So driving down Morton, I was ran off the road by one of their delivery drivers. about caused a nice accident and im not all too happy since his reaction was to laugh and flip everyone off.

So I thought my check engine light was on apparently it was my low tire pressure. Paid $100 to be told that my air was low on my tires. And still left with the low air tire symbol on seriously do not recommend going there could have took them 2 seconds to air my tires up. So not only did I just waste $100 I still have to go air my tires up. Also could have probably went somewhere else for a lot cheaper just went here because this is where I bought the car.

Very friendly. Not pushy. Didnt have to spend the whole day working on a deal. Went in knowing what we wanted. They encouraged us to test drive. Let us drive it by ourselves. We tested it came back, made a deal and drove it home.

Just bought a 2021 Dodge Ram Eco Diesel for here just over 2 weeks ago. I built the truck online and then sent the specs to Corbin Tullis who had just sold a truck to a buddy of mine. They did a search and found one the was super close to what I had asked for ( interior spot on, exterior spot on, extras pretty darn close). The salesman came in on his day off for me to test drive one on the lot due to my work schedule and put no pressure on me to buy the whole time. The follow up service has been short and to the point just to make sure I am happy. My wife will be in the market for a new vehicle in a couple years and I will be going back to them for their excellent service. Truck was spotless at pick up and they had me in and out while my little girl was running around in less than 45 mins, and she loved the balloon she got.

Have bought Three dodge Trucks from this Dealership. Called about getting a Key Fob Programmed for my 2010 dodge 3500 but because I didnt buy that vehicle from them they said they wont do it. No Wonder we stopped doing business with them. Terrible Service and have had work done to my older trucks here and was overcharged wouldnt recommend them to anyone save your time and go to Green in Springfield.

Very informative service department. They explain each service before they perform it and after they are done. Cozy waiting area with beverages for waiting customers. The 23 point inspection is one of the things I like most. They catch issues before they become serious. I have not taken my vehicle to any other place since I bought it from this establishment.

Bought a 2015 truck from the old owners that had told me I could put a lift on truck as long as I didnt go above six inches and it would still be covered under warranty both the sales man and the old owner told me this. When I was looking at lifts to go on the truck I called and asked the service manager about the mopar lifts the service manager told me that the lift was going to cost almost $4,000 + labor that I think he said was going to be around $1,300 I had the truck in the other day to have the locking lug nuts removed sine when I bought the they didnt have the tool to remove them there was a little mix up when we got there and ended up charging me for something they were susposed to do for free. I talked to the new owner today he was a night and day difference from the previous owner. The new owner was professional he refunded my money. While we were on the phone he looked up the prices for the lift kit and they were much better them what the previous owner and service manager had quoted me. I dont know what the previous owner and service manager were doing when they quoted me almost $1500 more than retail for the lift. The new management appears to be much better and more eager to make your experience the best that it can be if you have a problem just talk to Chad I think he will be able to make good on any problems you may have had with them in the past.

If I could give a negative I would. Took my 2005 jeep in because of abs lights and traction control eas on. 1000 dollars later we pull out and dont even get out of town lights come back on. We called told them lights came on they said bring it back. They will check it out. Now 300 dollars more they will fix it again. Did t have extra 300 told them we would do it later. They said I owed them another 97 dollars for a diagnostic. Everyti.e we took it there something else would happen or be broken. Sad experience id recommend Jerseyville jeep dealer o er them any day.
