My dad bought some boots for work, but as soon as he put them on he noticed they were too heavy, when he called to see if he could change them or they could give him credit or something, they told him that they couldnt change them or anything. My husband always bought his boots there, but we are not going back. We are supposed to help each other. Usually everywhere you get credit. They are not professional at all.
