I will definitely be coming back. I had the honor of working with trip and I have nothing bad to say about this shop. He was very gentle and got my tattoo spot on. Ive been wanting this tattoo for 2 years.

I’m very upset. The left hand has six fingers. The right is completely messed up and it does not look like the picture i showed her. I would not recommend and i will be asking for my money back respectfully and then i will not be back again.

I’ve found my new piercing place! Got my nipples done today here and I was very impressed with the professionalism (it’s an awkward piercing!) as well as the detailed explanation/walkthrough my piercer gave me. I never caught his name but I’ll be back! There was a small complication with dense tissue that did seriously heighten the pain level but he handled it like a champ. Everyone seemed to have a great personality and genuinely like their job/care about their clients and that stretches miles for me. Thanks again!

I typically don’t leave google reviews but seeing people post negatively made me want to post about my experience. I have always wandered into the shop and looked around in the past but either was too indecisive or broke to get something done and I’ve never been treated badly at all or pressured to buy anything. My sister came to visit from college and we decided to get tattoos together last minute. We went to the shop and were immediately greeted and began conversing. My sister knew exactly what she wanted, and was pretty nervous but they worked with her. I however wasn’t as sure at first, but they never rushed me, just asked different themes and asked to see my other tattoos were and were overall very helpful by just talking with me. Together we looked at their work and decided who was a better styled fit to take us on individually, which is very important for tattoo artists to do. When I found what I wanted on my phone I sent it right to my artist and he printed it up and styled it, and measured the space it was going immediately. We jumped right on it as soon as he was ready and we were done very quickly! The work was awesome too, great line work, and he curved it behind my ear like a peekaboo tattoo perfectly.The place was very clean as well.It had a chilled environment, everyone was hanging out just relaxing and having laughs.10/10 🎖

Got my piercing done about a month ago her and Rivers did a wonderful job on explaining on how to properly clean and to let me get myself together before we went through the piercing.

It was quick and easy. The young boy with the curly hair was so sweet. I apologize I didn’t really speak after I got my tongue pierced. I was nervous to lol.

I was worried to be honest! Very worried, Sharon really worked with me on everything and was patient and as gentle as she would be on my piercing especially considering I was giving her a few issues. Understanding my line of work as well she worked with us and gave a suggestion that my husband and I loved. I would go back to her and her prices are most definitely fair better than most. I love her and recommend.

The customer service was AWESOME. Sharon worked with me on price and design, and made me feel comfortable during the whole process of getting the tattoo (good conversation, but not too much, no pressure or awkwardness). I got my second tattoo here, and honestly, it was so much less painful than my first, though placement-wise it should have been more so. She has such a gentle hand, and her work is absolutely gorgeous. Not to mention that the whole store was so clean and well put together.All in all, a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend getting tattooed here.

Decent prices. My tattoo came out beautiful (although I realized when I got home that the artist missed a petal while shading). However my mom was super depressed because when she was able to closely compare her tattoo to the photo provided, it was totally botched... Shes going elsewhere once it heals to try and salvage it.

I had requested to work with Sharon because my husband had her do work on himself, and it was my first tattoo so I was nervous and only felt comfortable with her. She accepted despite being so busy and she worked with me to make my piece unique and work best on my body. She did an amazing job!!! The pricing was cheaper than I had thought it would be too! I would highly recommend her!

The woman that works there has such a kind soul, genuine and so pure. the inside of the store is the cutest and so clean. i’m from wilmington and i’ll drive to jacksonville any time i need something done with a tattoo or piercing instead of anywhere near me.

They were so nice and very comforting because it was my first tattoo. The lady that did my tattoo made sure I was okay and did judge and she was very beautiful. Not to mention the price was great!

These guys are amazing, especially the owner Sharon. She made sure that I was satisfied with my results and she definitely exceeded my expectations as far as customer service. It is a light hearted and family friendly atmosphere. My two children were with me and were kept busy with kid friendly Netflix movies. Had a very bad experience, went in for a Friday the 13th tattoo and my tattoo was AWFUL! We stood around awkwardly while employees were behind the counter talking to each other and laughing before I had to ask for help. The lights were broken and blinking. The girl who tattooed me didn’t clean her station and kept digging the needle in so deep she pressed it all the way down and kept going over the lines repeatedly in a jagged form so the lines were crooked af. The tattoo was so horrible I wouldn’t even go back for a free fix up. My trust is completely gone

Nice people, Nice and affordable place to buy jewelry and all around just a nice space to vibe at. Without even it being in the package they gave me a free hand made cleaning solution for my piercing. Im so greatful to have met them. My tongue piercing was done by the same place different piercer and still to this day its straight and healed amazingly. Thanks River and Mrs. Piercing Woman (Boss of the store). Aka I love that the boss got her hands full too, Shes not afraid to help out.

I’m so disappointed with my piercing. I’ve been pierced here before and trusted them with a second piercing. I had this piercing before and knew exactly how it felt and what it should look like. Everything went wrong and I had to be pierced twice. I noticed the jewelry was large for the area and asked about it and I was told that’s all they had. Not even two hours later I had to go to another location to get the jewelry changed because the bar was wayyyyyy too short and the balls were way to big. Needless to say, I had to pay a piercer at a different location to fix someone else mistake.

Great place and friendly staff I only had the pleasure of meeting two of the staff but I will say alex is a great artist and thinks out of the box to create great pieces. Ashley is a great piercer that never rushes you and shows she really cares about you and your well being strongly recommend anyone thinking of getting a tattoo or piercing to try this shop out you wont regret it.

I came here a few weeks ago & was disappointed. I walked in and was not greeted at all. I stood there for a few moments before I had to speak to somebody. Mind you all of the employees where sitting on the couch watching tv. I was not Acknowledged until I spoke up for myself. What I got done was fine quick & easy but the employees where completely unprofessional!!

Honestly the WORST tattoo place Ive ever went to. I have multiple piercings and have never had any problems. The management SUCKS they dont care about customer service at all. Came here to get my smiley pierced for my birthday, within a week it was infected. I have always taken proper care of all of my piercings and Ive never had this happen before. The piercer even messed up and had to REDO it! I was so excited to get it done that I didnt even realize that she didnt open the needle in front of me! (Which you are supposed to do) I would not recommend this place to anyone. The owner of this POS tattoo shop even blocked me on her business page!

Went recently to have piercings done. Miss Emily the piercer took care of me and my friend. She did both nipples and my septum. The shop was cleanly and inviting. She was nice enough to stay late to accommodate us. Prices were unbeatable. She was very professional and confident. Very patient and answered every question i could throw at her. She has an amazingly delicate touch which was shocking because i have been pierced by other artists who are locally famous. She made it nearly pain free and the entire experience was super fun. She was very quick with setting up unlike my other local shop experiences. I am super happy with her work and intend to go straight to BNB as long as she is still there! I have already sent 2 other ppl to her since my visit and will continue to suggest Emily at BnB to everyone i know!!! Soon as i am healed im going back! Every piercing she did for me and my friends is doing wonderful. She even was able to suggest aftercare products that are so much better than what everyone else has informed me of.. And i am no newcomer to getting voluntarily jabbed lol. Hands down my favorite in all of Jacksonville!

Best tattoo and piercing experience Ive ever had! Sharon has an awesome personality and skills, this was my 10th tattoo and I couldnt ask for a better tattoo artist.
