I CANT WAIT TO SWITCH PROVIDERS! I went in last week for phone repair, the rep said they don’t start repairs until the 11/1/21 and too come back then. Well I’m here 11/1/21 and the girl rep said “We are not working on iPhones!, we don’t have tools!?” Then the rep is standing there looking at me crazy when I told her I was told to come today? No apology, nothing! Customer Service is clearly not her objective for today! Wasted my time on two separate occasions! I am headed too AT&T as I type!!

I normally do not post. I was very disappointed with the customer service with the manager at this T-mobile. I went into one location to purchase an internet router. They did not have one in stock so I called this location that had only one remaining. I spoke to the manager, and a male employee.I told them that I was on my way, to purchase it and asked if they could hold it, because I was at another T-mobile store and I would be on my way shortly. It took me probably 15 minutes to drive there.Another employee spoke to me and stated that the manager just left about five minutes ago, and they stated that they just sold the router. The one that was on hold for me was sold to someone else.I thought that in business, you want to make your customers happy with excellent customer service. There was no integrity, neither was customer loyalty displayed.

Honestly from the moment I stepped in staff was so welcoming. Tati did the most amazing job from start to finish. She went into great detail about each device. It was great definitely only coming to this location from now on.

Just relocated here from California.I loveeee this store Tati is the best helpful knowledgeable and sweet as pie. The manager Derek is extremely knowledgeable and attending to his staff. This location is is my go to the entire crew are energetic and pleasant.

OMG LOVE THIS LOCATION!!!! Originally went to store in New Caney 99 to upgrade 3 lines. Wanted to get iPhone 11s in product red. Waited almost an hour just to be told they did not have any in stock and I would have to order them to come to my house.... left and went to store inside deerbrook mall and Ary assisted us right away. Not only did they have the phones in stock, they explained to us the whole process of trading in our old phones and crediting our taxes and fees. The whole staff stayed SUPER late helping us (I felt totally embarrassed about it☹️) we all left with our phones activated and working super nice !! what an amazing customer experience !!!!!! THANK YOU DEERBROOK STORE!!! Y’all rock!!!!!!!!

I went to North Freeway location to get 2 replacement phones and was quickly turned away & told to go online! Came to this store and All of the staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Me & my family were able to get everything We needed I almost gave up on T-Mobile until I came to this location Thanks guys for going over and beyond to give Great Customer service!!!

I recently went to this location and I had a wonderful experience! I walked out with a new phone and they even helped me lower my bill. The employees were so kind, the manager had a funny sense of humor and they made my transaction go very smooth. The store looked organized and everyone made sure you were comfortable and taken care of.

Went to this store for the first time and was greeted from start. Everyone was having fun even the customers. The manager was checking on everyone and assisted to make sure everyone was taken care of. This is the first store I called that wasn’t able to tell me if they had a phone I needed in stock ! I would’ve very much appreciated if gas wasn’t wasted Incase they didn’t. No one wants to make a blank trip! And if that’s how things are across the board then all stores should be like that NOT JUST ONE! 🙄

The manager didnt clean the screen before putting on the protector even after I ask him to he just told to go back across the room he would bring when he finished, he still didnt clean it . He was rude the whole time we were there. Would recommend going to this store .Im thinking about changing back to version after this experience.

I came at 8 knowing that they close at 9 but the workers just felt like closing early. If they close earlier than stated they should change their hours. Avoid wasting people’s time!

The customer service was amazing. Mr. Reggie is very knowledgeable and at no point did he reflect any frustration with my annoying phone situation. He was able to resolve my issue while helping other customers as well. Need an upgrade or new line go see him and you too will experience great customer service.

I went into the store Tuesday, July 24, 2018 to buy a new phone. I left the store with a phone that I would have never bought without thorough knowledge explained to me as well as saving money...THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED IN THE PAST..The staff was very patient and knowledgeable. The young lady who helped me was very friendly..The store manager stayed an extra hour to make sure my new phone was working properly...Reggie jumped right in after his lunch break to seal the deal....The store at Deerbrook Commons needs to take note and LEARN SOMETHING..Awesome Customer Service!!!!!

Loved the customer service over at Deerbrook mall. I personally thought I was not going to receive what I was looking for because I had never been to a tmobile location inside a mall. It just simply felt like they could resolve any issue I had. Jackie was the sales person that helped me; through her patience and understanding of my needs I just had to share my thoughts of how this specific location operates which can be described in one word PHENOMENAL

The only reason, I am giving this specific T-Mobile even a star is because the staff that I dealt with were polite. However, the store itself needs an improvement in their management. They need to reassess what tactics they use to bait in customers, and avoid giving them misinformation that they cannot follow through with and waste my time. My advice is to avoid this store at all costs unless you want to waste your time and be lied to.MY EXPERIENCE:On Monday (May 13, 2019), I was approached by a sales person about a promotion that was running until the day before, but they are the only store that are still running it.The promotion was to get an iPhone XR for trading in a previous iPhone, adding a phone line for $20/month, and if additional charges needed on the specific model, that would be charged.At first I was skeptical (I should have went with my instinct), but my mother convinced me into going in and at least hear what they had to say even though we were rushed. We came in, got all the price quote for a final bill and were ready to trade in our iPhone 6S for X amount of dollars additional. Right when we were ready to be checked out, the staff member said that their manager informed us that the promotion is now over, and to come back Friday when that specific promotion will be reactive. Even though our hour was wasted, we were happy to know that we would still get the promotion on Friday and would be willing to drive down over an hour for it. She gave me her personal phone number to contact her to make sure everything was good to go before I made the drive.Friday came along (May 17, 2019), I contacted her around 10:19 AM to make sure everything was in order. She informed me that yes and that she would have the phone ready when she came into work. I confirmed that we were getting the same deal (adding a line $20/month, 4 accessories, and the new iPhoneXR) for trading in our phone and she confirmed. Then at 11:06 AM, I receive a personal text saying that now the manager informed her there is a new promotion that the device requires a port in from another carrier and started defending that she just said a new promo was starting.Bottomline, I respect her for informing me well in advance that I won’t be able to get the deal I was told I was going to before I drove over an hour for this only to be disappointed once again. However, this management seriously needs to train their employees to have the correct information at all times and not to lure customers with false hope and incorrect information.IN SHORT, THIS STORE WAS AN ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MY TIME AND ENERGY.

This Tmobile store inside the Deerbrook mall is the best in the area. Everyone in there is very helpful. Every time i go into the store I have a great experience. Went into this store a few weeks ago and got a new phone. I got all my information over to this new phone and was in and out of there in no time.

They are not there to help you. They do whatever they can to get a comission. The sales represative told me I was getting three accesories for free but she lied. I will have to pay 150 for a cheap charger, screen protector and case. Dont let this happen to you!

Great service the only thing that bugs me extremely hard is that once the payment is due yall annoy the F. Out of me with sending me reminding texts every day or every other day. I am a grown man who plans his payments i dont need a reminder on the 11th 13th 14, 17th and 19. I know its due and Im gonna pay before the last day as it should. If this spamming doesnt get resolved i will switch provider. Other then that I love tmobile.contact me here if yall read this.not bashing the store the store is awesome employees just tmobile spams reminders and it is very annoying.

My father went in today and asked for his phone to be charged for a couple of minutes, enough to make a call. He was told he had to purchase a charger. As a T-Mobile employee myself, I am appalled that we would do this to a customer. Shame on this store for not giving the T-Mobile uncarrier experience.

I went in to get some information for switching over from AT&T and was helped by a girl named Taylor. I decided to switch after talking about how much less I would be spending each month. Taylor helped me switch my phones over and I not only got to keep my phone numbers but also my termination fees from AT&T got reimbursed. Coming back when I get my sister to switch!

Went in there to pay my lease on my phone & the woman who helped me was very unhelpful. This was my first time paying a bill EVER & she did not help me at all. She made me pay the wrong phone on a shared bill, and when I came back she went into the back & NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES HELPED ME. Really disappointed with where this store is going.
