This place is way far away from where my stepson and I live. Still, he swears by the high quality of the service, the speed of their work, and the courteousness and honestly of their employees. He gets his Jeep maintained and repaired there rather than anywhere else. I like the place too. Keep up the good work!

One name: Eric Guillot. Let me start by saying I had called about 3 times before I actually made it in to have my transmission oil changed/ regular oil changed. I finally made it in, and was referred to an older gentleman that looked a little less than helpful, and 2 minutes later I was walking out the door, which is where Mr. Eric stepped in to assist. Right off the bat, he was spot on, super kind, very courteous, gave me a time frame, estimate, everything I needed. I went home, returned this morning, got EVERYTHING done in the time frame we spoke of. Let me also say, I have a 7 year old that’s attending special Ed virtual summer school, and he was very accommodating fitting that into the time frame. Just overall amazing experience, I am so thankful to have found a vehicle service person that I can go to. This was my first time at this location, and it will not be my last. 5 stars

Car I saw online wasnt there when I arrived the same day. I see alot of dealers doing that now.But the body shop did estimate my vehicle properly and had it totaled out against the insurance companys low ball estimate.

Mr. Rodney did exactly what he said he was going to do. He had the part pulled and ready for pickup ASAP. And I needed ASAP. Most places would make you wait longer with knowing the fact that you were needing immediate assistance. And I had to return the part 10min later because lack communication between my job and I. So then he still refunded me as quick as he sold the part. Best service yet so far. Like I said most places are difficult to do business with, easy breezy service at Mac Haik Dodge parts department.

Poor customer service and very corrupt customer service.They wanted to charge me for parts covered by warranty for about 2000$ plus when I refused the service and took the truck to another delarship I ended paying my deductible only.please be aware of this delarship especially when you still have warranty.Be warned!

Not only could they not determine what was wrong with vehicle, they weren’t going to pick me up to get my truck back..upon retrieving my truck, the gas tank was on fumes and they did not so much as wipe down the interior after driving my vehicle all weekend ; a concern with covid ! Never recommend this service location!

Lost precious time at this dealership which I will never get back - Got one of their ads in the mail and it said that I won a television. One of their workers confirmed it over the phone. Went in person and it was a trap so that they could get leads. They said that only those with a specific confirmation number would win a television. I realize that there is usually no free lunch in life, but dont offer free goods if you arent going to pull through. What a company of scams. I was thinking about making a purchase from one of Macs dealerships down the road and if they are tricking me before Ive even expressed interest in one of their cars, what vultures and snares await those who try to make a purchase at this place?

My vehicle recently started having issues. Im not from Texas originally. I knew that I was going to need another one soon. I went to several car lots and I want call any names but everyone ignored me and my husband. Treated us like we had some type of disease. Never even acknowledged that we were on their lot. I was so frustrated that I was about to call it quits but something told me to go to Mac Haik Dodge so I did. This turned out to be the best decision I could have ever made. Everyone was kind and thoughtful. They even made sure that I was well taken care of. Our sells person was Ryan and he was awesome. He got me a new vehicle and I will be forever grateful. The last vehicle I had was pushed off on me and I hated it, but not this time I was given exactly what I wanted. Thanks Ryan and Mac Haik Dodge.

Watch out for bait and switch. They advertise online with price way lower than other dealership. Call and make appointments to checkout before buying the car. Well got their and informed me that the car I want was sold couple hour ago here they have two other similar. I have to leave work early and driving more than hour to the dealership at least they could informed me if the car had been sold.

Ive made 90-minutes back and forth drive for nothing. They have no idea of their advertisements, and very unprofessional customer services. Try not to go, not even make a call as they do not aware of their own services.

Ive been to this dealership quite a few talents over the years the experience has always been the same slow tight and docile but there was one salesman who was very enthusiastic in walked me over the dealership to find what I was looking for cool guy.

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation three weeks in advance and was assured that the service would take less than 45 minutes. Upon arrival I was placed at the back of the line behind 4-5 other customers and waited for nearly two hours before getting the car back. Couches and chairs are uncomfortable and wifi is slow. Not going back.

My grandpa got a scratch off ticket in the mail from this dealership. After he played the scratch off it said that he had won a 70’ flat screen tv. We were obviously both skeptical, but I called the number anyway to find out if it was real. A woman answered the phone and flat out lied to us when we asked if this was real or if there were other steps involved with getting this tv. She said no, if he had a scratch off that matches up to a prize then he had legitimately won the prize and there was nothing else needed except to schedule an appointment and come pick up the tv. Well, she lied. Everyone matched the prize on their scratch off and you had to see if your code on your ticket matched a code in a truck to win a prize.Their consolation prize for showing up is a $100 gift card for an app called “Dining Advantage” that has a 1 Star review on the App Store. There are limited restraints available to use it at, and based on the reviews it is hit or miss if the app even works when it comes time to pay the bill. So thanks for giving him something that he can’t even use and lying to us to begin with.They think that this is a good tactic to attract and draw in business. I can tell you 100% that you had the opposite effect on us. Neither of us will ever do business with this place after that. No one wants to do business with liars.

I went to the Dealership.. They were friendly and I left with the Truck I Wanted, and at the price I wanted. They were helpful in most processes. They are not the fastest moving dealership. The entire process took several several hours. But in the end I got my truck I got my price and I took it home.
