Brian did an amazing job making sure I was comfortable before, during, and after getting my tattoo. Afterwards I was feeling queasy and he was really nice in making sure I was feeling better. Brian was very patient with me in making sure the size was just right. Very easy going, mellow guy that I highly recommend. He made the whole process so much easier. Aside from that, the staff was nice and helpful in getting me in fast. I also love the idea that they use vegan ink. Thank you Brian and staff!

Nate is the best he is so nice and professional and I have already gotten two tattoos from him and I will make another appointment as soon as I have the time. And his wife Meghann was at the front desk and she was amazing and so friendly and made my whole experience the best it could be! Will definitely be going back!

My daughter got her tattoo here a couple days ago. Her artist, Brian (Bo)did a fantastic job. This was a very special tattoo for her honoring her husband who was killed in June. She was extremely pleased at the outcome so thank you Brian!

Not good business at all. Three of us walked in one was getting a tattoo, one was getting a touch up on a tattoo and I was getting piercings. When we walked in they said they didn’t do piercings anymore and then we waited 2 and a half hours to get told that they could not do touch ups on the weekends. Not to mention we had an appointment! So I do not recommend this place.

Saer does very high quality work, I would argue the best in Jacksonville. The shop is also a cool place, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking for a tattoo, start here.

My tattoo artist was Matt and he was absolutely amazing! He drew up my tattoo and put his own artistic twist on it and made it so much better! I am completely obsessed with my new tat and this is the only place I will go for now on! The staff was super friendly and polite. I highly highly recommend coming here. Especially if it’s your first tat! You will get high quality work and a 10/10 experience.

This was my first visit to this shop and I will be back. I got something very basic but it turned out beautiful. Scott is a wonderful artist and takes the time to be sure he knows what you want. Very professional and took the time to be sure it was done right.

Someone recommend Scott to me so I booked an appt and I was not disappointed! Ive had 2 tattoos done by him in a weeks time. Its so refreshing to see an artist that takes the time to listen to what youre wanting and is pleasant to talk to and doesnt make you feel like youre taking up their time. I will absolutely have him finish my sleeve for me. Would recommend him and the shop to anyone.

Recently got a third tattoo from Scott. Very satisfied. Also, while I was getting tattooed, another employee witnessed a vehicle back into mine causing minor damage. He was able to record the license plate and provided a statement to the police. Thats good looking out for me, the client! Hardwire tattoo gets my two thumbs up!

The best atmosphere, best artist, and best tattoo you will get in Jacksonville. Nate is by far my favorite artist that Ive been tattooed by. He will work with you, and work around YOUR schedule. Hes great.

One of the best places to get a tattoo in Jacksonville. Theres quite a few sub-par to downright mediocre places to get inked, but this is one of the exceptions. Scott worked on me for hours and I didnt have to come back for a touch up because it came out exactly how I wanted it.

Nate Dog and his staff were very eager to help me with my tattoo idea, drew it up on the spot and executed it perfectly and professionally, very clean and had an arcade with old style games, all round Great experience.
