My friend and I are at the Gillman Subaru dealership and the salesman was very rude. When you are talking to a customer you shouldnt talk and walk away. Also we you are making sure that they did what you ask you shouldnt cut them off while you are talking.

Pulled up to the service center shortly after opening for my appointment, no one came out to the car. I go inside and there are no other customers and at least 6 associates behind computers. Shortly after I arrived to the customer service counter, another car pulled into the driveway and an associate immediately went outside to the vehicle.I’m told an hour and a half wait for an oil change with my appointment. Not impressed with the service here.

Always top rate service in the service department. The guys are extra polite, will run your car through the wash while you wait in a nice, clean area with delicious beverages and big screen TV. Hand sanitizer @ every customer service reps station and, except for a couple of guys (hope youre reading this), they wear their masks properly and keep them on. I appreciate that!

If I could bring every vehicle I own to this place for service and still have warranties, I absolutely would. Every member of the team, be it on the desk or in the back, answered every question I had and were polite and kind with every action and step in the process.

GO SEE STEVE, THE TECH SPECIALISTAs a techie I debated whether or not to take the time. The $25 Gas Card did motivate me to keep the appointment. And I am so glad that I did show up to met with Steve.I learned more than I expected. Steve was able to explain why certain things work they way they do, which I love to know. And he also shared what most others prefer for a setting and why. SO BENEFICIAL, and to also know when Im most likely to use that tech, feature, whatever. For example, how often will I use XMODE in the Houston area. Well, a whole lot more than I thought. Steve offered great examples of when it could be helpful.And given how much we spend on technology, now in our vehicles, we should take Steve up on his offer. He is not only incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle, but super nice.Thank you, Steve, for helping me have even a greater understanding of my Subaru. Love it even more now!

I had made the appointment by error at a different site. The service agent was so understanding he worked me in and was able to get me a loaner car.

The service team is amazing! I had a few extra things that needed to be done on the car I had just gotten, and they did it no questions asked. They worked very efficiently to make sure I received the best service. I told them this in person and they responded with “we just want to be happy with your car” with a big smile on their face.Highly recommend this place.

Service time is okay, rather busy location for a Friday. Reps are nice and friendly. Used/new car inventory appears to be a good variety.

Husband need vehicle inspection for new sticker and registration. They do it all and treat their customers right.

Great fast service, they pay attention to detail here. Marshall is extraordinary at his job! Makes me feel welcome to questions and welcome to come back however small the problem may be. Will always return because of him and the service this Subaru dealership provides.

My oil change took over two hours (despite the fact that I arrived a bit early for my appointment). Also, a few months later at another Subaru dealer I was told that my oil drain plug was stripped so badly that they couldnt get it off to drain the oil. So, either it was stripped at Gillman or it was stripped by somebody before that and nobody at Gillman notified me about the problem. Either way, it reflects poorly on Gillman Subaru. I will not return.
