Overall great experience.The final step of signing the papers was probably the fastest I have ever had. Dont get me wrong, when you are making a large purchase this is how you should be treated, but having purchased several new cars at other dealerships over the years, the Lone Star crew were the only ones to follow through.

The dealership and the General Manager Johnnie Smith is amazing. I see why he is the GM. His customer service impeccable service from him.- Bar none one of the best I have had. It was a true pleasure working with him.Now the receptionist on the other hand is very rude. Called today to see if my tags were in and she refused to even tell me her name and Im a customer there. I asked her what her name was so I would know who I was speaking with and she said receptionist and that is all I have to give and I dont have to give you my name. I was flabbergasted!!!! It is people like that who give the dealership a bad name. Mr. Smith was so awesome to me and my wife we bought two vehicles from the dealership but yet the receptionist is rude. That is not good. I really loved my experience at the dealership and I would not let a rude receptionist ruin the relationship I have established with the dealership. I also have a customer who would like a 2021 Suburban black fully loaded but the receptionist being rude. smh and it is a dang shame for her to be acting like that with customers who call in for assistance over the phone.

Roadside service was terrible 1 hour wait turned into a 2 hour wait DFW towing service. I would not recommend for your customers Tire Warranty purchased, flat fixed but tire seems to be out of balance. I was told that the best they could offer.

Well I went to the appointment I had to do the oil change in my Tahoe, the representative of the service department behaved very kind and responsible. He told me that they would call me through the intercom when the truck was ready, like in about 45 minutes more or less ... wait 3 hours and 30 minutes until the representative looked at me and told me your car has already been ready for some time they havent called you ??? and indeed the cashiers were talking and I had many sheets ready to call people and they werent doing their job, thats why they made me wait as long as other people who were there with me.

At first the head sales guy or whatever kinda made me feel inferior. Like I didn’t deserve to be inquiring about financing a vehicle with Chevy just by looking at me. I was actually there for an oil change for my ex husbands car. At the same time I was looking to buy a car soon. So I thought well, another used car is just going to mess up on me fast again & im tired of dealing with car issues. So I said to myself why not? Why not just finance something that’s going to last me & be more efficient. I can afford it. Head sales guy might not have thought so but I honestly could. Then I met James. He was excellent. I will never take my car to get service or buy another vehicle from this dealership ever again. My wife dropped her suv in at 8am for oil change and tire rotation. We received a message on what other problems they encountered. We called the number they provided to ask them questions regarding other maintenance issues. They never responded back. After calling three or four times for a response, they finally called my wife, stating that they have been real busy. Seriously? After 7 hrs you finally decide to call us back. Very bad communication service at this dealership.

We brought our daughters 2020 Trax in for an oil change and tire rotation. When we got the vehicle back I noticed that some of the tires seemed low on air. I checked the pressure and 2 were low. I know there is not an issue with the tires as I have since filled them with air since then and they are fine. Also, which this is minor, but she had a window sticker from the last time the dealer changed her oil and it was still on the window and had not been removed. Which makes me wonder what else was not done? Did they actually rotate the tires? Did they actually change the oil? Very disappointed.

1) I received air bag recall about 2 years before, but Chevrolet would not replace them, putting me in danger. I contacted you several times and was just put off. When I got the newest recall, I made an appointment to get it done and showed up early to get it done. the job took a couple of hours, which I had been advised ahead of time. The next day on my way to a doctors appointment, the alarms on my truck telling me to service air bags went off a couple of times. I called the dealer and was told that the service person that did the work was at lunch, so I asked to be called back to get the problem checked out because I was afraid the bags could go off while I was driving. I never got a call back. Either the next day or the following I was on the way to doctor again, when I backed out of my driveway On Star came on saying impact was indicated and the live operator came on and asked if there was any injuries, I explained what was happening, and went on to my appointment, and called the dealer to try to get them to fix the problem, and mentioned they had never called me back as they had told me. They did call me back this time and told me to bring it back in to check it out. I took it back in, and they fixed it this time (so far) and was told they cleaned the connections and put electrical grease and checked it out, It is working OK now, but I have no idea if it is or not. I hope it was. I bought the truck there new and have had good service for the most part, and they seem to have fixed the issue, but I guess I will never know unless I am in an accident.

Went there to purchase my first pre owned vehicle with my mom, the Dominican saleswoman there was very kind to us and helped us a lot I don’t remember her name, one of the men there I guess he was like the one in charge Ted Dowell tried to get us to finance with the dealership instead of the bank which we politely declined. We signed all the paperwork and everything was great. But later on our bank told us the dealership was trying to sell the car to us for 4,000 dollars more than it was worth. So my mom asked to negotiate the price which Ted did not want to do. He was very pushy about things and my mom didn’t want to buy from them anymore, he then got an attitude and was very rude and disrespectful. She hung up and he proceeded to call her several times. They were more worried about getting a little commission rather providing the best service to customers. In my opinion buying a car is a big thing and even though you guys have a life, so do we and if you don’t care about that then you should rethink careers if all you care about is making a quick buck. Disappointed with the service from him specifically. Will not be buying from this dealership.

I went in for a Simple Oil Change and they broke my Camaro and tried to make me pay for it!!!! My Service Advisor of 6 Years Mike Duffy was extremely rude to me and said that it wasnt their problem and that I needed to pay almost $400 to have it repaired!!!! He then had the nerve to tell me that I was going to have to Rent my own car to use for a couple of days until it was fixed!!!! I went to the GM of the Dealership the next day and he took care of everything for me.They have lost my business forever and my friends and familys business!!We will be using Parkway Chevrolet for all of our future business!

The person that checked me in… Not the tech because I didn’t meet the tech, however the person who greeted me and looked at my information on your computer was wonderful made me feel very important, and then when he took me to the young lady so that she could print up the paperwork for me to sign, the young lady was awesome… And when I checked out and paid your cashier was awesome. The people were awesome… I was there for two hours over two hours for an oil change...and I had an appointment… i’m not able to leave and come back later to pick up my car because I live too far away and your shuttle doesn’t go that far… So I’m forced to wait. So if anything could be done better it would be if I have an appointment that things don’t take quite so long… But because everybody was so wonderfully nice I didn’t really mind the wait

Price Increase!!!!! Basic, yes, Basic Oil changes jumped up to $102 up from $62! When I arrive no one greeted me. I had to reverse from one bay and go the the next bay before someone came over. Oh and my wait time with an appointment for this Saturday morning was 1.5 hours. People that got here after me left before me. The guy that brought my vehicle around parked my car outside the bay when everyone else’s car was right outside the cashiers inside the bay. Go elsewhere people. That’s how they reward existing customers.

The actual service received from Lone Star was excellent, the only complaint was with Chevy road side assistance, as the Blazer exhibited a load bang and the smell of burning just 0.5 mile from my home I was scared to drive it to Lone Star so called for road side assistance, was told that tow company was appointed and car would be collected around 8 am Monday, by 10 am no one had arrived, called company and was told that claim had been rejected, no reason no correspondence. I had no choice but to drive it to Lone Star.

They completed the oil change. Only complaints would be i had to go track down an employee to get my car serviced even though I had a 11:00 a.m. appointment then got pointed to 3 different people because the guy who was suppose to check me in was no where to be found. After it was checked in took about 2 hours to get a call that service was completed, no big deal went and had lunch and got the call. Upon paying for service and being told my car was complete it took 30 MINUTES for them to bring my car around that had been done for at least 45 mins by the time I arrived back at the dealership. Not exceptional service but they completed the job at a very lackadaisical pace.

I called and made an appointment for 15000 maintenance - job was done quickly, but I found out that the vehicle was not vacuumed. Asked the advisor and was told that he was busy and simply did not have enough manpower. A little disappointed - many dealer shops that I have been to provide both car wash and vacuum services for each maintenance service.
