Awful. Just wanted to get my tire fixed. I get there right when they open up and nobody is there and they guy said I would have to leave there all day. Really just to fix a tire? This is a brand new Toyota truck with all the warranties and stuff and nope. I guess thats how you treat new customers. Ended up going to express oil change down the road. Fast and friendly service there. Im going to end up getting rid of my new Toyota and get something else if thats how to treat new customers.

Since I was a first time buyer, I had heard horror stories of dealerships and 8 hour waits to close sales, pushy sales people and so forth. When we called to check on a vehicle, Greg Bachelor answered the phone. I cannot say enough great things about him. The sales person was nice. Was not high pressure and I liked this. I dealt with her by phone. I had researched, driven the SUV and knew exactly what I wanted. The car was ordered and arrived exactly in the time frame spoken of.Met the sales person the day I went to drive suv home from dealership. Smooth transactions with sales.However, when I was escorted to loan department, everything changed. Information concerning the price of vehicle, loan percentage rate was completely different than what I was told originally by the sales person. The loan officer was a high pressure saleswoman. She continually talked about her personal affairs and this was unprofessional. Spent too much time in her little office regarding the price of car. This was already accomplished over the phone prior to coming into the dealership to sign papers and driving car home.I had wanted and expecting an easy, internet sale. Instead it was a nightmare. I will definitely not recommend this dealership because of my experience in the loan department and this loan officer.

For me personally, as a single mom, I was super nervous about buying my first car on my own. I had several questions. We had inquired about a used 4 runner and was told their best price out the door. Didn’t talk to them again until we saw a Facebook post about 5,000 over Kelly Blue Book offers on trades, we never even discussed what we had to trade. We get to the dealership and we’re fist told that the 5,000 was only on new ones but we had text proving other wise. Then the first offer they bring back is 2000 below the lowest on our trade according to kbb and the thing you fill out on their website. So we get up and walk out cause that is totally false advertising and I reviewed them on their Facebook page to be told it was that way cause we had already talked to them about a deal. No we didn’t we got their out the door price but never discussed what we had to trade so that’s a total lie. Will Never ever drive back to this dealership after this experience!! And now their saying something was wrong with our vehicle is why they offered low!! Really we drove it from Tuscaloosa to Jasper and what their implying is it needed tires, got some Saturday 660 dollars mounted and balanced and you know they could have cheaper than that!! Again won’t waste my time on anything Crump in Jasper!!

Let me first say that I HATE buying a car. I hate going into a dealership. I hate dealing with salespeople. I hate the back and forth. But I found myself shopping for a vehicle and that vehicle happened to be a Scott Crump Toyota. I do the inquiry online and this jovial voice calls me named Kaden, and we talk about the truck. I was not planning on driving nearly two hours to look at or purchase this truck, but honestly, him saying “I’m not going to bother you” and him actually not bothering made me want to visit. In the past I have been “blown up” with sales calls and emails when I told the salesperson I was only looking. When we arrive at the dealership and Kaden greets us. We instantly become best friends. Literally. If you can win my wife over, you are a good person and she turns to me and says, “I like him.”The purchasing of the vehicle was super easy. Everything went smoothly. Everyone person in that dealership spoke and even the owner when he pulled up (on a Saturday) threw his hand up during the time Kaden was showing us the car. I highly recommend Scott Crump Toyota to purchase your next vehicle from. I more so highly recommend you use Kaden as your salesperson. Kaden knows how to connect with people on a personal level. He is truthful and trustworthy. He shared personal stories about his family and his love for hunting and cooking. When you go in for a oil change and it take 2 and a half hours.... be prepared to spent a good chunk of time here. And when they finally got done the car smells like someone poured gas in it... absolutely ridiculous. (2017 Rav 4)

My Wife and I have bought our first Toyota Tacoma at Scott Crump Toyota and it was by far our best car buying experience ever! I had inquired about the Tacoma online where I was met buy Anthony Bongiovanni. Anthony was super fast to answer all of my questions and concerns, so I drove 1.5 hrs. To meet with Him and test drive the truck. Anthony showed me a long way around the countryside with nice hills and curves. When I said that I was ready to return to the dealership He offered me to take it for a longer ride if i wold like. When we arrived back I looked the truck over once more without ever feeling rushed, in fact I told him that we were ready to deal.
