Certainly not off to a good start from the beginning with this service issue. I was told I would receive a loaner car...thus I planned on that. Dropped truck off and to my utter surprise...no loaner cars are available. Actually told they only have 3 with about 20 people on the wait list. In my nearly 40 years of owning cars I have never dealt with a dealership that did not provide loaner cars. Especially since I was told I would receive one. UPDATE. In the end service was quick and prompt. Same day completion and pickup. Reasonable price. Dennis provided awesome communication and got the job done!

I usually deal only with Mary Jane, Ive tried dealing with the other 2 guys there and they dont give the EXCEPTIONAL customer service that Mary Jane does. This time Mary Jane had to take care of some personal business and I was handed off to Becky. Becky gave the same EXCEPTIONAL service that is given by Mary Jane. As long as these 2 ladies (Mary Jane and Becky) work in the service department. I will ALWAYS return, they know how to listen and ask probing questions to ensure that my needs are taken care of. I receive/ received EXCEPTIONAL customer service without having to demand it. I always get 5 star service from Mary Jane and most recently from Becky. GREAT JOB LADIES!!

Key GMC is one of the very few dealerships that did not try to up sell us anything. They merely explained what the cost differences would be and they supported us greatly with whatever decision we chose. They were very busy that day and they made it decently quick and easy. We had the honor of having a great salesman named Nick Latka. He was wonderful and welcoming and made the car buying experience very simple and he explained all of the perks the car has. He was very patient and answered any questions we had. The overall experience was definitely more than 5 stars.

I brought my 2015 Yukon in for a leaking sunroof and was advised there was a $175 diagnostic fee. I get it, they had to spend the time and effort to figure out where/why it was leaking with testing etc. However turns out its not the sunroof, but per my service advisor my roof is not aligned with the sunroof, causing a slight gap at the rear of the glass which is then causing the leak. How does this happen? Per the body shop there, they did not have time to confirm if it could be fixed or if a whole new roof would be required. I was charged a discounted rate of $119 for GMC to tell me my roof is not aligned and basically separating from the sunroof. There was no explanation how this could possibly happen especially considering the vehicle has never been wrecked. GMC should have given me $119 for my time. I was given a trade in value for it provided I fix the roof. How about GMC stand behind their product and buy it back as is? This Yukon has had nothing but issues, headlights, tail lights, defective paint, trim pieces falling off, AC actuator, seat heaters, lift gate, to name a few and now the roof. I expected too much for a $65k dollar car. Very disappointed with GMC as a whole.

Overall my experience at Key Buick was very positive. It had been awhile since I’ve had my 2013 Enclave in a dealership for repairs. My drivers seat trim has cracked causing the seat controls to fall out. They took care of that as well as many maintenance items that were over due. They never pressured me on anything, they recommended and I chose what I wanted done. Beckie the service writer was very helpful especially in getting me home and back again through Lyft.

I love my Buick Encore. Best car I’ve had in years. Fun to drive, has all the bells and whistles. Just one thing I’m not pleased about. The salesperson didn’t follow up on promise made to me about paint touch up. It’s been almost a year since I bought my car. I’ve taken it in for routine service, which is great by the way. But never heard from him. I would buy another car from Key Buick but wouldn’t see the same salesman. It’s a shame.

Went through KBB to sell my car. I submitted pics and described all of the damage on the vehicle in detail. This dealership was provided as a willing to buy the car for $2700 (this is a $4500 car in good condition). An agent of Key Buick GMC called me immediately and told me they would buy the car and the whole process would take 15 minutes and Id have a check in hand. I confirmed with the agent that they received the pics and description of the damage (a dent and small gash in the door). The agent emphatically answered yes, and that it just needed a little body work, its cosmetic and that they had a full collision repair shop. I drove to the dealership right away. Once I got there I was greeted and offered a drink and someone would be with me shortly (I spotted no customers) About 10 minutes later a salesman asked for my keys and said someone would be out soon to examine the car. Fine. Another 10 - 15 minutes goes by and another employee came to examine the car. He took a quick look around and asked to drive the car. Fine. He drives off and another 15 minutes later comes back and says that they are not interested in this vehicle, we can give you $700. WTH? So youre not interested but will still buy it? Right... I asked why the offer was so low and he replied that the door damage is a $2000 repair. To be fair, yes, maybe, if I was bringing it in to be repaired at a dealership, which I wouldnt because Id go to a body shop. Plus Id just pay the deductible and have insurance cover the rest. So thanks Key Buick GMC for proving yet again why dealerships suck and car salesman cannot be trusted. Trying a bait and switch on a purchase you contacted me about, then tire kicking and low balling even though you were provided the VIN, an accurate description of the car, and pics of the damage, all while wasting an hour of my time for a 15 minute process. 0 stars

This score would have been 5 star and a 10 had I not had to call and leave a message for the service manager as to why you didnt provided loaners/rentals when the vehicle had to be kept overnight. Although the service writer did call me back saying one had been authorized for the following day, it was not required because the issue was corrected prior to needing a rental for a second night.This is my 5th GMC Sierra Denali and my first purchase with Key. I have full confidence that future experiences will be 5 Star/10.

I tried to buy a 82,000 Denali and they would not take a deposit to hold it while I drive from Virginia! It was going to be a cash deal. Plenty of other places to buy from.In response to your answer: yes I am reaching out to a Florida dealer. I want a certain truck, color and features. The truck you have fits what I want but I would be a fool to start an 11 hour drive without some agreement the truck would not sell while I drive down. I can order a 2022 with a 1,000 deposit at several local dealers. I offered a 10K deposit to hold it for a few days. I feel very offended by the way you treated me.

Purchased a Genesis G80 from out of state. Had EXCELLENT service from salesman Don Shiver and sales manager Eric Thompson. They provided photos, a live Zoom walk around, answered all my questions, and sent all paperwork in a timely fashion, thereby making me completely comfortable with buying the car remotely. They even arranged for the transport company to pick up the car and deliver it to my door. I cannot recommend these people too highly. Dont wait. Call on them today!

The service was under warranty and if I would have had to wait for parts which I was informed would most likely be the case, I was told once again the dealership did not have a loaner vehicle for me to use stating once again COVID-19 issues which was first told me a year ago. I paid for a very high end GMC Yukon and was told I would have access to a loaner vehicle if work under warranty was being done. Not LIFT or Uber service but a loaner. Im glad the parts were in stock and it did not become an issue. I dont consider this a service department issue but a management issue. Until they stand behind the service department, I would be hesitant to recommend this dealership. I never had this issue with a different local GMC dealership with my last Yukon.

We wanted to buy a Genesis. We live in Savannah and soon discovered that these cars were very in short supply. We called all of the dealers in Georgia with no luck. I called Eric Thompson at Key Auto and he was very responsive and told me he felt very confident he could find our car. We visited the show room and he introduced us to Patti Berry Who showed us a couple of models. We decided we wanted a more high tech package and lo and behold Eric researched and found one at the port that met our specifications. Even though it was a two hour and 15 minute drive from Savannah, which we had to do twice in one week, it was well worth the trip. Their professionalism and knowledge seem to be a step above all of the other dealers we encountered.

The Initial Schedule process was fine, I was offer a Thursday appointment but a early spot open at 2 p.m.On Tuesday.My issues look like a Electrical situation.They close at 5 pm. My vehicle had to stay overnight and no car rental available. Battery cables were loosened. Got charge a Hour of Service $130 to clear Diagnostics codes. Which were done the week before at a Oil change done by GMC dealer at Orange Park. The Personnel attitude and attention was top notch.My point is this was a miss opportunity to cultivate a new customer, in my opinion the fee could have being compensated...perhaps in a corporate environment its difficult to have the empowerment to take those decisions...

Well, first of all, it was harddddd to make an appointment because the scheduling department is/was sub-par. Then, it took ALL DAY LONG for them to actually do the recall work that was performed on my car! My car does not ride any differently and they even broke a part to the locking mechanism of my car and have YET to say anything about it!!! Im used to paying for and receiving EXCELLENT SERVICE and I am feel as though I just did NOT receive it here at this establishment!

Im very unhappy with the service.I feel they took my daughters money and did nothing. We requested a diagnostic on Thursday and didnt get a response until Tuesday. They then told me that it was an electrical issue, which they new that when I had the car towed to them. They stated that they would need another $450 for 3 hours to diagnose the problem. The car is a 2003 Saturn Ion. You got to be kidding me! Very disappointed. I ended up paying 175.00 for nothing. I know no more about my car than I did before they looked at it.

Was told No. That was only for certified vehicles. Dont understand why that would apply to a brand new vehicle 2021 vehicle!!!Service after the sell was not what i expected. We did everything on line, including contract price and trade-in, so we only needed to test drive our selected car, and complete the paperwork. I gave 1 star because they were friendly. I brought my 2020 GMC Sierra in because the engine is misfiring Also for regular scheduled maintenance. I was told the misfiring was because the oil was low. Adviser said all fixed after changing the oil. It it still misfiring so I will be taking my truck to professionals that actually know how t fix automotive issues. Never going to Key Buick again.

I was told if I wanted to wait another half hour they might be able to get it done. I felt I had spent enough time there that day and I was not confident it would only be 30 minutes so I decided not to do it.

Me and my wife felt very welcomed with his service the entire time. Especially, since we have just taken the car to Buick in Atlanta and they were not as helpful and as detailed as this location. Being that is was Labor Day, we understood that Jeff was either busy or short staffed already but he didn’t hesitate to help to the fullest extent once he heard we were in town just for the weekend and could not prolong our trip due to work. I was acknowledged right away when I pulled up to the service center. Once repairs needed was known they promptly called me for approval. When they called me back to say my vehicle was ready they didnt have a final price ready. They called me back a few hours later with the total. Thats the only reason I didnt give 5 stars. Went early on a Saturday to try and beat the crowd. Had placed an email of interest in a 2500 HD weeks ago and was emailed when the truck arrived. Went and took a look, negotiated over price, came to a deal and then finalized the purchase. About 4.5 hours start to finish. only wish it was a little quicker. Good service!

I’ve bought 2 cars from Key, the sales team are always great, but the service dept needs some work.No matter what you have done it’s ALWAYS a 2 to 3 hour wait. When I was there recently every one in the waiting area agreed! One gentleman was there the day before for 4 hrs, then had to come back next day and waited another 4 hrs. He was getting his brakes checked out. ( not even fixed) I’ve complained before but nothing changes.I will not use them anymore, I will get my services done somewhere else.Sorry to sound negative but there are lots of car dealerships out there, the service dept can either make you happy to come back, or NEVER again.

My vehicle broke down while traveling through town. Has it towed to the dealership late Sunday. Had a call from Dennis first thing the next morning. I have owned 5 GMCs since 07, 4 of them since 2018. I love GMC products. I was looking to Buy a GMC AT4 1500, Key GMC, first had me work with D.W. Who failed to advise me of two purchacing incentives adding up to $750. So I gave them another try, and was working a deal with Don. He had me place a DEPOSIT to ensure the vehicle that was in transit would be held for me upon arrival. I had his word hed let me know when it came in. Upon arrival, that vehicle was sold to a different customer. When I inquired about my vehicle Don was unaware that the vehicle had arrived nor that it had already been sold this was 3 business days after it occurred. I had a check pre approved for the sale a week before the vehicle arrived and Key GMC was well aware of that. All I was left with was sorry Mr. Snow we have this 2500 at $18K more available and we have another 1500 AT4 with NO IDEA, when it might arrive. In my opinion this dealership lacks professionalism and commitment to their customers. I will buy my GMCs elsewhere. Randall J Snow

The actual service was good, but there were many many grease smudge spots inside and outside the car. The drivers inside door was very nasty, the driver side carpet and the passenger seat was smeared with black grease. I would have thought as much as I spent for this service that they would have taken precautions and cleaned up after themselves.

I had an unfortunate accident. The only comfort was Collision Key. From the outset I was treated like a celebrity. They kept me informed by text every minute of the way. The whole experience was outstanding. There is also an impeccable work warranty. I cannot recommend enough. I am indebted to them.

The work done on My Chevrolet Express 1500 Van was so far so good. Ive had no problems. The problem is Dennis, the Service Advisor. He is very disdainful and uncaring. I had to call the Service Manager, Toni, to have Dennis return my calls. I dont think these people appreciate my business so Ill be going elsewhere with my future service needs.
