Took my 2021 Mustang GT in for its first service and had a great experience. I scheduled my appointment using the website which is convenient and simple. The website allows you to select a specific service advisor if you want, as well as a specific date and time according to current availability. I was able to request Valerie as my service advisor, she has been super helpful in the past. I dropped off my car and waited for a call from Valerie to let me know it was ready. They use a text system that works great. They sent me a text and I headed back to pick up my car. Was in and out less than 5 minutes.

Truck barely started. The folks at Autonation Ford replaced the injector pump and now it’s running great again. Though it took over a week to even get an appointment with a service advisor and another 10 days in their shop. Dropped of Wednesday morning and was told someone would look at it Friday. Took until Monday evening of the following week until I received feedback and the diagnosis. Extended warranty company authorized work 2 days later and then it took another 2 days to fix the truck.

Dealership is okay if youre familiar with cars and what you need. They will try and force you to get something you dont really need if you come in for maintenance using your warranty. Might tell you something like you need an alignment check. Or you dont need an oil change yet, however your breaks may be ready to.. just be aware of what you need how much you spend here. They are a dying dealership and will try and juice you for whatever they can. Firestone down the street does lifetime alignments for a better value than Gulf fwy AutoNation .

Overall the experience was a good one. I went in to order a mustang and the process went smoother than other dealerships explained to me. The sales rep, Ram, provided great service and feedback. Ram really gave me some insight to the mustang as he was familiar with them. The CFD manager, Hugo, was very helpful and was able to answer all my and my father’s questions gladly. Ram and Hugo were very patient and understanding with me and my dad and made the buying experience a positive one.

Took my car in for an issue and a recall. They said it would take 3-4 days excluding the weekend. I thought that’s a lot of days but ok. It’s been 2 weeks and still don’t have my car back and when I call to get an update no answer. I called Friday and left a message with someone for my service advisor to call me back with an update and I’m still waiting for a call back I called today 3 times and each time no answer. This is the worst service we have had here. Considering going else where next time.

Highly recommend Paul Jones, he was fantastic during the sale and after! He was not high pressure and could answer all of my questions. If he didnt know something, he found the answer. He had us in and out of the dealership in no time. My wife, son and I were on our way to the airport about to fly home to NC when we decided to stop at Auto Nation. Id been looking for a gasoline, Ford F250 truck for over a year, with no luck. NC has very low inventory. Surprisingly, I found exactly what I needed! They had it delivered to me in NC in 2 days, very impressive! Thank you Paul for your great service, we will definitely be back!

Apparently I made a mistake in supporting this dealership by buying a 2021 Mach 1 Mustang here. The trunk latch failed and wouldnt open while on a road trip in North Carolina - no problem, things like this happen and can be fixed. I brought the car into the service department the day after returning home to have it fixed under warranty, and my intent was to drop it off at this dealership since I bought the car here, and that they could keep it as long as it takes to fix it (no rush). I had a family member follow me up to the dealership be my return ride home. Easy enough, right? WRONG. The extremely rude lady at the service department desk looked annoyed that I even walked in the door, which I guess should have been my clue to leave...but after a few minutes she asked what I wanted, and I explained the problem and that I wanted to drop it off to be repaired under warranty. She sharply told me I would need to call and make an appointment, to which I asked if I could leave it there since I am in no rush and already had a return ride with me, and she snapped back and said NO, CALL AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I left and immediately took the car down the road to Mac Haik Ford in Pasadena who had absolutely no problem in letting me drop it off for the repair work.I own 3 other Mustangs and an F150, so I am no stranger to Ford dealerships in the Houston area over the past 15 years. This is the first one that has ever treated me like this and is the first one I have ever been to that refused to let me drop the car off for repairs without an appointment. If this dealerships Policy is for service by appointment only, that is fine, but there is no need to be a complete jerk about it.Avoid. There are much better options out there. I will not consider this place for any future purchases.

Had a very nice experience here. Salesman and Manager were both really friendly and open. We were coming from out of town, and they had the truck set aside and waiting for us. After a nice test drive, we only had a short discussion based on our pre-arrival conversations before we could make a deal. Im happy and believe the deal was fair for both sides. After the deal was complete, it did take a while to get through paperwork (1.5hrs) which I think they could probably have room for some improvement. Ive purchased from a lot of dealerships over the years and would have no problem going back to Ford Gulf Freeway.

I have bought several vehicles from these people. There sales practices leave a lot to be desired, but the service is what just did it for me. I am sad to report that I am no longer on team Ford. I might even be done buying domestics from dealerships. My wife gets treated like gold when she buys her Lexus vehicles that costs 25k less than my trucks. (Oh and your cut and paste response about calling your manager is a further insult. How does he rectify wasting my time. You need to tell your service department that ignoring your customers will get responses like this and you need to leave me alone.)

Jay Royput Finance was extremely helpful and nice also. He made the last part of getting the vehicle go so smooth. Bought a Ford from AutoNation Chevrolet in June have had to go back to this dealership due to back to back issues with this purchase. And they cannot fix the issue. They keep truck for weeks with no update return it “fixed” and it goes back again. No communication no updates and not getting the issue taken care of. They have had my truck in their possession longer than me since purchase. Horrible service. Feel like I’m going in circles because these dealerships don’t communicate with each to help me. Will never purchase from any of these again. I wish I could do a negative star. Be careful with used car purchases

I took my car for an oil change, replace a piece under windshield that I was told it was under warrantee and to check an issue with battery discharging too soon wanted to be sure if it was just the battery or something else. A service that would have taken a day to resolved it took a whole week form calling leaving messages to finally after 3 day spoke to one agent which said she will call me back but nothing find out the status I responded to an email requesting my experience to amanger got an email saying the information was passes down to another service manager, after a week I demanded I get an answer was told that the battery was replaced I immediately went and pick up my car . This is one of many bad experiences trying to get something done at this Service center.

Pretty sure someone took my truck home while they had it. I signed an acknowledgement that stated it would not be taken off the lot. It had 30 or so extra miles on the odometer and more gas in the tank than it did when I dropped it off. When I came to pick it up at 7AM, they “couldn’t find the keys” and I had to leave. 2 hours later it was suddenly ready for pickup, meaning the employee who took it home for a night or more finally showed up. When I got in it all of my stuff was out of place and the music volume was all the way up. I’ll never take it back to this location. I tried to call to speak with someone about this and could not get anyone on the line from service. I’ll be getting a copy of the acknowledgement I signed, and asking for camera footage to be checked but I doubt they will do anything about this. You don’t need to take a truck off the lot to check the air conditioning, which is what they worked on.

I made an appointment for 9:40AM for a oil change, alignment and tire rotation and in cabin air filter change. We called many times to find out where we are in line and no one answered. When I picked up the car i left the dealership at 7pm . It should not take this long to do these things. The hubcaps were removed and left in the passenger seat. They said that they kept falling off. Which is bs because they were suppose to remove the bolts first, then put the hubcaps back, then tighten the bolts. Will not be returning to this establishment. Took forever to do anything. The customer service from our advisor was great though.

Been waiting on a appraisal over an hour and then when you call they don’t answer and this supposed to be a top dealership auto nation looks like one of them but here pay here dealerships they need to move to Spencer in Pasadena. Added a photo of the appraisal a dollar what kind of people do they have working here guess that’s why a lot of the salesman leave after learning but if I was going to buy a Ford I would go to planet Ford since they are better than these guys.

I took my wife’s 2019 Ford Explorer, to transmission diagnostic, and the technician found that our transmission needed to be rebuilt, and they initially told me it will be ready in one week, but after that week every time I called to get information, most of the time, they didn’t pick up the phone and when they do it took me to my service advisor voice mail, but NEVER received a call back, so to get an update I had to show up at the dealership, and after I asked them a couple of times for a courtesy car they provide me one just for 3 days even when my car was not ready, but they said it was not possible for the coverage plan, so I had to call Ford Corporate, and they authorized a rental vehicle, that I had to pay for and later on will be reimbursed. But when tried to take the explorer, I noticed the fender driver was damaged, so I went inside the office and they were talking about the damage but they didn’t tell me about it before I noticed, and once again they said they will fix it in one week. I finally got my vehicle back after a month.This dealer has a horrible customer service. I don’t recommend go to service your vehicle at this location.

Found a nice car online and was reasonably priced but they dont negotiate on price. Took the price and delivered a cashiers check for the full amount. When I arrived to pick up the car the salesman was busy with other customers and ended up waiting and once paperwork was done had to wait again until the temporary tags were installed as the salesman seems very busy with other customers. Finally got out of there in about 2 hrs. First week with car the battery failed and one key fob battery was also low and the other one didnt work. They reimbursed me for the battery up to $250 but not the broken key fob. After delivering a $30,000 check I expect items such as these to be working perfectly!

I bought my Truck from them a month ago . My salesman Zachary Graham was awesome. They have so many nice vehicles . I found a GMC online that I loved and went in to test drive . I also traded in my vehicle .Zachary was more than happy to get the deal done for me fast. I did have a issue with my truck and took it back to them and they fixed it with no problems and no charge to me. They also gave me a loner vehicle while they repaired mine. They are professional and have great customer service and are true to the price and their warranty . I love my Truck. Thanks Zach. Every experience Ive had with AutoNation was terrible.Note to everyone: Always try to take your vehicle to get serviced at the company where you originally bought or financed it. I took my vehicle there to get serviced for the a/c compressor, and instead they were dragging the process and asking me if I want to sell my vehicle to them. I TOOK IT THERE TO GET SERVICED. WHY ARE YOU ASKING ABOUT BUYING MY CAR?! The disrespect.In conclusion: They lied to me, wasted my time, and the costumer service was not that great. My vehicle was in the shop for 2 weeks +. I got tired of them, so I picked up my vehicle and took it to Sterling McCall; where I originally financed it. The process is going a lot faster and smoother now.

Set appointment at 8:30 on a Saturday. Didn’t get my vehicle until after 12pm for an oil change and tire rotation. It had oil all over the place including on the fenders, front, undercarriage, and hood. Looks like they spilled oil when changing oil filter and drain plug and didn’t bother to clean it up. Didn’t find out until I got home and noticed oil on my driveway. Only reason I come here is because of this autonation maintenance plan which is a joke. When they finally call me to pick up my vehicle they tell me it needs an alignment. Why don’t they call beforehand. Unsatisfactory service.

Buying my vehicle was awesome, but after driving it off the lot there was a light that was not working. Contacted the dealership to get this fixed and have been completely blown off by the Service Department, the Customer Satisfaction Dept. and the General Manager. If you care about service, I would take your business elsewhere. Still have not been able to get resolution to this issue which is probably a 5 minute bulb change on something that should have been fixed before I bought the vehicle. Very disappointed and will not be using Auto Nation again.

Not a great place to buy a vehicle, I went to go look and purchase a truck and when I went I found one and did the paperwork and got the letter of guarantee. After all that they went behind my back and sold my vehicle the day after. No communication to inform until the last minute and seem to not care at all

The buying experience is great, but the service department makes you regret buying. I dont know if these two departments run separately, but service needs to be straightened out at this location! We had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment slot, which was given to us on a Saturday, only to be given some generic 24 - 48 hours diagnostic time, then 24 hours or more for the repair. You will have to wait until Monday since we only have oil change techs on the weekends2 weeks of waiting to be shut down in 15 seconds.

Gio was my sales guy. I visited the dealership about 4-5 times to ask questions and check out vehicles. There was no pressure or rush at all from them. Finally went with a 2020 Edge SEL. They sold it to me for the advertised price (good incentives) and gave me a good deal on my trade-in (2016 Chevy Volt). Part of the deal was adding a tow hitch. They ordered the parts and called me when they came in. Even gave me a ride home after I dropped it off, then delivered it to my house. Great service so far. And Gio is a great guy to work with. Definitely will go back when Im looking for my next car or truck.

Worst service department experience. I had to call ford directly to have them send a progress report on the work theyve been doing, just to find out they havent even looked at my car for almost a month. If you enjoy hearing the words I dont know or blame the manager, then youre at the right place. Save yourself the headache, and find a local mechanic you can trust. Otherwise youd be spending above average prices for below average repairs.

Dealership wouldn’t allow a used car pre-purchase inspection at an independent shop. I purchased a truck and got it inspected in their 5 day return window. I ended up returning it and was promised a refund in 7 days.On the 6th day I confirmed that my refund would be ready and was told it wouldn’t be ready until the following week. I pushed for a refund as agreed but was pushed to the GM. The GM quoted a 10 day hold policy for check clearing. Fair enough, I just would have liked to have known that up front before having to run up the chain to the GM to get a clear answer on when I could get my money back.I haven’t bought a used car in a long time but I probably wouldn’t do it again at a traditional dealer that won’t allow a pre-purchase inspection up front. That would have saved me nearly 2 1/2 weeks and the dealership could have sold the truck to someone else without me having it for a period of time unnecessarily.Good dealership and people overall. Return process needs work if they don’t allow offsite PPI’s.

Scheduled my service online, selected everything I needed and showed up 5 minutes early to my appointment. They still needed me to go through everything I needed and didn’t have any of my info from online. Was quoted a 3 hour wait, ended up just being over 2. Prices are what you’d expect at a dealership. Waiting area was kind of uncomfortable. About an hour into my wait they called me to see if I was coming in, I told them I had been there for an hour. Just didn’t seem like everything was running as it should. Still, everyone was very nice and they ran out to look over my car immediately. I still plan on using them for further service on my vehicle.

I didnt have any issues purchasing my vehicle here, however, the service department has pretty high prices and long service times. Its not uncommon to have to wait a week for your car repairs, even with an appointment. Communication is also a struggle, and it can be challenging to get through to a person. The people are generally nice though.

Bought the best and most beautiful little Toyota. Great price, low miles (used), made my driveway look great.But a man went through a light in his big Tundra and killed my car.No one was hurt (more than mild whiplash) but I found out today that it was totaled.Now Im looking for another car and since we (husband and I) had such a great experience shopping at Auto Nation, were going back to buy from smiling happy people who know their business well and treat people with respect.I hope they are as helpful and patient as they were when we got our Toyota.

Good service all around from the sales group and amiable terms reached without much effort from either side. Careful with finance group if you use them at the site. They overpriced extended warranties by $1000 or more, but can ask for a reduced price which they agreed to readily. Be aware of how much a warranty costs prior to walking into the finance office.

I know we all humans and as humans we have good and bad days but at work you have to put the best face and you have to be professional and make sure your customers will get the best service possible not give attitude and really act like you are careless of the reason why we are taking our vehicle for service. This place is ripoff city. Their diagnosis fees are the highest. I took because my horn was not working the cable was lose and they charge me $175 not even a discount. I will never take my car there again. Avoided at all cost unless you want to get ripped off. $175 to connect a lose cable that took one second to connect back. Picking up my Truck in one hour last time my truck will ever set a tire in that place.

Do not use this dealership ever. Worst decision I made started with walking into this property. I asked for specific financing my credit was run through 10 BANKS! That was the first of my problems. Second the car I purchased was damaged when I picked it up and I was told the transporter backed into a light pole and they would repair the brand new car with 7 miles on it. I couldn’t swap there was nothing I could do after this issue. I serviced the vehicle here once after the purchased only to find my AirPods had been stolen from the glove compartment. The manager refused to reimburse me stating “ you can’t just call here asking for money” if that was the case why wouldn’t I say a laptop or something worth more was stolen?? Now I’ve sold the car to get out of this mess to a better dealership who worked an amazing deal. I come to turn in my documents to get my gap and warranty reimbursed and now I’ve been here 3 days to sign documents they refuse to fax or email to me. Not to mention there are a total of 15 associates and 3 customers including myself but each time I’ve waited in excess of 2 hours to sign documents before walking out from frustration. The receptionist only looks at me from the desk saying she’s so sorry but they need to close deals and those are more important than me settling this out. Absolutely insane. No inventory due to COVID and even poorer customer service. GO ELSEWHERE!

1.5 months later, we finally got our new vehicle. A great deal. Bought a new car with a used vehicle price, it’s loaner. But, it’s in a great condition, almost new, or, its a new truck. Once sitting in the can, the whole body is surrounded by the smell of a new vehicle. Their salesman are great, I meant online salesman. Ryan Bernard helped us a lot. This guy knows how to analyze the requirements from us. And, he did find us two to three trucks matched our budget and most requirements! Never tried to sell you a vehicle just “ a little bit more than your budget” I cannot say he is the best, because I didn’t have a trade in vehicle and I cannot tell if he could give me a good trade in allowance, but, I still want to say he is awesome! Had to get a recall done on my car. The staff that answered the phone was friendly and helpful. The person handling my issue, not so much. She acted like she was doing me a favor and I would owe her. Dont think I would come again if I had to.

I would have thought my experience would have been stream less with the 4+ star rating on google, but honestly it was a nightmare. The worst part of this is the communication, i dont believe there was any between mechanics and front office.I made an appointment and drop of car Friday morning was told i would get a call Monday morning with results and possible part/pricing which is totally typical for garage a 2-3 day diagnostic. Monday comes around no call, Tuesday no call, Wednesday again no call. I started making calls with no call back and leaving message. I had to get what i figure was front office recip. to have manager call me. To which he final gave me information that they could not replicate the noise I had went in for them to look at and fix.So i set-up to go in and drive the car around the parking lot with the manager to see if the sounds reproduce, on the following Friday, A week later. I get to the shop Friday and the manager was not there, lucky i drove the car with shop mechanic Forman Pablo which was the best possible part of the experience. We drove the car and he could hear the problem after driving the car in parking lot for 5-10 minutes.A total of 2 1/2 to 3 weeks the car was in the shop. This all could have been a better experience if the communication between customer and service advisor was better.Honestly i would not be back to get car serviced here.

Had a horrendous experience at Autonation Ford and I will not be back. Came in for an oil change and brake work at 9:40am, and it took until 12:30pm to let me know that the oil change was done and that the brakes needed work. I authorized the brake work and was told that the job would take 3.5 hours. After leaving and calling the dealership 3 hours later I was informed that the work was done and that they were just finishing up the paperwork. I returned to the dealership a little before 5:00pm and was informed that the Service Assistant was looking at the wrong vehicle, and that mine was not due to be finished until 6:30pm. The truck was not done until after 7:00pm. I had asked for an oil additive to be added during the oil change, and when I got into the truck I found that they had not read the directions and had added the entire 32 oz. bottle to the oil, which is NOT recommended. They had to pull the truck back in and do ANOTHER oil change to correct the issue. I did not leave the dealership until after 8:00pm that night. I should have known what I was in for when the Service Assistant told me that their technicians are not known for their speed...if their quality was high that would be acceptable, but slow and incompetent is never a winning combination.

Bought a certified truck from them back in Earlier this year. The overall experience wasn’t what I hoped to be. I had minor issues for a couple days on the deal of the truck, going back and forth.But the major issue is I was assured the truck came with 2 keys, but the previous owner hasn’t returned it yet. I was told come back in a day or two and you can pick it up, or we will ship it to your house. I asked him if I need it in writing and he said, “ No worries, it doesn’t need to be in writing. We’re just waiting for the original owner to return it, when we get it we will give it to you. “This was an outright and total lie. I had the runaround for 4-5 months about it talking to multiple managers and my salesmen, saying they’re still waiting on the key.Now I was told, “ It’s company policy, the truck was sold as is and if you only got one key then that’s all you get.” They also went on to say it’s been so long since you bought the truck we can’t do anything about it. Well I have made over 10 attempts within these months trying to get it since a week after purchase. Not my fault it’s been dragged on this long.Then I was told that they’re not going to give me the additional key and if I want I can pay their vendor $180 to get an additional key. No offer was made to cover this even though they have been lying to me.

Should be a 5 star but the first time that I got my schedule (Sept 11) the lady (service desk) that I spoke to said that I do not have any appointment. I told her that I do have since I received a text message from the system and I even showed it to her. She looked at the system and said to me that I do not have any and she can only reschedule me on the coming weekend (Sept 18). I told her thats fine but I was disappointed since I wasted my time (gave up some plans for the weekend). She then confirmed to me that I have my schedule for the coming weekend, before I leave the service center, I asked her again if she is sure and she said YES (Shes sounded kinda pushing back just to finish the shift and get rid of the people that are in queue)When I got home I decided to call your helpdesk to confirm my schedule since Im hesitant about how the lady in the service center answer me.So when I called and ask the person in your helpdesk she confirmed to me that I do have a schedule and she is not sure why the lady in your service center told me that I do not have any schedule. I asked her what time is my schedule and she provided me the time of it (3pm Sept 11) which is what I got from the text message that I received. So, I told her that the lady in your service center informed me that she will just reschedule me for the coming weekend (Sept 18) I asked the helpdesk to check if I already have a schedule during this time as I told. Surprisingly and sadly, the lady in your service center did not schedule anything for me... WOW!!! (This is the first service that I got from Auto Nation Gulf Freeway) So, your helpdesk rep just helped me to get a schedule and she confirmed to me my schedule this time through an email. (Job well done for this helpdesk rep)Maybe the lady in you service center during the time that I went there is tired or just swamped. But then again people are expecting a quality service to you guys.Although my rescheduled appointment was smooth and it just took me 45min to an hour. So it was a better experience the second time.Hopefully you guys can improve the quality of the service as there is always a second chance for this type of situations.

First let me say I drive a Toyota Camry and I came here for some tire issues, I drove up to the Service Department and was greeted by Jose and he was more than happy to help me. Though Toyota was right next door, Jose made me feel like I had come to the right place anyways. That issue was resolved promptly and I came later that month to get brand new tires on my car still with Jose’s help. I am glad I came here by mistake because now I’ve made a connection with someone and some place that cares. Thank you Autoford Nation Service Department.

They did the recall repairs in a timely manner. Luckily, when I went in for my appointment, they had the parts. There should be a way to check if they have the parts before making the trip over there, though. If you make an appointment, you expect that they will have the parts when you go for the appointment.

Update to this review: I got a response saying I should call the GM to resolve this issue. I called immediately and the GM wasnt available. I called the next day and he wasnt available again. Its been over a week and I havent gotten a return call.In any case, I ended up resolving this issue with McHaik in Pasadena. Their Parts department readily took my Ford Rewards Points.*********This review is specific to the Service & Parts departments only. I just bought a new Ford Bronco Sport and wanted to use the FordPass Rewards I received from the purchase to get a hitch and have it installed. I called Parts and they told me to call Service if I wanted to use the points. Service told me I needed to talk to Parts. I felt an infinite loop coming so I decided go to the dealer and talk to people in person.I went to Service first and they told me to talk to Parts. Ok - off to a bad start. I went to Parts and waited while another customer was yelling at them for some reason. When it was my turn, I explained I wanted to get a hitch using my Rewards points. The representative told me he couldnt help me, but at least explained in detail what I needed to do: go back to Service and request a hitch installation. This would then create a parts request for which I could then use the points.So I went back to Service and requested help from a representative that was busy shuffling papers. The conversation went like this:Me: Hi, could you help me?Rep: Yes, sure.Me: Id like to order a hitch for my Ford Bronco Sport.*She stares at me blankly for about three seconds.*Rep: Um, you need to make an appointment.I said ok and walked away because I didnt want to waste my energy with that level of ineptitude.Ford doesnt make it easy to redeem these points (probably intentional) and this dealership makes it worse.Given the attitude of these departments, Im reluctant to ever take my car for service there. Ill try another dealer.

Found a very nice truck on there Internet site. Made a call and talk to a very nice young man named Paul in sales who said the truck was still in stock. Drove over to see the truck and meet Paul who went out of his way to make sure this sale happened in a very non pushy way. We final agree on a price with his MGR for my trade in and the deal was done! All in a couple hours l was driving a very very clean F150 FX4 4X4 with under 8,000 miles on it home!!! Thanks Paul and MGR Ryan for a job well done.

Called Dealership and made appointment for warranty work. Told them the warranty info, my vehicle info, including mileage and asked if the warranty applied and was told yes. Dropped truck off on 7/15/21 and told tech that I ONLY wanted the warranty work done and nothing else. I tried to reach the dealership for the next several days and left numerous voicemails (never could get a live person on the phone). No one ever called me back. I had to physically go up to the dealership to get the status of my vehicle. Upon arrival I was shocked to see over 5 service reps at their desk when I had been leaving several messages per day and not one person ever called me back. To make matters even worse, the warranty work was not covered because of the mileage on my truck. This could have been conveyed to me when I initially made the appt, and at the very least when I brought the truck into the dealership. When talking to the service rep I learned that they didnt do the warranty work, but of course checked out the truck and found numerous other problems that they wanted to fix. Bottom line - tell customers up front if warranty work is even applicable to your vehicle and ANSWER YOUR PHONE and dont make customers drive up to the dealership to get the status of their vehicle. And when the customer says - I only want the warranty work done, dont hold the vehicle for several days looking for other ways to make more money on repairs. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST!

I went in to look at the new 2021 Ford F250 SuperDuty trucks. I was met by Kirk who took me out and showed me what I needed to see. He even pulled one out of line so I could open the doors and inspect the truck. The price was reasonable so I decided to go in and play the game. My biggest complaint is having to spend 4 hours there playing the back-and-forth game. Kirk was great. He was very knowledgeable about the products and the procedures and help get me through the game as quickly as possible. The dealership was clean and organized. They had a great selection of vehicles and friendly staff. In the end, I walked out with my brand new F250 Diesel truck that is within my budget.

I wasnt going to leave a review, but after umpteen emails asking me to do so, here I am. I bought a car 2 years ago with a service plan. I still love my car and everyone that Ive encountered who works here is very friendly. But 4 hours for an oil change is too much, and it wasnt just this last time that it took that long. Also, they have a shuttle service to take you home, but I live 1 mile outside that radius, so I get double screwed when I need an oil change. My husband drives to an Alvin dealership for his oil changes. If we both left the house at the same time for the same reason, he would make it back before me despite being much further away because they are a thousand times faster. At this point, I dread reaching the point of even needing an oil change.

Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else worst experience ever theyll try to sell you a used vehicle with several defects like torn driver seat and scratches but they will not negotiate a price drop but if your taking your trade theyll make big deductions from your trade!!!!
