The staff are always helpful here and most of them are friendly. This is my go to place for anything I need for my vehicle, within reason.

Nothing worse than being put on hold constantly when you call for information on parts that is needed. You actually must go out your way to AutoZone to get the information you need.

Always have thought AutoZone was/is the best place to go for my Car needs! Being a woman its hard to find a dude store that is professional and mature about helping woman out and very knowledgeable and willing to help.

I would not go here to get anything tested. Brought a used car alternator in today to get tested and the cashier obviously didnt know how to set up the machine. The belt to spin the alternator was left loose and obviously didnt have any power running to it because even the belt didnt move, yet the cashier told us twice that the alternator was dead. He called over a manager to help make sure he set the machine up correctly and the manager did the same thing! The belt was left loose, didnt even move durning thetest and he told us that the alternator was dead! If we could have just tested the alternator with a battery tester, we would have BUT thats not how alternators work! Had the test been honest and the had alternator honestly been dead, I would have bought a new one there on the spot. Either they know absolutely nothing about car alternators AND dont know how to run their tester or they are scamming people into buying new parts. I will not go here again, there are plenty of other places to get auto parts.

I was referred to this place by a gas station attendant, who reckoned I could find what I was looking for my car (radiator coolant) much cheaper there. This was certainly the case. They have got anything you need for your car maintenance. I was also impressed by the technical knowledge and courteous interaction of their personnel. In no time I found myself subscribed to their email marketing list.

Ive been going there for at least 30 years. Excellent customer service, and ready to help me. They came to my car and showed me where the transmission fluid goes. I am an older woman and know very little about engines.

My husband and I visited the Cork St location in Kalamazoo, MI this evening to replace my burnt out headlight. Fawn was great! She was polite, knowledgeable, and even took the time to make sure we were buying the right one. She then came back out to my car to install it for us. Her service was fantastic! As we were pulling out we saw her come right back outside, helping the next customers car problem and check it out for her directly. We were super impressed and will be back to visit her for our next car need.

Great place, Ive been to many auto parts stores, and I have to say in my opinion Auto zone is better of all choices. Friendly service, fast to help, and what I really like, and they should be noticed for, is they notice, appreciate, and even give discounts to police officers and or police family. AWESOME!

Great place to get parts. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, on a not too busy road, so entering and exiting is easy. Awesome selection of cleaners, oils and other assundrie without the hassle.

The gentleman who assisted me in purchasing the product for my car was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Always well stocked, and everything is easy to find. staff is helpful without being pushy. Website is handy for checking stock ahead of time to make sure they have what I need before I drive over.

Had to get new headlight bulbs, and the manager there, I believe her last name was Smith, was kind enough to switch both out and get me safely on my way. 5 star service, I will be a return customer.

Although I love AutoZone, AutoZone on its own I give five stars, but the lady that waited on me was short tempered, seem annoyed before I got in line. Seemed angry.I was having trouble with my debit card, I knew my money was in the bank, I just got paid Thursday and this was Sunday after church. After my third attempt, her face Changed even more... No one was in line. And they had 2 workers. I started to feel uncomfortable when I went in to get my other credit card. Nevertheless I love AutoZone, and have never had that experience with any of their other workers, they seem to pick friendly caring folks. This young lady could have just been having a bad day but her disposition made me feel like I was untolerable.

Great service! Theres just something about that feeling knowing u have the right information when u get that needed part, almost like a daydream but to an upgraded reality and perception in know hows, that now u can flex better knowing ur safe when walk out the door with that new part.

Got the wrong part three times in a row and they treated my better half with disrespect when i asked her to go get a part for me they said she didnt know what she was talking about and told her girls dont belong under a car even though she had the part number already. If you go there ask for fawn only the rest are clueless.

I sent my daughter in to pick up the part for her car. The rude man at the counter told her she didnt order the part because she was a teen and a girl. He refused to ring it up and questioned her several times even though she already paid for the part when she ordered it. She was very confused when he handled the part for several minutes without handing it to her. Then he answered the phone and began a conversation for several more minutes with the part in his hand while she stood there waiting for him to hand it to her. The kind women working took the part from his hand and handed to my daughter and said she was sorry and looked very confused as to why he did that to my daughter. Whomever this man is working at the cork street location has serious issues to do that to a young teenage girl and should definitly review a course on customer service.

This is by far the worst autozone I have ever been to. MAIN ISSUE: THE EMPLOYEES GIVE PRIORITY TO PHONE CALLS AND WILL STOP HELPING CUSTOMERS TO LOOK UP PARTS AND GIVE PRICES TO PHONE CALL CUSTOMERS!!!!I have seen entire crowds of customers leave because of this. There is nothing worse than having an employee shush you so they can lookup parts for someone on the phone. I have had my wallet in my hand then had a worker take a call and leave me to wait for them to complete the call. If you ask to speak to a manager or for someone else to help you checkout they will get an attitude and not make any attempt to resolve the issue. This happens on a consistent basis. I have walked out 9 times myself. If you dont believe me or youre just bored go see it for yourself.Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere. I suggest a completely different retailer but I hear there are autozones that function properly but I cant remember the last time I saw one.
