I buy beautiful flowers and succulent but sometimes at high price.

Come on Home Depot. If I wanted to get in and out of a hardware store, I knew not to go to Lowes but not so sure now. Started out asking for polycarbonate sheets. Asked 3 male employees. The first one couldnt even spell it right to look it up on the handheld and told me they dont carry it. Finally found it on my own. My last item was tack cloth. YOUVE GOT A SERIOUS PROBLEM ON YOUR HANDS WHEN 4 MALE EMPLOYEES DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT IT IS. This is a hone improvement store! This store is a joke! Now the reason for me mentioning male employees throughout this post is because, I finally got one employee who knew exactly what I was talking about and knew exactly where to go AND when she saw there was none on shelf, went to top stock and brought me down a box. HERES THE SCARIEST PART: I asked to speak to a manager about how only one employee knew where something was in the store, and the manager was the first person I asked about tack cloths.... UNBELIEVABLE!KUDOS TO CASSANDRA. YOU SHOULD BE PAID AT LEAST WHAT THE IGNORANT MANAGER IS GETTING PAID!

The Team Member who took care of us at the Outdoor Nursery area was awesome. Older lady, and I felt like a valuable guest.Good store.

The manager, Bobby was extremely helpful. He arranged my rental at another Home Depot store and discussed the pros and cons of purchasing a submersible pump verses buying one. Great experience at Irving Home Depot. I couldnt have asked for better service.

I went in needing 1 nut! Went to hardware but could not find what I needed. Not my area of expertise. A nice associate named Juan helped me. He had to dig, but he found it. I went to check out and it was $0.09!Decided to swing by and look at the house plants and ended up buying a $25 Monstera!

Staff is very present and helpful, but not knowledgeable. Aisles (when not being stocked) were easily navigable and well labeled.

I Love the store .I always find what I need.....

I needed a couple of keys cut. One of the checkout clerks called for someone to come to the key machine and by the time we got back to the key machine he was there. He helped me choose the proper keys that I needed and made my two keys for me. I dont think I was in the store 10 minutes and I was done. I got the help I needed when I needed it and did not have to wait.

Great prices although I choose to lift heavy stuff I buy from them still would be kinda nice if some of the workers (men) offered a hand and not their phone number..js!! But home depot is the best I just cant ever spend just a bill!

The service attendent told me right were to find the item I was looking for. Way across the store. And he was right. Great job, knew his stuff.

Way too busy for 4 self check out registers and 2 cashiers when everyone is buying piles of equipment and goods.Do I get a discount for checking myself out and bagging my own items? I dont belive so with the costs continuing to rise.....What happened to the staff that was displaced?

You need, they probably have it! Clean place, and nice employees. Everyone seemed to be very knowledge about the products they sell and how to use them.

Customer service definitely not worth, have to walk twice to the AC filters because the princess at the computer didnt even know how to look for an item on it!! Then had an attitude when checking me out. This Home Depot had always been my favor one but employees sucks there.

Went in to buy vacuum filters.Low stock on shelfs needed 8.Reached out for help.Juan from Hardware dept...jumped in to help me. Clarified what I needed, found some in top stock. Quicky helped me get what I needed.Shirley from electrical dept, saw Juan helping, moving ladder to get my items..quicky offered to assist as he passed down items to her.Now this was Fantastic Customer Service and team work to assist a customer!Great job to Juan & Shirley.Love the Customer Service focus in Home Depot now. Along with the warm smiles and greetings from everyone!

Actually found a worker that was very helpful and friendly there was a worker on every other aisle.

Bre was very helpful, she went out her way to help me find 3/4 one hole straps at another home-depot, because they were out…the other girls just told me they could call someone cause they didn’t want to go above and beyond..but bre needs a promotion

The Home Depot always does me right.... I just wish there was more uniformity between stores. I know that is a lot to ask but considering how many different locations we visit, it would be awesome to know where something is. I admit, the app is great but it doesnt always lead me to the answer. Thats not a complaint, just an observation. Thanks!

Theyre getting stock by the truck load...and everyone seems prepared to get their personal picks, as soon as possible!!! Im thrilled to see so many nice choices! My garden is going to be beautiful ❗

I like this store. It’s nearby, the folks are nice and helpful, and the selection is just fine for this neighborhood. They always seem to have all the home repair parts I need, even the obscure items needed for my 60 year old house. Thanks Home Depot!

This is almost a 5 star store, but it suffers from being the original Irving store and is a smaller footprint than newer stores. It has a great location but bad parking lot design that makes the flow of traffic congested. Staff 8nside are always helpful and usually knowledgeable, but like all HD today they are few and far between. Inventory is sometimes limited here because of the high contractor usage of a smaller store. This store works, it could be better, but it is making the best of what it is.

Big box store with lots of items. Rather buy local but sometimes you just need to go in to get a few things

Normally I dont give 2 star reviews its either a 1 or a 5. Was promised a swap out on a pressure washer then got to the store and everything changed. Dont know if Ill be spending a whole lot of money with the store I the future. Bait and switch is tactic I dont believe in. I do know that Ann Marie reads these reviews, and I will bet this doesnt happen to another customer!

This is the worst and uncaring store of employees; and it starts with the management. I ordered an entire patio set and paid for it and scheduled to have it delivered to my home on a certain day; when it was scheduled to be delivered I received a phone call from the “delivery people“ to let me know that the store says that they cannot find the table. Of course I was upset. I contacted the store and spoke to Omar the manager who was not very helpful. However, The table had to be re-ordered and I had to wait another month for the table. When I called to check on the table I was advised that it was on back order. Two days later the table was delivered to my front door without notification, by a delivery person in a hatchback car. I contacted the store, spoke to Dwayne to express my dissatisfaction with not being notified that the table was being delivered and that I would recommend that no one ever go to this store and his response was “OK”. Now if that doesn’t show a lack of concern, then you take the chance of shopping at this store.

Always seem to have difficulty navigating the store these days due to so much promotional merch in the aisles. I get it, new season, new product lines but it is a hardware store and if you are pushing one of the lumber carts you should still be able to get around the store without destroying thousands of dollars in merchandise while trying not to put fellow shoppers in the e.r. I understand this is one of the smaller stores but seriously, lets not make it even more difficult to get to what you need.

Great low prices. Do remember associates being friendlier once. Have to search them out now instead of being asked if you needed any help.

Prices seem to be getting higher than lowes on some items

It wasnt cold there. And I bought tiki torches and other things. Then I realized those things were going to kill me so I went back for a carbon monoxide sensor and survived. Thanks home depot. Also there were employees using the store intercoms to have casual conversations for some reason. I liked it.

We had a fridge delivered today. We paid 80 dollars to deliver it to the house between 2 and 6 to make sure there would be someone home. They delivered it at noon, left it outside my house on its side so its probably ruined. I cant get anyone on the phone, they just keep transferring me around and actually just hung up once while I was on hold.

People really friendly here. You dont have to hunt down someone to help you with something. They had everything I was looking for in stock.

Found the shower head I wanted amoungst a large selection. Very organized and no one in line. Very fast. Just the way I like it!

Home Depot almost always has exactly what I need. The prices are reasonable, but learn the layout and search the item(s) online first to see if it is available. If they are busy, it may be difficult to find assistance. I dont think they are understaffed, just a very popular store.

This home depot is very different than others.this place looks dirty.and a bunch of people without skills.you ask someone for help and they dont know where you can find the things

If I go to a store, I dislike if I get the answer you have to buy it online our online store has it it will be in your house in 2-5 days.If Ill need a spare part I need it ASAP you lost a valet customer to day. I went to ACE Hardware and they had it in stock.

Well theyre starting to get a little more supplies for plumbing if that helps out anybody there definitely got a lot of physical barrier going on in there everybody seem to be wearing their face mask and look like a really nice place to advise anybody needs any part for the permit to go visit Home Depot

This store usually disappoints. It looks they dont care about the customer.Came in to buy fertilizer, asked them to price check. The same fertilizer was being sold for 19.99 at walmart and the Home Depot was selling it for 23.99. Was told they 19.99 is the online price at Home Depot, and will not price match. Why would anyone spend $4 more on the same product at Home Depot. Drove to Walmart a mile away and purchased for 19.99.Dont know why the Home Depot has the policy that say will price match If you find a current lower price on an identical, in-stock item from any other retailer, we will match the price. Just bring the ad, printout or photo with you to the register for validation.

This place is full of young kids who don’t care about their job and old hags who have no understanding of customer service.There was one woman who was extremely helpful who said she’d been with the company 16 years.... but she didn’t work in customer service... ultimately Home Depot failed this time.

I have the Home Depot app that tells you if the item is in stock and where it is located in store. Well they had it but in a different place. The employees were very helpful. I got what I needed and was in and out quickly.

The workers basically ignore you even though there are several just standing around.

Always clean stock is pretty good and most the time the staff is very helpful and knows a lot about a lot of the stock.
