I decided to go with this company because of the reviews I read. And I was not let down. My repairs were north of $1,000, so I needed to make sure I had a reputable shop that would work on the vehicle I would be giving to my daughter for college (brake pads and rotor replacements). They treated me with the utmost respect, were timely in their communications, and provided a pretty awesome report with pictures so I can see exactly what they were talking about. I think I have found my new auto repair shop – no question about that.

Took my wifes vehicle in and they are by far the most professional Automotive Repair folks I have come across. They were quick, communicated well and let me make the best decision without being pushy. They worked with me on the price and were very reasonable. The quality of work performed was outstanding. I will be returning with my other vehicles.

Really nice people and they were able to get my car in and out same day. But their prices are HIGH. As in, $750 to replace spark plugs. Really. They charge for labor based on what the dealer recommends, so even if something only takes 1 hour, I’d the dealer says it estimates 2 hours then they’ll charge you 2 hours. Very courteous but I can’t recommend this place based on pricing.

The absolute best car repair shop I have ever been to. Christian Brothers helped me figured out what was wrong with my engine and discovered that it was covered under warranty so no money out of pocket. They also have a shuttle to bring you back home so you don’t have to wait in the lobby for hours like most other car repair shops. Come here for all your service!!!

I had a great experience here! My catalytic converter got stolen; Thomas, John and Eric were able to get my car in and out of the shop (and flush some fluids that I had been putting off doing..) in 5 hours. I came in for a state inspection as a walk-in, and they were able to take my car in right away. The 2 guys at the front were extremely friendly, and offered water bottles. The waiting room is spacious, clean, and had a coffee bar along with A/C (very much appreciated in this Houston heat!) Quick and easy process. Will be coming here every year for my future state inspections. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to CBA for a couple of years. Recently, my light indicator for me to get an oil change was on for a couple of weeks and I was just getting off work on a Friday and I called them to see if they could squeeze me in. They were slightly short staffed but they were able to service my car because my oil change wouldn’t have taken that long. From the moment I call, Christian brothers automotive energy corridor, I spoke to John who was very kind and inviting. When I got there, they were expecting to see me, they gave me a water, and the best part about it all when I sat down in the lobby they had inspirational music playing that calmed me and warmed my heart from a long day of work. I am SO IMPRESSED! After multiple attempts to get in at Firestone, I finally decided to try Christian Brothers and MAN have I been missing out! I have a fleet vehicle through my company and that can sometimes make things a little more challenging, but my experience with Christian Brothers is the easiest and most pleasant one I’ve ever had!

They do really good work just if you any aftermarket parts they seem quick to send you away I did an oil change and blinker bulb change they couldn’t change the bulb due to part of my fin blooking the light couldn’t see any bolts holding it on said take it to a body shop.Take it home up set and look my self and find 2 bolts in a matter of a min of looking. This isn’t the second time either

It was my first time going here and I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Everyone working there was so friendly and nice. The waiting area smelled good and was very clean. I ended up coming in earlier than my appointment and they got me right in with only a short wait. It was also a plus they didn’t try to tell me I needed 500 things fixed on my car that I probably didn’t really need fixed. I definitely will be going here for any future car needs.

My experience at Christian Brothers was amazing!! I have little knowledge when it comes to vehicles and everything was thoroughly explained to me by Thomas at the front desk. I got a way cheaper estimate than at the dealership for my brakes and rotors and the correct oil filter installed( that nobody else had) on my Mercedes. Christian Brothers was recommended to me by a competitor that couldn’t perform the services I needed on my vehicle. I didn’t feel taken advantage of which is important being that I am a woman and came alone. There was no hassle. Just great on-time service, that I have honestly have never received in Houston. I am pregnant and in my first trimester with my first child (which nobody was even aware of )and I can now feel safe on the road carrying my child which eases my mind tremendously. From Everyone at the front desk (especially Thomas)down to the mechanic, they were friendly and knowledgeable, and didnt try to trick me into getting anything Unnecessary. They made sure I was comfortable, offered me water, and the service was extremely quick. We are a family of Mercedes owners and I have recommended that my entire family comes to this shop. I came in to take advantage of the oil change special as advertised on TV. I made an appointment online and showed up at my time slot. Typcal Houston summer weather so it started pouring. I heard the tech come in and say they needed a filter for a KIA. Figured it was mine because, well it was the only Kia there. Then I heard someone get on the phone and call the parts store and ask for a rush order.I knew I was going to be sitting for a while and wondered how they were going to handle it because well it was a scheduled appointment after all.Thier waiting area is small but cozy. They have a Kuerig with Columbian coffee complimentary. Luckily it is my favorite as it was the only option. I was also offered bottled water when I first arrived.So as I sat waiting ; I got to observe the employees interactions with other clients both in person and over the phone. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and respect I saw. Ive been to A LOT of auto shops in my day and never been impressed by the employees. They truly made sure they were taking care of the clients. One gentleman came in who had been coming here for a while and wasnt used to a new system they have about an inspection that was complicated but since he had a relationship with them waved a big chunk of his bill and told him that next time they wouldnt be able to do that. The client was very grateful and understanding.Just one of the satisfied customers. Another came in and was raving about how much better the service was here than at the Lexus dealership and those were just a couple of the interactions witnessed.I arrived at 10 till 1. And at 140 the gentleman came from behind counter to apologize about taking so long and explained that we were waiting on a part. About 30 minutes later he came to tell me that the car was ready and that my fees were waved due to the delay.Wow! They didnt have to do that. Ive waited for oil changes for longer in my life. I wasnt going to complain. So I wanted to write this review to let others know that this business is definitely trustworthy and respectful of thier clients. Unfortunately I did not keep my reciept. Lesson learned!!

The professionalism I received from the guys here is remarkable. Being a female and dealing with car issues always gives me anxiety although I know a little about cars I do not know enough .. well none of that mattered with these guys. Christian Brothers was great to get me schedule with an appointment for an oil change, HID headlight replacement and “to take a look” at a broken tailgate motor in a timely manner. They have a clean facility and are very welcoming upon arrival. The car shuttle service is an added bonus, if you will be without a vehicle while repairs/maintenance are in progress.My only feedback to CBA is to be upfront and open with customers on the costs for testing and inspecting BEFORE you perform the work.I was shocked to see a $140 test and inspect charge only to confirm my broken tailgate motor was in fact broken. I didn’t have the option to decline the service fee because the work was already done. Had I been advised of the charge when dropping off my vehicle, I might have been open to paying for it. However seeing it on the invoice, after the fact, was surprising and irritating.

Solid shop, great service, offered to give me a ride to and from work. Great communication, very professional and organized. Their technician hours to completion are in line with other shops, but the only downside is their technician rate is $140/hr, I have access to small shops elsewhere between $75-$100/hr, and these “smaller shops” have technicians with good experience (20 yrs, etc.), who also use Snap On/Matco/Mac tools, and have a wall covered with certificates. The trade off, smaller shops will have usually have a long backlog (since they do the same work for much less) but will take longer due to backlog. This is no secret. Small shops further out of town have less overhead, Christian Brother is in prime real restate on Eldridge, obviously. Christian Brothers will also give you a pitch about warranty, quality parts etc, but this is only a sale pitch to give you perception of value for $140/hr. The consumer needs to make up their own mind about applying value to warranty of service and/or parts. Think a bit about this. Overall the Christian Brother shop on Eldridge is very good, very convenient, professional and highly recommended, especially for minor work. Major work, shop around, ask questions.

Took my Jeep here and they said they would look at the problem. I had my AC go out and I told them I already replaced the freon. So I came back 3 days later... they said it was fixed and I left only to 10 min into my drive realize it was still not fixed. I looked at what I paid for $55 to replace the Freon!!! Then I went back upset and they said they would fix it and make up for it. They said they needed to replace the compressor... so I took a pic of the serial number on the part - a week later they charged me $275 for the repair and I go to look at it and it’s the same part, with the same serial number only they had just cleaned off the part so it looked brand new!At this point I was out raged because I had spent over $300 and my AC was still not fixed. I gave the manager an opportunity to own up to it as this is a Christian establishment, and why I went here in the first place, and he kept lying to my face. I had to leave they are very upset and ended up having to dispute it with my bank to try to get my money back.There are ton of other stores in town and I would recommend anyone to take your business elsewhere, you can even go to a Christian Brothers automotive elsewhere, but this one is crooked

I called completely overwhelmed the day before and left today overjoyed with the amount of professionalism, honesty, knowledge of my car and competitors, and the greatest customer service EVER!

The Underguard Shield on My Acura had shaken loose, and I called CB to inquire about repair. I spoke with Thomas and he said that they could fix it with no problem! I had an oil leak from a blown valve cover gasket. I called two local dealer service shops, but they were wanting to do more work than I thought necessary. So then I called the guys over at Christian Bros on Eldridge, and they quoted me for just the repair I needed and wanted, got me back on the road with in the afternoon and charged a fair price. Im very satisfied.

I really enjoying the thoroughness with CBA. I have not felt comfortable with getting my car tuned up since my dad has passed away (since he would always do it for me). I took a chance and got my car inspected and addressed my oil leak and issues with shock absorbers. John explained things so throughly and helped me understand everything that needed to be done to my car. We prioritized what needed to be done and planned when I will return to complete the rest. He explained so many things to me, which helps me understand my car and made me feel more safe. Brought my 2015 ram 1500 sport in to get my rack in pinion replaced, programmed into the system and wheel alignment. I also brought my own parts in as well. I was given a ride home and was picked up at no expense. I love the atmosphere and the customer service I received and on top of all of that, my truck was finished earlier then expected. I’m very disappointed I paid 86.00 for a diagnostics that was incorrect and quoted a ridiculous amount for a repair I didn’t need. I went a whole day without my car for a repair that took under 30 minutes to get fixed elsewhere…. I got my car repair for nearly the same price I got charged for their incorrect diags (to do nothing). Take your car some place else. Waste of time and money here. 86 dollars in the hole for nothing. The guys here were really professional and patient, answering exactly what repairs needed to be done and why. They even explained what, if I needed, I could leave not repaired that would still let the vehicle function safely. The biggest thing that impressed me was that one of their vendors was going to send them an incorrect part for my repair. They caught the error and even helped me out significantly on the price after they realized the problem. (FWIW, everyone wore I mask when I was there.)

Quick summary: love this place and their service. Ladies if you need you car taken care of this place is worth it!See below for more details:So I grew up with a dad who begrudgingly has always worked on my cars lol. He has also taught me a lot over the years. Exposing me to websites, stores and methods that I assume most mechanics know already. .. kind of like the EPO for electronic geeks lol.. So when I go to mechanic shops for varying jobs out of necessity it frustrates me when it seems the workers try to take advantage of me. It also baffles me that to easily install a basic part that costs less than $25 is quoted in the $300+. I went to Firestone for an alignment knowing I need new tires and left with a $1800 quote for a list of things that either I didnt need now or could be accomplished with $200 and some free time. Every time I go for an inspection, rotation, alignment etc i feel targeted for a perceived lack of ignorance. My experience at this Christian Bros was nothing of the sort! Immediately when I walked in the staff was playful and welcoming and the waiting area wasnt full of dreary uncomfortable peeling red seats where you somehow still feel the sun attacking you while indoors. The most notable experience was the customer service! Not only was I not talked down to, the gentleman I spoke with was honest about what my car needed and everything else. (I tend to ask leading questions feigning ignorance to see what type of salesman/person Im dealing with.) He even mentioned those parts places I know of but countered with their main selling point of the service they provide. Its a clear difference!! I honestly would happily pay them for their service and accoutrements and give my dad some rest. Thank you cute guy who used to work at Firestone and funny muscle guy up front. Wish I remembered your names lol.

I went in to use a $10 coupon for a conventional(synthetic) oil change and was told my car needed full synthetic blend. As a pinched penny college kid student i gratefully told them i would get it next time as I am pinched for money right now as I am also in the transition of changing job. The employees graciously told me they would still give me the full synthetic i needed for the $10 coupon for the mere fact that my car needed that oil type. I repeatedly said thank you as I know the original price for full synthetic is around $80. SUPER helpful, informative, laid-back funny employess who genuinely care about the community and care they give your vehicle, will be highly recommending to everyone and DEFINITELY coming back!! I have been to three other locations and they all give either the same amazing service or better! My vehicle always gets well taken care of as well, glad to find another company that I can have faith in and know my money is going to the right places!!

The overall experience was great. The team was timely and friendly. My car had issues with my LED brake lights and fog light. The ordered the parts and fixed within a couple of hours. I’ve been here three times for oil changes and have been very pleased with the on-time Service. The value is great as well versus going to your auto dealer who will charge an arm and a leg for an all synthetic oil change. They also do a free inspecting of the vehicle and will let you know if they see something that needs work without any pressure. Though, I did recently get an oil change and was surprised they gave a recommendation based on mileage rather than looking at the actual equipment. But other than that....these guys are great

I will be back next week for a wheel alignment, thats how great the service is and reasonable the prices are. They even dropped me off and picked me up when my vehicle was ready. My husband and I visited this location to inquire about a diagnostic for a used vehicle we were purchasing. Jean Paul was very polite and resourceful in assisting us with our diagnostic. Not only was he able to complete the diagnostic in a timely manner, he was also very thorough in going through each and every part of the car that was inspected.
