchase was on the lot and the car we wanted to trade in was obviously on the lot. We were willing to buy the new car for full asking price we just wanted a fair market trade in value for our low milage car. You wouldn’t give us that trade in value based on the fact that you didn’t need to because the “next person would buy it for full asking price” without a trade in. Don’t make it about low inventory when the car we were going to buy was on the lot.

Matt set us up with test drives and let us know what was on lot and what was coming in in advance. We got a sweet black K5 EX premium 2022. Great experience!!
