I went to George Moore expecting to just test drive a couple vehicles and get an idea of what I wanted to get. As much as I wanted to walk off the property right then and there with a vehicle I felt it may not happen that way. The sales team was absolutely phenomenal and made my first time buying a car amazing! I want to say thanks to Haley who got me set up to come in, and Micheal for giving me a whole tour of the dealership to look for one car in particular I wanted to test drive but also being awesome. He’s very talkative and keeps you entertained even if the tour wasn’t on his list of things to do 😂 but overall I walked off the lot with a new to me car and a better day. My family has been purchasing cars with them over the years and I knew in my heart I would get the same love and help they get when they go to purchase a car. We purchase a vehicle from George Moore over the weekend and the experience from start to finish was great! Buying a vehicle can be stressful but the team here at George Moore was more than pleasant to work with. From our sales rep, Bill to Tony, Kevin and our finance guy, Todd all of them were friendly, educated and awesome to work with. The team and the dealership were genuine which is refreshing change from your typical dealership! I highly recommend them.

First time there. Went for an oil change. Was greeted pretty right away. I usually just go to Ford (even though I have a Chevy) out of convenience of location- to my home. Unfortunately, Fords price for an oil change wins too :( (by like $15-20). Given the customer service (Seth was great) Ill go back if my car needs a service other then oil change.

Lied to by the internet sales manager, lied to by the salesman and lied to by the sales manager. If anyone at this dealership is honest, I didnt get to meet them. BTW, if the social media person adds a generic hey, sorry to hear that, we aim to be better call or email blah... They had plenty of opportunity to discuss, they dont want to. They just add that to make it sound like its responsible company.

Working with Mike Foerster and Justin Moore at the dealership was a fantastic experience.I stopped by in October 2020 to inquire about the new Corvette and Mike helped me decide to get on the waiting list. After I started the process, Justin did an awesome job of keeping me informed of where I was on the list. When my time came to order, Mike was very helpful in thinking through the options and doing the design. Then, when the day came for the car to be delivered, Mike was awesome at explaining everything and sending me on the way.Couldnt think of a better car buying experience. The other thing that they did not do is charge some excessive markup on this car. This cant be said for most Corvette purchases right now.Thanks Mike, Justin and George Moore Chevrolet.

Cody the salesman was kinda helpful, definitely new to the car business. Anytime his phone would go off he would be more interested in it than the actual customers right in front of him. Just felt like the sales manager didn’t really try to get any deals worked out. Very disappointed in the whole experience as I was really hoping to do business with George Moore but will not be coming back. Went right over to Arlington Toyota and received 10X better service overall and was able to leave in a car.I did use the car service repair at George Moore and Mike was awesome! He would definitely be a better car salesman because he knows what he’s talking about and had awesome customer service and is the only reason I gave more than a one star review.

Mike was amazing! We had been looking for a truck and been to several dealerships. Every salesman we came in contact at other dealerships only wanted to speak to my husband. Mike however was the total opposite, which I appreciated! He was very transparent and was very informative. Mike will be the person I go to when we upgrade again! I have been looking at this traverse since it was first posted on the website. I was very excited when it was upgraded to a CPO. I had daily texts from Alehea which was nice. When we got to the dealership to look at the car she came out and introduced herself and thanked us for coming in. Sam was a good sales rep and was pretty knowledgeable about the car and it’s perks. We were able to negotiate a price and get the paperwork done last night and were able to pick up my new car this morning. All in all everything went great and I would recommend George Moore to family and friends.

First I want to say how impressed I was with my salesperson which was Sam Martin. I called the dealership today inquiring if a certain vehicle was still available and I was connected to Sam. Sam immediately checked and confirmed it was still available and he stated he would be glad to help me when I arrived to look at it . I was searching for a truck for my son and had already visited two other dealerships and started a deal at one of them nearby. I arrived with my son and meet with Sam. I will say first impressions are everything with me and Sam did not disappoint. Sam was friendly, energetic and very respectful to not only me but my teenage son. Ive had some bad luck with my car and other mechanics lately. I decided to go straight to the dealership although my car is older (2013). Seth was super helpful. He was honest in what my car needed and also gave me some future recommendations but didnt make me feel pressured. The prices are high but worth it for the honesty and overall service.

Ask for Mike. This man has the biggest heart and will go to bat for you. The most important thing Mike did for me was to not just listen, but hear what I was saying. I just took delivery of my new Corvette Stingray and the service provided by George Moore Chevrolet was excellent. Dur to delays in the production of the Corvette, the whole process took a long time, but I was regularly updated about the progress of my order.Final delivery was great and hassle free. The sales staff involved were very friendly and enthusiastic, and both Justin Moore and Glenn Andrews were great to deal with.

I arrived just prior to my scheduled time and was promptly met by the service writer. I waited in their fairly comfortable guest lounge for just over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation....they may have looked at other things too, but their printer was out of order and I didnt get the full scope of what else may have been done. I have not yet been able to view the email sent me of what was completed, but what I went for WAS done. The wait time seemed a bit long, but they did also wash and vacuum the car.No complaints.

I was very happy with my purchase of a 2021 Colorado from George Moore. I test drove several competitive small trucks. I liked both the Colorado and the Ford Ranger. I would have been happy with either vehicle, quite honestly. I was very comfortable with my sales associate, Glenn Andrews at Geo Moore. I liked his professionalism and his knowledge of the vehicle. He answered all of my questions and made the whole process very easy. At the end of the day, Glenn Andrews played a significant role in my decision to buy from George Moore.

Everyone I have had experience with in the service department have always done an amazing job. Today I was there for oil change and tire rotation. There computer system was completely down when they came in to work. They let me know ahead of time it could take a little longer due to they were having to do everything manually. My appointment for oil change and tire rotation was 930 I didnt leave until after 12 my experience was the worst I have had with a new tech. I have never waited this long for my vehicle especially when I had an appointment also your online portal is not the friendliest I can never get into it when I need to use my points.and your tech was no help with assisting me.not sure if I want to continue bringing my business there after this experience

My fiancé and I came in with our two year old son to find another family vehicle kinda already knowing what we wanted. The whole George-Moore team we worked with was amazing! Darrell gave us all the information about the vehicle as well as similar ones to what we were looking at in our price range and was speedy with the paper process! The finance manager was amazing with getting all the papers together as my son started to get fussy so I could sign them all and then my fiancé could sign while the other was trying to calm him down! Usually go here all the time for fantastic honest service. Just had experience where there was a miscommunication about having certain tires there to replace my worn 2017 Corvette tires but wasn’t. Appointment was at 9:15am and didn’t receive a call until 4pm that day asking who I spoke to about these tires being in the dealership. Which In turn kept car overnight delaying the car return over 24 hours. Only one bad experience thus far and been going to them for years. Seth Pierce is wonderful.

Things you did well: serviced my vehicle as asked, complimentary vehicle wash.Things I was not happy with: They did not give me a new sticker indicating my next oil change. They failed to reset the in-dash computer for oil life - leaving it at 30% instead of showing 100%. Your dealership (despite my military discount) charges more for a diesel oil change ($129.10) than any other Chevy dealer I have been to - my wife and I travel in our RV full-time so I have had service at many different locations around the U.S.

The staff is awesome and so curtious especially to an old gal like me . I was there for a long time because Car Shield took longer to pay the bill than it took to repair my car. Mike Constantine was so helpful and kept me informed of what was going on. When I got home last time I noticed my key fob was broken. Called Mike and again he came to the rescue. I went by after work on Friday and he had a new fob fixed for me in half an hour. The man is so nice and efficient. All the guys are so nice.

I had heard numerous stories from family members and friends about them having salesmen con them out of extra money during the buying process. They were very accommodating for me to come in a bit ahead of my appointment. They rushed to get my job done because I had another appointment to be at. Overall, I was very happy.

I was visiting from out of town and my car had to be towed on Monday. The dealership was not able to check out my car until Friday of the same week. Fortunately I did not need it until the following Monday. When I was called on Friday about noon when the problem was found and I told them to please do the repair they then called me back approximately 3:30 and my car was ready to pick up. Having to wait 5 days particularly from being out of town is the only reason I would not recommend George Moore Chevrolet. You cannot predict when your car is going to breakdown so you can schedule an appointment and then it being pretty much a quick fix that took 5 days. The people and the repair I was completely satisfied with.

I dropped my truck off for a wash, wax, and vacuum. The wash and wax was awesome. My car actually looked like glass it was so shiny. However, the disappointment is with the tire dressing and vacuum. The dressing slung on the sides of my suv which defeats the purpose of having it cleaned if I had to go home and clean it off. One tire only had half the dressing on it which sounds petty but is very obvious with a freshly cleaned vehicle with 3 tires fully done, and although the inside was vacuumed, they didnt vacuum under my seats, the crevices, and the sides of the seats. Wasnt enough to turn around and go back to the dealer over, but definitely enough to make me rethink using them again.

Justin Moore and Bill Normoyle did an excellent job keeping me updated through the 14 months waiting for my C8 Covette. I realize they didnt have control over the allocation quantities and the factory delays, but they kept me up to date, they have a fair waiting list process by which you know where you stand and when my time was up to place the order Justin was very helpful and knowledgeable as we navigated on the decision of the car design. He was also very helpful once the car was being produced to the point it got shipped, received and delivered to me by Bill. Again, the wait was worth it, and I dont have anything negative to say about the business ethic of this dealership (I heard horror stories about others) for which I am thankful. I will definitely come back for servicing my C8 and purchase new vehicles when the time comes.

Take your car in for service at your own risk. Service dept has earned a 1 star. Got my tires rotated and my center cap went missing, that was 05-18-21. Called service adviser each week and got a story after a story (he has never called me). It was shipped, it was mailed, we will bring it to you he would say. But as of today I have not received it ( a month later) I chatted with an online rep about my situation last Friday and the store manager was suppose to contact me. Now, 5 days later, I have not heard from anyone! Since this issue started, no one has called me once about it. I took my truck there years ago and I said that I would not come back, however, there was a recall so I felt obligated to take it in and get some other basic things done.....I should have listened to myself. To my knowledge, I have never written a negative review, but George Moore Chevy has earned this one.

At this location it was AMAZING! Sam Martin was our sells person! He was AWESOME very professional, Kind, very helpful..! Answer all our questions! He was very patient and understanding! At first I was upset my car in shop for unexpected problem. Did not expect to b pushed to front of line but would liked answers or return calls. Did get my answers and help on 2nd day thanks to Scotty from service mgr and Justin general mgr.

Service incomplete. Auggie Lussier (Sales) was supposed to get back to me on the chipped paint (Second Appointment) on Monday 10/18/2021 so the paint chip correction could be corrected again. As of 10/21/2021 @ 1:00 PM, I have yet to hear from him. Completely dissatisfied at this point.

I feel like I was lied to by the salesmen and that they will just say anything to make a sale. A salesman from this dealership posted a false review under my name on the internet so apparently they impersonate people with fake reviews. I asked for factory roof racks. They said aftermarket ones would be just as good. They put cheap garbage roof racks on the car that actually damaged the new car. Very dissatisfied.

The staff here has always been courteous and friendly when I’m servicing my car. The waiting area is comfortable as well.

Dropped car off this morning for an oil change, was greeted right away with a promise to call when finished. Less than 2 hours later, received a call car was ready. Immediately waited on when I went back to pick it up. Very pleased with the service.

We brought in our Chevy Volt for 3 recalls. The letter we received also offered a free oil change. We also requested to do diagnostics on the charging system which we were planning on paying for. After we dropped off our car, we received a phone call from our service rep that when the technician was trying to do the oil change he realized that there was a wrong bolt and it seems like there is an oil leak now, which will cost us $350 to get it fixed, however, they dont guarantee that it will work because the whole oil changing panel might need to be changed which will cost us few thousands.#1 -the car never had an oil leak (standing on the white concrete driveway there was never a spot or sign of an oil leak.#2. If the bolt was wrong- why they didnt notify us of this before touching the car. When the technician tried to remove the bolt he messed it up and now the car is leaking oil. They wrote on the report that the oil was leaking, which is not true. The service rep and the manager refused to deal with us and told us to pick up the car. They also refused to do diagnostics on the car and that we should take it somewhere else. We were hoping that the manager could help us resolve the situation, but he was not helpful at all and told us to contact their attorney. What kind of service is that? And this is a big dealership! Where else we would take our car to rely the most on the best service? Now we ended up with an oil leak problem and no diagnostics for the charging system.

My wife and I took delivery of a 2021 Equinox on Saturday from George Moore Chevy. When we drove into the lot all the sales people were sitting on the porch and my first thought was oh no we are about to get attacked. Boy was I wrong, Chris Smith was the salesperson to approach us and ask what we were looking for. We went in to purchase a Traverse and he showed us a certified unit. When we sat down to talk numbers we were introduce to Kevin Blair the sales manager who was very friendly. He stated the policy at George Moore was not to pressure a guest and they also would not check our credit until we had agreed on our trade in and new vehicle price. It turned out the Traverse was more then we were looking to spend and the trade offer was below what I was looking for. They than suggested the Equinox and offered additional money for my trade. We never felt pressured into making a deal and it turned out to be the best car buying experience we have ever had. I highly recommend George Moore Chevy and Chris Smith.

Location was clean, everyone was nice & professional; however, I had an 11:30 scheduled appointment, I waited and it took 3-1/2 hours for an oil change, tires rotated & balanced.

Over all I was very pleased. Actually since I have beendealing with them I can’t remember a time that Iwasn’t. Once again they did a excellent job and Iwas in & out with in an hour and my car looksbeautiful!!!!

Had George Moore Chevrolet install the Chevy Performance Exhaust and accessory tow mirrors on my 2021 Silverado 1500 Custom Trail Boss and they did fantastic. Very quick service. Vehicle was with the dealer for about 7 hrs and the end result is perfect and exactly what I wanted. Thank you guys again for your quick service.
