Well about 3 or 4 months ago I was in the market for a new truck. I was really wanting a Jeep Gladiator but decided I would stick with Ford. Great experience working with Wes (and Mikki). I told Wes what we were looking for and he came up with several great options. After test driving a few SUVs we had second thoughts and decided maybe we needed to stick with a minivan instead. We found what we wanted online at another Bob Ridings lot. Wes had it brought to Jacksonville quickly. From the test drive to paperwork being done was less than 2 hours. We will definitely return! Everyone was friendly and we never felt any pressure.

Extremely pleased with the way my purchase was handled. I asked for information via email. It was sent quickly (another dealer I had been dealing with called immediately, claiming that he didnt notice that I had asked to be contacted via email only). Was able to do all the paperwork electronically prior to getting the car. They even delivered it. The paperwork then took less than 5 minutes. No high pressure, a fair price, and no surprises. Service manager recommended new windshield wiper blades which I had them install. First rain I used them and one broke. Was out of town so had them replaced. Next service told dealer what happened and requested refund or credit. After a while service manager said work is complete and I asked what they decided on blades. He said they put new ones on under warranty. I said the ones they took off were new. I asked that he put my new blades back on and issue credit or refund. He said he could only put my new blades back on and no refund. It was the level of service that brought me to the dealership where I bought a new vehicle and it will be the level of service that moves me to a better dealership for my next purchase.

I previously went in here and was upside down on my vehicle, so they could not help me. After paying the negative equity to the bank, and no longer having negative equity, plus money down for a trade in they did not even want to listen to me. I got a call from Kevin saying I told you last time youre upside down, Im not helping you, Im not pursuing this after trying to tell him I payed the negative equity since last time he told me he didnt want to help me and that I can go somewhere else.

Customer service after the sale is horrible. Bought $20,000 van and noticed a couple of days later that it had 3 different manufacturers tires and the 2 that matched were on different axles. They said tire depth was good and vehicle is safe. Nothing they would do. Talk to any mechanic or read any article and the safety is an issue as is wear. Treat you like royalty until the paper is signed, after that, oh well. Wasnt that way 10 years ago. Zero recommendation from this family.

We met Wade a few weeks ago when we tried out another automobile. We did not make a deal on that car. Wade never seemed upset when we gave him our decision. Had oil changed on my truck and when I got home oil was dripping on my garage floor. Looked underneath and oil was all over the undercarriage. Tire sensor light was not corrected. Took 1 1/2 hrs. To do routine service. Will not be back.

My daughter bought her first car here Wade was awesome customer service...or so we thought. She had her car 2.5 months and something is wrong with transmission. She took it in...she has zero warranty on this car. I would not recommend anyone buying anything from here. The definitely took advantage of a young girl buying her first car.
