My car was not detailed before I took possession of it and Clint assured me they would make it right and get it cleaned. If they dont Ill update my review and let you know to think twice before buying a vehicle here. But for now you can trust that you will get great customer service here for the entire time you own your vehicle.One year later: Coggin used to be very customer service oriented but no longer. I have divorced coggin and moved on to another dealership that treats people well. I suggest to those of you looking for a dealership to drive past Coggin. They wont take care of you as they promise. Theyve just become used car salesmen, nice enough to get you through the door but wont give you time of day after you drive away. Its a shame, Ive been a customer for many years and referred lots of new car buyers and people to their service dept. But no more. They wont be getting anymore of my money or referrals.

I recently bought a car this dealership. I had the car for only 3 days until it started leaking transmission fluid and the tire pressure light and engine light was on. I took it back and they fixed the transmission leak and found that the catalytic converter had a problem as well. Keep in mind that they said the car I was perfectly fine and had that stupid sticker that said this car is safe for the road and purchase. after a week I got the car on a Friday afternoon. Drove to the gas station for some gas and all of a sudden the tire pressure light came back on. I immediately brought it back and spoke to the used car sales manager David B. He said it was too late in the afternoon to do anything and that all his people have gone home already. He told me to come back the following Saturday at 10 in the morning so they can get it fixed for me. Mind you this is what he said to me he will get it done for me. So now its 10:36 a.m. Saturday morning June 15th hes not here at the dealership what are the sales guy had to call him and ask what problem. And then when they find out did they have to replace all 4 sensors and it would cost them too much money theyre not doing it for me. Wasting my time very frustrated at this place. My friends dont waste your time I come into this place because thats all they do is waste your time. I had ownership of this car for 4 weeks now and only been driving it for two Weeks. I have no idea how this lady has four stars review on Google.

2 weeks ago. We had an appt. At 12pm. Arrive at 11:40am only to be told it would be 1hr 10 mins later before they could service the truck. Leave at 4pm really aggravated because what we was told by the finance manger he would give us 3 free oil changes and 3 free tire rotations was on even on the computer. Finally Thursday the Finance Manger did call and say he would Honor the oil changes. Monday morning I had to call to schedule an appt because tbe lights that we paid for to be fixed was not and the Tire Pressure Sensor was replaced and we was told we would need to take it to Coggin Toyota to get it fixed.We made an appt for this past Saturday to have the light fixed the appt was at 9am we ran errands this time figured by 1pm the truck would be fixed but to our surprise it was not ready until 2pm. The service department should realize Time is money and have called the 1st week to say they was running behind. Its the right thing to do. No one wants to spend all day at a dealership getting a vehicle fixed. Now we have to go to the Toyota dealership 3 weekends spent a dealership to get problems fixed Would not recommend them at all.

Nope. Not a fan. Tried to pull a fast one. Bought a 2018 Tahoe but they changed tired and rims from a 2016 suburban. Unbelievable. Had to go back and fight with them, then they didnt even do an oil change. Not a fan, wont recommend. Start clear of this place. Keep in driving. They dont think people do research before coming in. Just lay the money on the table. Smh. Quite annoyed at the whole mess and I dont think its over yet.

One of the worst place. People working there are arrogant and unfair. Their finance department people need psychiatrist help and their sales people needs some knowledge. A fat guy in finance department is mentally sick and he dont know how to talk to customers. I will not visit this place and I warn my people not to go there. Good selections, courteous staff but its still a used car lot. If I buy a car and drive it off the lot it looses thousands in value. If I drive it back on the lot (just because its a dealer lot) it does not mean it somehow magically regains value. Your prices for used vehicles are (not medicinally) too high!

Went here with cash in hand to place a large down payment on a car that I was ready to buy the day I was in the lot. Staff eyeballed me for 15 to 25 mins and never approached me. Even congregated together and still never approached me. I was looking at all the cars and trying to make a decision. Liked the orange camaro. They seem to have no drive to sell cars. Will never go here again.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and to have them look at the drivers side windshield washer nozzle that wasnt spraying. Was told it would be about an hour. 3 hours later and the service was done but suddenly both nozzles were broken! Tried to say it would be $100 to replace them! Service manager did replace the one THEY broke for free, but not both. Fair enough, I guess. I bought the other one on Amazon (original GM part, not aftermarket) for about $13 and it took literally 5 minutes to put it in myself. Could have gotten both nozzles as a 2 pack for around $20! So, basically went in with one problem came out with more wrong than I went in with and an attempt to charge $100 for a 5-10 minute install of a $20 part! I guess Ill go back to doing my own work instead of trusting these scheisters!

I bought my used prius from here about 5 years ago and I regularly return here to get my oil changed. The staff is always nice and the sales people were only slightly pushy, but I mean they are a used car dealership so you have to expect some of that every time you come in.

They sold me a car that I found out had been in a accident. They even showed me where it said it had never had any issues. They just painted the bumper and sold me the car at night so I didnt notice until later and no one ever called me back after leaving messages to talk about the issue.

Moreover, it’s unethical sale associates, sale manager (Lawrence Alton) and financial advisor (C. Winters) is the worse people (representative of Coggin, Chevrolet at the avenues) that we have dealt with especially, after, we have purchased our new SUV truck (August 11, 2018).We have purchased 5 new vehicles from this company starting from 2004 to 2018. We have referred friends and family members to that company (coggins Chevrolet) in the past. Consequently, we have experienced a new encounter with the company new representatives, who only care about making a sale with us at that moment in time. Note: Once the sale has been made (We purchased a New 2018 Chevrolet Suburban), “They did not want to do business with us anymore and when we had questions to ask them, it was very difficult to get in contact with anyone at the company.” Special Note: When we finally got in contact with the operator and we asked her to send a message to one of the department managers that we needed to speak to them! The operator would forward us to their (financial manager or sale manager) office phones, then we would leave a message for them to call us back. Evidently, they did not return any of our phones calls, then we would text message and email them, and the same results. No return responses!We plan to contact the IRS and the general manager of the Chevrolet dealership Company, because we have given vital/important information to the financial manager (C. Winters) and sale manager (Lawrence Alton). The information is our son personal info known as a W-9 form, with included his Social Security Number (SSN). The W-9 form was to be used for a $100.00 referral document that our son referred us to the company and in turned, we purchase a new vehicle on his behave.Paul/Lajuanwa Howard
