This was the best car buying experience of my life! Devon was my salesperson and they were absolutely phenomenal! We did a lot of the negotiating and getting everything set over the phone. The car I wanted was in Miami and they had it shipped here in like 2 days. I came in today and was only there about an hour. My trade in was appraised while I did the paperwork. Devon explained everything in detail and never tried to pressure me into getting extra insurance or anything. They just explained it all and when I declined, accepted that. I told them what my price range was when I contacted them and I can now proudly say that not only do I have my dream car but I am paying over $200 less a month than I was paying before with a 3% lower interest rate! I seriously can’t believe it! If you’re in the market for a new car, definitely give Enterprise a try and ask for Devon! You won’t be disappointed!

A few years ago I bought a car here in excellent condition and excellent service. Thats why I came back. This time it has been the worst experience of my life. The car is useless, it has more noise than a 20-year-old car. At first they made an appointment for me to resolve and what they did was turn off the check engine light. Since day three of having the car, I have been explaining everything the car does and they ignore me. I understand that in Florida you cannot sell a car with a damaged suspension. My car has a damaged suspension and two or three other problems. The manager is knowledgeable and ignores. Enterprise forgets that after the sale service is what counts. They havent bothered to sell me a safe car. I have taken the initiative to write this review at the insistence of Enterprise to send me the email to rate their work.

Great way to purchase a used vehicle. Devon was our sales manager at the Jacksonville location and she did a wonderful job helping us search & find a used vehicle with low mileage. Devon is very personable & friendly and answered all our questions prior to our scheduling an onsite appointment to inspect the vehicle. The purchase process is truly hassle-free. She even shopped financiers for us to find the best interest rates, prior to the appointment. Enterprise offers a 12,000 mile/12 month maintenance program (like a warranty) and additional coverage is also available including optional protection plans. The entire purchasing process is quickly conducted electronically onsite. A very pleasant experience.

We bought our first van in 2010 (F250 Work Van), bought our second van in 2015(2014 Dodge Grand Caravan personal use), and now we bought our third van in 2021 (2019 Dodge GC personal use). We love them all! We are still using the work van with over 250,000 miles and is going strong. The 2014 will be passed on to our daughters family to use now that her car has bitten the dust. I am proudly driving my new Caravan and love all of its features! Great experience. I am recommending Enterprise Car Sales to all of my friends and family. I was able to get a two year-old car with low mileage and a clean carfax for $2500 below blue book value. The only sacrifice I had to make was color.The only fees I had to pay were the $200 processing fee that is universal and a $250 transfer fee to get the car transferred from Tampa to Jacksonville. While the transfer fee is paid out of pocket beforehand and is non-refundable, I think spending $250-$500 to get the car you want transferred is a small price to pay. Besides those two fees I just mentioned, its just the sticker price and the sales tax. The price you see is the price youre paying.The best part about the whole buying process is that you didnt have seedy car salesmen gutting you for every $ and trying to sell and upcharge you on every little thing.I will never go back to a dealership ever again for purchasing a car unless Im buying new. Enterprise Car Sales is the way to go if youre buying used.

This was the most positive car buying experience I have had in my entire life. Devon Miller from Jacksonville was my salesperson and led me through this experience. My truck was first in Orlando and then transferred to Jacksonville. I added a towing kit which was installed and then she delivered the truck to my house in High Springs. After I inspected the vehicle we completed the paperwork I gave her a check dropped her off for lunch with her mother and the truck was mine. Don’t get me wrong. Enterprise is a great place to purchase a vehicle from. That being said...Dear customer, If you wish to have a private conversation and they “step out.” They’re actually going to their colleagues desk and remotely listening in on your private conversation via their computer.Just go outside if you wish to have a private conversation. Them doing this, immediately broke a level of trust I had in this company.Would I purchase there again? Perhaps. But I guess all salesman are sneaky and can’t be trusted. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Excellent people skills and even though my business takes me on the road for days at a time she kept in touch with me and let me know what they had that fit my needs. Finally made it back in this past Saturday and looked at a couple cars with Emily but didnt decide that day. Came in today and of course she was off work but Tommy Bristol took care of us for her. Another positive experience. he took care of us like we were his best customers and knew he was sharing the comission with Emily. I found Enterprise Car Sales thorogh a visit to the rental site. I found them to bevery easy to find a goodusedcar with very low mileage and great prices. I wa s able to choose a color that I liked and arrange for financing all with in a 1 30 minute visit to the site. Completely disorganized!! It took over an hour to pick up a RESERVED car! As usual, what you reserve is never ready or available, so you are forced to upgrade if you want to leave in a timely manner. Staff talk extremely fast, graze over fine details and suddenly your $200 rental is well over $600!! Renters, beware!

I found almost the exact truck I wanted, It had low mileage and was significantly cheaper then at the dealerships I was looking at, they also gave me a great trade in price for my former vehicle. Great overall experience purchasing from Enterprise. Found what I was looking for online, with plenty of pictures, and had no issue getting hold of a sales rep when I called. The truck I purchased was about two-thirds, or a little more than half, of of the cost of what other dealerships in the area were offering. Plus its no-haggle pricing so I did not have to spend a couple hours of my time trying get an okay price on the truck. In and out in about an hour overall, including test drive. I might purchase all other future vehicles from Enterprise.

Enterprise Car Sales is the way to go if you dont like the hassle of an annoying salesperson which is typical at your local dealership.Our experience buying through Enterprise Car Sales was very positive and if we ever have to purchase another vehicle, we will choose them again.It was refreshing to see what we want at their no hassle price, test drive it and close the deal without having to go through multiple sales reps each with their own agenda to close the deal with the most add-ons. Not for me now that we know of Enterprise Car Sales, I wont every shop at a pushy dealership again.

They was not on point when saying a vehicle to me Im mobility but I ask for running boards to be place on any vehicle wanted to choose from but the had excuses staying they dont have a vendor so I asked for my trade, $4000 back some money went back to my account and the $2500 still waiting past 7 business day they now say 14 business day its now 17 business day. Just poor service quick to sell you vehicle

I had a great experience with the sales persons at the Jacksonville office. I was happy to test drive the vehicle. I am happy to say so far I am really happy with my vehicle. I told the salesperson what I wanted in a truck and he presented me with two choices and I was happy not to be flooded with vehicles because I had been looking at vehicles.

I was extremely thorough when it came to buying my latest used car. I learned all about dealer fees (Florida has the highest) and other garbage fees that used car dealers charge you. This place is the most honest and fair used car dealer you will find (possibly in Florida). Whereas other dealerships charge at LEAST $600 in fees, Enterprise only charges $200. At first I was worried about the no-negotiating policy but all their cars are fairly priced and with that low dealership fee, I was already saving hundreds. Lucas helped me find my car and he was extremely helpful and informative. You could tell he genuinely cares about helping people find the right car for their budget. I never thought I would ever find a used car dealer that I could recommend but here we are. If youre buying a used car, this is the only place you should go.

Mickey, Mickey, Mickey. She was able to resolve all the issues I had, especially when the others in the office did not see it as important. But to me, they were: hand-written tag; tag had no frame on it; key had to be programmed; check engine light was on.Mickey made me very happy. Thanks Mikey.

I give this place 5 stars. I am 50 something years old the first time I have bought from this dealership I bought my first Nissan as well. When I first arrived at the dealership I walked inside and had a salesperson her name is Mickey she asked if she could help me. I told her I had seen a couple cars on the internet and I told her what I would like to look at she took me to the first one can I ask to see another one and I did. Not once did she try and convince me to go with one or another or something else. When we talked about the vehicles she answered each question. This has been my first experience with a female salesperson and I was so thankful that she met me at the door. After talking with her over numbers and what I liked she told me up front that she likes to be honest and upfront. Well I bet hit the floor this is the first time Ive ever heard this and I have bought a many cars. I was so pleased with her service and she gave me what I wanted and what she said she was going to give me and more. The best thing was that she smiled at me at first and I had hoped I had the best dealer. Well I did and Ive got the coolest car. So if you want to place that gives you good deals on a automobile that is certified try Enterprise sales and if Mickey is too busy to help which I doubt please tell her Brenda said hi.

This is a great place to buy a car! When you go ask to see Mickey Williams she is the greatest salesperson person on Earth. She truly has your interest in mind you will not be disappointed. Mickey literally saved me thousands by looking out for my best interest. They advertise their cars online and dont have any when you get there. Cant trust them 😓 We waited in a very long line a very long time and a lot us were turned away for that reason.
