DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! THIS GUY CHARGED ME $550. FOR BUFFING AND TO REMOVE 3 DENTS. DID NOT DO A GOOD JOB. DIDNT COMPOUND THE CAR NOR USE ENOUGH CLEAR COAT. ALL OF THE MINOR SCRATCHES REAPPEARED AGAIN! WAIT THERES MORE.... HE PUT 40 MILES ON MY CAR! WHO DOES THAT?!?! HE DROVE MY CAR WHEN I LEFT IT FOR THE WEEKENDCHECK YOUR MILLAGE BEFORE YOU LEAVE GUYS! SMH

I JUST PICKED MY CAR UP TODAY FROM JOSES PAINT AND BODY SHOP ON TELEPHONE RD. IT WAS HIT BY FALLING DEBRIS ON LOOP 610. A NEW CAR 5 PAYMENTS MADE I WAS SO UPSET, MY HUSBAND INSTRUCTED ME TO TAKE IT TO JOSE. WHEN I ARRIVED I WAS GREETED BY JOSE JR. WHO LOOKED AT MY CAR AND EXPLAINED IN DETAIL WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE I AGREED TO LET THEM DO THE JOB, AND BOY IM SO GLAD I DID. THE JOB WAS DONE IN LESS THAN A WEEK AND MY CAR LOOKS BRAND NEW. EVERYONE WAS SO PROFESSIONAL IN THE OFFICE AND HELPFUL TO ALL MY NEEDS, AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PAINT AND BODY SHOP. THEY HAVE BEEN OPEN FOR 23 YEARS SERVING SOUTHEAST HOUSTON AND SURROUNDING AREAS. These guys over charged me for the work they did on my car. They left a backlight off that was there when I brought my car in for repair and they stole my cds out of my console which I thought was lame af. I would not recommend these guys to no one at all.

Professional. Service and price.

Worse service ever! Took my truck a couple years ago for a full restoration took it home. Later down the road paint started chipping bedliner coming off in chunks with rust bellow showing that they didnt do a good job it was a very expensive job for them to do really bad job. I took it back to them and they said they will fix it, but it would take 3 months to fix all the details. I come back, and the truck was left in the back unattended this whole time. And i never got a call. I spoke the the owner sister directly because both owners were cowards to show their faces. They tell me they wont take care of it because the job was done by another body man and painter that were let go. According to them it was their responsibility. So i got stuck with the worse job ever now i gotta pay to fix their screw ups. DONT EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY

Took my truck there in March for a small dent. Place looked like they did quality work, and the price was great so I jumped on it. I was a little nervous about how quickly I was told they would finish but hey it was a small dent. Two days later I rushed over to pick up my truck before work so instead of doing a thorough inspection I drove away feeling satisfied that is until a few days ago. Long story short the repair wasnt done properly just a quick bondo and paint cover job. I called them to fix the problem but they were reluctant to do so. Be careful with this shop, yes the prices are very reasonable but like they say you get what you pay for. Spend the extra $50 to get it fixed right somewhere else!

They bill you for dealer parts and install aftermarket....Used Sheetrock screws to put parts back together... paint started chipping 3 months later... if you do business here pay attention to detail before you drive off... Take your business elsewhere, your welcome..
