I purchased my dress here (in 2019) after having some incredibly uncomfortable experiences at other bridal shops. The staff was incredibly flexible and helpful. I am someone that doesnt have a typical look they gravitate towards, so being able to sift through the options they had was really helpful. They also didnt make me feel pressured and didnt force me to put on a veil or hold flowers to make me say yes. They also provide some really great recommendations for alterations locally.The options they have are beautiful and they carried many styles when I went. My dress looked brand new. I am so happy I chose second hand.You should definitely visit their shop.

Going to Retulled was ABSOLUTELY the best decision for wedding dress shopping. Let me provide some backstory…My fiancé and I are having a very low-key and low-budget wedding. He is still in school and I am a young professional, so we don’t have a lot of money for a “normal-priced” wedding. I was budgeting $300 - $500 for a wedding dress. And let me just say, my first wedding dress experience left me in tears by the end of the day. I went to the Bridal Superstore and David’s Bridal in Indy. I was in shock to discover that the cheapest dress was $700!! I started to rethink whether or not I should even have a wedding because I could not even fathom how I could pay that kind of money - and for just a small part of the wedding at that! After doing lots of research online, I was starting to feel like I was going to have to pony out the big dough or get no dress at all…I found out about Retulled and thought I should give it a try. Everything about my experience at Retulled was perfect and even better than any experience I had at the big box wedding dress retailers! At the other places before, the dresses were not only expensive, but also very unflattering. I couldn’t believe my eyes when every single dress I tried on at Retulled was so lovely and flattering and completely in my price range! One gorgeous dress that was my favorite for a while was even lower than my price range. It got to a point where I was having a difficult time even deciding between four dresses!From start to finish, Amy and Ari were incredible. They are genuinely kindhearted ladies who were so patient with me. They listened to all of my ideas and offered their own suggestions. The dress I ended up deciding on was one Ari picked out specifically for me based on my body shape and preferences even though it was not one I would’ve picked out myself. I tried it on and fell in love with it immediately! Both Amy and Ari are so knowledgeable about what looks good. They clearly knew what looked good on me better than I knew myself! I was worried that I was becoming annoying because I was so indecisive that I had to try dresses on over and over again. They were never bothered for a second and patiently allowed me to process each dress thoroughly.The location itself was so lovely too. It is located in a little pink Victorian-style house that made you feel like you were in a luxury boutique. Every moment of this experience was magical and everything I ever could have wanted from such an important moment in my life!

Did not actually go in the shop but they had a BBB FESTIVAL behind their shop saturday. BBB stands for blues beer and bbq. I had an awesome time i met new ppl, ate great bbq and listened to my favorite blues singer Queen Delphine and the Crown Jewels it was a great night.

I loved my experience shopping for my wedding dress at Retulled. Im not a social shopper — I prefer to shop alone and take my time to make sure I am happy with my purchases. After a group shopping trip to Chicago that ended with getting a dress I ultimately didnt like, I realized I needed to keep looking, so I came to Retulled.The staff is incredibly nice and friendly, but they let you browse on your own, so you dont feel pressured at all. They also let you try on the dresses by yourself, which was another big plus for me. At the previous shop Id gone to, the attendants didnt leave me alone for a second, and I felt overwhelmed and uncomfortable. Shopping at Retulled was so relaxed and un-stressful by contrast.I also liked how the dresses were organized by price, so I could easily find dresses in my budget. They also separate out destination/beach wedding dresses from the ballgowns. I wasnt having a destination wedding, but I *was* looking for a simpler, non-ballgown dress, so this was very helpful as well.Its important to keep in mind that Retulled is a consignment shop, so their selection is constantly rotating. They didnt have the right dress for me the first time I went, but I went back a couple of months later and found a dress in the exact style I had been looking for, at a great price. I also purchased a jeweled belt and hair combs.Donna, the seamstress who works out of Retulled, was fantastic as well. I felt like she really wanted me to look my best and feel my best in the dress. I felt like we were on the same page when talking about the dress, which was very reassuring. She did my hem, added a bustle, attached the belt, and adjusted the arm holes.If youre looking for a low-pressure wedding dress shopping experience, I cannot recommend Retulled highly enough.

I love this Boutique!! I got my wedding dress here in 2014. It was perfect! Exactly the vintage dress I was looking for. The price was so reasonable. I could not have found a better deal anywhere. The employees are excellent! We also recently went there for my sisters prom dress and found an excellent selection and great size ranges. I will always go here for formal Wear.

This place was absolutely amazing, and the owner was wonderful. I came in a few days before my wedding wanting a slightly nontraditional gown, and with plans for a very nontraditional wedding. I really didnt know much about how to prepare, AND I was without childcare so I had to bring my kids. Despite this (and the fact that she was really busy), the owner was extremely helpful, gave me ideas & helped me figure everything out. She was patient with my daughter, she didnt judge me, she treated me with respect and kindness. They have a lot of beautiful dresses (mens clothing & accessories too) for great prices. I got a beautiful gown, necklace & earring set, and dress for my daughter. I cannot say enough nice things about the shop and the owner.

We had a wonderful experience in here today with my daughter shopping for a wedding dress. They were very friendly, patient and helpful. They didnt make us feel rushed, even as they were getting busy. They gave just the right amount of attention to us, without being pushy. There was a huge amount of dresses to choose from in a very wide variety of styles and price range. She ended up with a dress and veil for 325. So happy we checked it out.

The ladies that worked here were so nice and laid back. We didnt feel pushed and they were accommodating to us wanting to come back for a quick recap for other family members without an appointment. Fantastic prices and good dresses.

I came to look for a ball gown. I didnt know the shop hours so I ended up getting there 10 minutes after closing. The ladies were so accommodating. They still had some odd and ends to do so they allowed me to come on in and I ended up trying about 10 dresses on before I got the perfect one for me. There were no two dresses exactly alike and soo many to chose from. Even with all of the things they had going on they still were more than happy to help me on and out of each dress and had good advice in what type of dress to get fit my Latina curvy figure. I left there with dress, necklace, bracelet and earrings for less than $130. What a deal!! What great service! !! I look forward to going back for next years ball gown.

I love this place ! i honestly dreaded even going dress shopping i waited till 2 months before the wedding i found my dress within a half hour and it only costed me $250 it was beautiful! they saved me so much money and they were so friendly and helpful. they really made me feel so comfortable

I drove 1.5 hours to get here (twice) and it was so worth it. You might not expect the amount of glamour in this store when you first pull up, which made our visit all the more spectacular. The store is full of furs and beautiful bridal accessories, both used and vintage, as well as an entire corner of bridesmaids dresses and other formal gowns. The shop does not feel like a consignment store, but more like a curated collection of bridal gowns and accessories by someone with really great taste. It’s the complete opposite of going to David’s Bridal.They helped me pick out dresses based on my own body and the kind of ceremony I was having, and it was completely personal and low pressure. They also have a really amazing eye for small changes and additions that can make the dresses spectacular and customized, like having a real stylist there with you.The BEST PART was that they had two huge racks of beautiful plus size dresses. That’s rare at most places. I didn’t have to feel like a second class citizen just because I needed a bigger size. This was the only place in my dress shopping where it felt like that special experience you are supposed to have when shopping for a gown or a bridal look.They got me, and they seemed genuinely excited about helping me find the right look.The OTHER BEST THING is that they opened the shop for me on a Sunday so I could pick up my dress because I’m from out of town and happened to be in Indy that day.The FINAL BEST THING is that their prices are really amazing and your money goes so far. I found the perfect dress for $300. One woman even walked out with two dresses the day I was there because she couldn’t decide, but they were so inexpensive that she got them both. I could not recommend this shop enough. The shop itself, the inventory and the salespeople are all lovely.

Great selection and great prices. Some staff was helpful, but some were a bit much. I went with a friend in the early phases of determining what type of dress I would be wearing for a small, second wedding. Not having a solid idea of exactly what I wanted seemed to make the employees skeptical of my motives for being there. I felt they were wary of me trying on dresses since I was trying a variety of styles, colors, etc... as if I wasnt serious enough about looking. I understand that these dresses are consignment, and they want to prevent people from just trying them on for fun to limit the amount of wear they see, but I found it difficult to get an idea of what I wanted, because I felt they were suspicious of my motives. That being said, youre probably better in this store if you already have a solid idea of what you want. This store does not seem to be for shopping around.

I cant explain how much I loved this place. There are many beautiful dresses to try on, at super good prices (my budget was around $500-$800 and she had alot of options for me) the dresses are well organized and in mint condition. My best friend found her wedding dress here, which was gorgeous, so when my time had come to wedding dress shop this was the first place she took me. It was also the last! I found my DREAM wedding dress (Sophia Tolli) and I got it within my price range. I wouldnt have wanted any other experience buying a wedding dress!

Ive been looking for store in town to find a formal gown for a ball, and figured Id give this place a visit because of the outstanding reviews. I was seriously disappointed. When I showed up, I wasnt greeted for at least 15 minutes. When someone finally acknowledged me, they yelled, Hey is someone here? Once they noticed me, they just stood behind the desk on their phone the whole time. I didnt get any help at all, and I was really disappointed with the layout of the tiny shop. All in all, I was really let down, and I left there empty handed. I wont be going back.

Stopped in without an appointment on a Saturday for consignment, and the owner Amy still graciously helped me. The store is adorable with a huge selection of beautiful gowns and veils.

Amy has something really special going on at reTULLEd. I started frequenting the shop shortly after it opened, and now shes expanded into the storefront next door in just a couple short years. If shes not the only bridal resale in Indy, shes at least the largest. I personally go to reTULLEd for the vintage wear, which she also always has a good selection of.
