I was disappointed in my experience with an online order (and the associated phone support), and came in person to return the laptop. The associates working in store helped me find an amazing deal on a different laptop, since they stopped carrying the laptop I was returning. They turned me from a customer who wasnt ever going to step foot into a Best Buy again, to a very happy customer who will consider buying from Best Buy again.

Decent Best Buy. Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with in retail. There was someone from the Geek Squad named Christian who was very rude and was condescending and didnt help me when i treid to get a protection plan. I had to go ask another Best Buy associate who was a lot more helpful. This store would be better without the negative people who dont help.

Bought a Marshall Bluetooth speaker at 149.99. About 10 days later, the price dropped to 129.99. I took it back for the $20 difference and when I got home, there was a charge, not credit, for $21.65. I went back to Best Buy and they show that they refunded $21.65. Gonna wait a few days to see if the credit comes in and this pending charge of 21.65 falls off.

This Market Center location was very clean and the staff was excellent... Very courteous and many hellos and How can I help yous. This was my actual first time going in and finding what I was looking for... Everything was stocked, I recommend if your in the Irving area stopping by plus this is along a strip of restaurants and fast food joints.

I Spoke with Grant in Appliances today about washers and dryers... of which I knew virtually nothing about. This guy is a true product expert in all aspects. A++We discussed different units and the specific features of each. He knew everything. All the way down to the different settings and modes on each of the units I was inquiring about. He knew about hoses, adapters, cords, warranty, geek squad extended plans, etc.I wish all salespeople I spoke with in life were this knowledgeable on the products they sold. It would make things way easier. I’ll be back to purchase from Grant once I get a couple other things in order. He had the approach of a teacher— which really helped.Someone promote this guy already or have him in a training role! Well done sir. Thank you.

It has been a nightmare dealing with best buy. I will make sure everyone I know never purchase anything from them. I bought a TV open item, and was gauenteed no burn in and if there were it would be an easy return or exchange process.Well it was delivered, turned it on and there was a burn in. Then the run around started. Called the 800 number to discuss exchanges, they called the store and told me there was another open item we could exchange it but they would need proof of the burn in so I needed to bring the TV, its a 65 inch I asked if I could just take a picture in, 10 minutes of back and forth and they finally agreed. I go to the store, they pull up my account, I explain what I was told, no notes on my account about the previous conversation. On top of that they cant find the store with the item to exchange it with. Next step they told me to call the 800 again to see what they can do for me. The manager was called and the manager said that the price was so low because of the burn in. So now youre telling me I was sold an item they knew was defective and forgot to mention that when they sold it to me? Also where in my receipt does it say price reduction for burn in? It says satisfactory.So I call the 800, then they told me to go to the Plano best buy as it shows one item. I go, re explain everything, because yet again, no notes on my account and they said to go back to the original store.I go one last time that day and the store told me to call the 800 geek squad and see if they can fix the TV. I call, and they told me since I just bought it they wont repair it I would need to exchange it but will need to talk to the store since I bought the TV there.Fed up I called a different 800 number and got Bill. He was really helpful and got a geek squad member to come and look at the TV to see if its repairable. Jonathan comes and was very nice and professional. He said the TV is not repairable and I would need to talk to the store and see what they can do for me to help.I go today, thinking screw it Ill just pay the difference for a new one instead of dealing with the hassle. They try and sell me whats in the stores inventory which is a 55 B7 claiming its the same TV. Fed up I just want a return. They finally said okay, but it would cost me $69 for them to pick it up. So Im paying money to return a defective TV.This is why these stores are dying, no customer service.

Talk of frictionless customer experience and this outlet of Best Buy personifies it! It took us less than 10 mins to get in, buy a product and get out! Feb, the representative was very helpful. Looked up his device, found the product, processed the payment, got us the invoice and we were done. Outstanding to say the least. I was super impressed with this store. But most of all, with Nathan in Geek Squad. I had recently gone to Bass Pro, and experienced very lacking practices for social distancing and disinfecting. So, I was a little weary visiting another brick and mortar. However, to my surprise there were many safeguards in place to ensure employee/customer safety. More-so, I had to go inside, and was escorted in, and dropped off at Geek Squad.At no point did I feel uncomfortable or fearful of possible COVID exposure. Furthermore, Nathan was super pleasant to work with, he handled my phone repair the same day, even though their staff was reduced severely.I have always had a positive attitude towards shopping at Best Buy, and after my recent experience, I will continue to give them as much business as possible.Thank you Best Buy staff! Visited this store to buy a laptop after choosing couple of models online. I entered at 7:45 PM and reached out store associate Lelan for the laptop that I want to buy. For every question, he replied Store closes in 10 mins/5 Mins first and then Item is not in stock for the display items. No note found saying this item is not in stock. Finally at check out also, he told us to make it fast as store closes in 2 mins. If Best Buy has issue in last minute shopping, why it allows customers 15 mins before closing the store? Is it problem with associate I dealt with or Store policy is like that?

I set an appointment through Apple Care to have my phone screen replaced. I called the Best Buy ahead of time to assure they had the part for my phone. A woman at the geek squad counter answered and said yes they have my part. I left work to come to my appointment early.The geek squad clerk Marcos assisted me. He ran a diagnostic, etc etc. Then goes to check for the part. Come to find out they don’t have the part. Marcos provided good customer service despite that the store didn’t have the part. He was apologetic and gave me other options to where I could set an appointment who may have the part.The woman on the phone who didn’t check completely wasted my time, resulting in a 1 Star. Really annoyed. She was careless on the phone and aloof.

A larger store size than 183@ Cheyenne, the staff was good, not great. The price point on some items was very good, others not so good. It is a starting point, do your homework and research, you might find a better price out there. If you need the product ASAP, then shop at Best Buy.

I purchased an item at a Best Buy further from home; however, I decided to exchange it and stopped by at my local Best Buy (this one.) We lost the receipt, but provided a phone number. But that was no help. Had to drive all the way to the original store, just to find out they could of look for the receipt with Apple Pay all along. Smh Young lady at the customer care was nice, but it was still an inconvenience having to drive back to the ordinal store.

This store is very well stocked and I can always find what I need. The variety of inventory is very good. The associates are very helpful and available when you need them, but not intrusive if you just want to browse. Parking is easy in the underground lot and they are right at the top if the escalators.

Bad experience, the guy I asked for help with wifi was either too afraid of covid to even talk with masks on or was not knowledgeable enough to work in an electronic store, I asked him about my options to get a wifi w/o an ISP, he failed to tell me about usb cellualr modems or portable cellular routers, which I googled and found out, he just said use your hotspot . Not happy
