Customer service was great the sales lady was very helpful. The most important thing is the product and it was bad. Maria I believe was her name assured us the table would be the same color as shown in the catalog or “very close”. When I received my dinning table and chairs the table was a good 3 shades lighter with a red tone. The table I picked out was a dark brown almost black and I received a light brown color. The table is not sturdy on the ends, the material is just bad quality in our opinion. Now the chairs we only bothered to set 1 up and it was not even. I made sure we assembled everything correctly before contacting the store so Yes it was Assembled correctly. To top it off you can see the zipper of the chair cover all through the back and the chair wood part doesn’t even match the table they have streaks of a much lighter color. The whole reason we got the set was to have all the wood parts matching. Overall I am very disappointed with this product and will not be shopping there anymore. I came here because my parents bought all their main furniture here and it was great. I called the store and they wanted me to disassemble everything and take it to them so they can see if it was assembled correctly and offered to make a new order if the product was bad. I already don’t like this set because of the color so I’m not even going to bother doing that. We can’t return or exchange which is very bad since they are selling a false product.

My man and I went in there looking for every thing from a mattress to couches. We were starting from scratch. MARIA immediately helped us as we walked through the door. She was awesome! We were able to walk out with a whole living room set, bedroom set and mattress, and kitchen table for an incredible price. Quick and easy too! The financing process was quick and easy, took only about 5-10 minutes to get my approval status. It was a pain free process and I got everything done and what I wanted in about an hour. Went to Sarahs furniture store and spoke with Maria, we were in need of a King bedroom set. They beat the price Ashleys furniture originally quoted me. I ordered from Sarahs furniture and she gave me an expected date. When we received the furniture 2 drawers were cracked we called Maria, and she had 4 new drawers delivered to us at no extra cost.
