I cannot explain how happy I am. Don was the BEST salesmen I’ve EVER worked with. He was super knowledgeable of the car in question. He also answered each question for me. Super polite, nice, and honest guy. I rate Brightway auto a 10!!!!!!

This is a late review, but I’d like for my experience of making a purchase with Don at Brightway auto sales to be known as one of the best experience I’ve had of purchasing a vehicle . I purchased my vehicle a 2012 Jaguar XF Portfolio in September 2020, I’ll give you a little Backstory of my experience. I arrived at Brightway auto sales about 30 minutes before closing, And Don did not hesitate with taking me in letting me test drive the vehicle And waiting for me to decide if I wanted to make the purchase of the Jaguar and with me deciding on making the purchase Don completed all the necessary paperwork in about a little over an hour. Fast forward to yesterday I had to call Brightway Auto Sales, Because I needed information on the warranty that was purchased with my vehicle. I had the privilege of speaking with Don and again he was just as courteous from when we initially met. I would recommend Brightway Auto Sales for ay vehicle purchase.And I’ll see you guys again on my next purchase.

SUPER! Right from the start. Don, total customer service wit a great demeanor. I found the car I was looking for at their site. Told Don my situation because of the COVID. I had such a great experience purchasing my Lexus ct200h here. Before I decided to go to them I went to a well-known large dealership and the service that I received was atrocious and honestly ghetto. They attempted to show me a car filled with ants that I couldnt test drive. I immediately found this dealership after leaving in complete disgust. The service I received here was absolutely impeccable. It was a very quick process.

Purchased a 2007 Infiniti QX56 from the Forest Blvd location. Have spent a year trying to fix it. Yes, I did purchase the Bumper to Bumper Warranty that, as it turns out, only covers the engine and drivetrain. None of the pre-existing problems are covered. Started really acting poorly and had to take it to a dealership as my mechanics diagnostic couldnt read it all. The repairs of just the safety items will cost over $10,000.00. According to the dealership after looking at the carfax this car should never have been sold. The cars are AS-IS so there is nothing you can do and is quite obvious why they do it. They know what they are selling and what its not worth. I now have a vehicle I cannot repair and will be paying on for another 3 yrs along with insurance until I can sell it for junk. Dont go to these people you will regret it. I may not have any recourse but that does not mean I cant warn others.

Impossible to work with. Arrogant and rude. They will waste your time trying to gauge you in every direction. They push for your information when I havent even seen the vehicle or Carfax. They want to try to find something to raise there price, even with great credit or paying cash. They post prices then tell you thats the cash only price. Constant haggle, back in forth on everything and higher interest rates.

Great people! They are real helpful. They try to give you what you want and will work with you.
