Its just okay. I have been before and had better service at this location in the past. However this visit was not as good. Wait was extremely long despite us having an appointment. It kind of defeats the point of purpose to make an appointment if you still have to wait on everyone else that walks up and dont have an appointment of someone who arrives after you. A flat repair or simple tire change should never be over an hour and a half for no reason whatsoever. We were upset because people that came after us abs that didnt have appointments was receiving tire service and finishing before us and able to leave but we had an appointment. Like really. Then not to mention the quality customer service skills cant be taught to some people, they just dont understand how to render it. The people that provided us good service previously were not present which made us to have to endure mediocre service from those workers that were present at the time. This location needs some work, professional development, personable skill enhancement, and overhaul to provide better quality service to customers.

Spacious and clean with great customer service. Went in to get my tires rotated. Rep showed me where the lugs were stopped making it hard to get the tires off. Gave me a discount replace them all.

I came to this discount waited over an hour lady came in 45 minutes after me and she was out in 20 minutes they play favoritism here and they do not take cars in order everybody else it was here when I was here is gone in Long Island service is very bad here

The other day on last Friday I did not pay a visit here however I was across the street from this location at the gas station because my car had broke down because of my alternator and one of the employees was over there at the gas station and right when my car wouldn’t started I just wanted to see if the guy possibly had some jumper cables in his truck he was a big bulky Hispanic dude driving a Dodge Ram and before I even could ask he cuts me off disrespectfully and said “NO man! I Don’t have one I would help you if I could.” I know this was an incident that occurred outside of discount tire but if this is how an employee talks to me there’s a good chance he talks to customers like that I could be wrong but I feel this should be put out there for you guys to know that I did not appreciate the mans tone and behavior.

I stopped at the Discount Tire on Stella Link, but the line was insane. I didnt want to add to the crowd, so I ended up coming down the street to this place. Very friendly and honest service. Super quick too.I had already checked my tires and knew which ones were worn out, and the guys here confirmed it. It makes me feel good to know they are honest, as I always worry about this stuff as a woman who knows little about cars. I got new tires, and got my tire sensors changed (the lights that tell you if yout tire pressure is low). I had no idea they even changed the sensors, and was about to go to the dealership to take care of them. Glad I got it done all in one place.Highly recommend. They have the best prices and service. I have been going to Discount Tire for years and am never disappointed!

The service is good if you are willing to wait. Making an appointment does not matter to this shop. I had an appointment to get my tires rotated at 3:00 PM, I show up at 2:45 and had to wait until 4:35 to get my car back. Just a word of warning, leave your car there if you can.

I order new rims and tires on Wednesday July 7,2021 they said they where gonna get here that same week on Friday or Saturday those days show up I called them and they said the tires would get here Monday or Tuesday we’ll Tuesday come and they still not here they said maybe Wednesday or Friday we’ll at this point I really need my car I got a trip to louisiana on Saturday they call me Thursday that everything is ready they have the tires and rims already to bring my car I get my car towed and wait there for an hour just so they can tell me tires are not here yet that it’s gonna be ready Friday afternoon bad service never coming to discount tire ever again and spending my money here it was 2 thousand dollars I spent here and I’m regretting now

Was in and out rather quickly for having all 4 tires replaced. Already knew the tires I wanted walking in the door and the staff was very accommodating. Didnt try to upsell me to a more expensive tire.

The gave me a rebate coupon that was expired way past the expiration date. $70 down the drain!!! And this was done by a manager who I trusted to help me after being disappointed by another tire company. They all are dishonest!!!

Its ridiculous I had to wait over 30 minutes for air in my tires with only 3 cars in front of me and 1 left. Its like one guy was putting in air in the cars every 10 minutes. Normally when I go the service is fast and phenomenal.

Dropped by to have my tires balanced and rotated. This location isnt too busy so wait was minimal. Lola gave a few tire options (from the very low to mid range prices) after noting that 2 tires needed to be replaced. Appreciate her concern and not just trying to make a sale. George/Jorge inflated my tires on the way out. Good hardworking people overall at this location.

Stopped in to have tire pressure checked. Long line. Two employees checking tires - one on each side of the car - do the line moved quickly. I have used Discount Tires for several years and have always been very pleased with the service.

Amazing customer service, I walked in right before closing with the intention to check if my tire was under warranty and schedule and appointment for another day since they were closing soon. My tire was pretty bad and they insisted it needed to be taken care of that same day regardless of the time. Highly recommend this location.

Honest hard working people at this location. No one comes close to their level of service.Came in with a vibrating tire/wheel. They took it off and inspected it. Advised me to get it replaced, but since I didnt buy it from them they suggested I should have the original shop replace it. Explained in detail what was causing damage. Worst Customer Service by the employee Tyler!I bought a full set of tires for my car today and I was served by Tyler, who assured me he will personally call me when my car was ready, which it should be by 2:00pm, however at 4:00pm I decided to go to the store because I never got the call. When I arrived there I waited for at least 15 minutes before some approach me, not only that while Tyler was on the phone he handle me the keys and told me everything was good. First I ask if my spare tire was change and he assured me it was done, then he told me my car was at the end of the parking lot. Which it was weird to me because the service I am used to at this store is they normally bring my car to me. After walking to my car and l review the work done I noticed the spare tire was never change and my tire pressure light was still on.After I told Tyler my concern, he told me to drive around my light will go off, after I refuse to leave Tyler sent an employee to check my car and this employee confirmed that my spare tire was never change, this employee took my car back into the shop and switch my spare tire and reset my tire pressure light, he also came to me and apologize for the inconvenience and offered me a refund for the installation fee. However Tyler who I found out at this point it was the manager of the store never approach me to show concern about my situation at all.Tyler’s attitude was rude and unprofessional, nothing I will expect from a manager.

Purchased all of my tires from Discount Tires. Stoped in at the store on South Post Oak today(8-15) for air check. I was surprise, I had to wait over 20 min before I finally go my air check. That is terrible. I been to other store and only had to wait, no more that 3 to 5 min.

Was on my way to San Antonio with my service dog and my left front tire wouldnt hold air. I figured I picked up a nail somewhere. I know my tires were a bit worn, three years old and 30k on them but I also know I didnt need to replace right now.Asked them to fix the tire and the kid keeps saying Well I can sell you two new ones to which I kept replying that I just wanted them to fix the one. We did this at least 6 times before I lost my patience and told him to just fix it and walked away from he counter after he muttered fine whatever Ill just put you in line.I was so agitated and my dog was now absolutely distracted because I was in the edge of a panic attack that I went back in got my keys and left.I have been a discount customer for many many years and I have never had an employee try to upsell me before they have even looked at the tire. He employee was rude and pushy. It was an awful experience.As a side note I took my dog home and went to the Discount Broadway location.
