Came to the mall for Zagg specifically, they are no longer in the mall. Waste of gas and time. Very disappointed.

The most flawlessly awesome place to get your ZAGG screen defenders. Zi the supervisor is constantly inviting. Alternate representatives are incredible. No strain to purchase different things from them regardless of whether they offer them. I have NEVER had an issue when I took my phone back to supplant my shield under their guarantee. I have a ZAGG shield on the majority of my convenient gadgets. Cash well spent!

I love this product. However, last night I was told they couldnt put a 6s cover on my newer 7 model. Which made absolutely no sense to me. I had to argue with the guy to tell him the phones are the exact same size. He tried to get me to buy a whole new screen with a whole new lifetime warranty, which I already have. Telling me the best he can do on the price is take 15% off, which would still be $40..... he finally gave up and put the 6s screen on my 7, and its fits perfectly. If this has happened to you, you need to call corporate asap. And to those that it hasnt happened to, dont let it. Watch out for the scams. Be smarter than them. Good luck.

The absolute BEST place to get your ZAGG screen protectors. Omar the manager is always friendly. The other employees are great. No pressure to buy other things from them even if they offer them. I have NEVER had a problem when I brought my phone back to replace my shield under their warranty. I have a ZAGG shield on all of my portable electronics. Money well spent!

Ive had a positive experience here at InvisibleShield. The employees are great help and are very nice! i bought many items to get shields on i only use invisible shield for everything on my devices. I love the new kiosk they have very professional and sleek. Id totally recommend this place to any of my friends

Great service and friendly staff! I have a tendency of not taking care of my phones so I decided to check this place out. The staff was really helpful and after installing the invisible shield, ive not had a single problem with my phone. I highly recommend this place if you want to add an extra layer of protection to your phone.

Omar is so welcoming! He made it very easy for me to get my screen protector for my iPhone 7 Plus. The other employees and himself were very informative about their products. Omar even replaced my screen protector for me when I upgraded my phone from a 6s to a 7 Plus. He was really quick and friendly! Thank you Omar :)

These guys are the BEST! Awesome service; theyrre good and quick. I always bring my phones and tablets to them. Before I came here, I had a poor experience with Best Buy placing my Zagg shield. It had bubbles and was crooked. With these guys, I have never had a problem. I recommend them highly!!

My experience here was one of the most horrible and disgusting shopping experiences Ive ever had. My husband and I just upgraded to the Note 8, and want something to protect our screen, so we went to this place to see what they offer. The Rep finish my husbands phone with no problem, but with my phone he had to get another screen protect because he kept peeling the temp glass off, which was causing the adhesive to not stick to to my phone. 2nd time around he did the same but finally got it to stick. What got us was 1. Hes excuse for taking a long time with my phone was because he had trouble seeing out of one eye because it is infected, which we asked what do you mean infected and he stated that he had the pink eye. 2. When asked, are you serious, he asked what is it contagious, and threw some shades on like that was going to help. I told my husband to pay so we could go and disinfect our cases and phones, BUT heres the icing on the cake, the Rep goes into the drawer to pull out medication for his eye. ARE YOU EFIN KIDDING ME? Plus I found a piece of hair under my screen protector. I WILL NOT be going back there. That was $100 wasted.

After paying $100 to fix my wifes shattered iPhone 6 screen, I immediately took it to Zagg once it was fixed for a new shield. Quick and courteous service. I will take my new phones there too.

The people working there were very helpful and friendly. Even though i had alot of questions they still helped me with everything i needed. Great service and will definitaly be coming back whenever i need to buy accessories.

I came before to this location once and had tried others I felt more comfortable here than any other store locations, Omar was very good help and friendly to me and my family. The prices are very reasonable and the customer service is amazing I will always return to this location for all my items.

The Guy wasnt there, the poor guy running the perfume booth next to it was trying to run both booths but had little knowledge about Zag product, warranty, installation, or operation. I watched the previous customer get upset about his watch and he told us that he waited over an hour the week before for service and the guy never showed. If the guy doesnt want to work the business then maybe it should be closed or hire someone that will work. We decided to call Zag directly and they helped us without any problems, even Apologized for the booths incompetence. I would NOT recommend wasting your time or money at this particular location, go elsewhere or online.

Excellent custome service from Omar! He was tentive and quick to assist me. He did an awesome job putting the invisible shield on my tablet. Now my phone and tablet are protected!!

Excellent fast professional service had my iWatch and a custom scratch protector for my digital Rolex knocked out in under 5 mins while I waited. They have some fresh gear for the techie types out there.

They will lie to you so just be prepared. They claimed they would replace invisishield grass for an iPad Air 2 for $7. Went for replacement and they claim $15. Get everything they say in writing or recorded on video.
