Stay away. Just don’t. We purchased a massage chair and the one we received does NOT feel like the massage chair that we tried on the showroom even though it looks the same. I called them about this issue and they were not helpful at all and offered to swap out the new massage chair we bought for the old show room one which has been used by thousands of people and pretty gross during covid times. Go to a real massage chair place if you want to purchase a chair. For those curious we bought the kawaii chair which they claim is a Korean product but it’s actually made in China. Buyer beware!

Terrible customer service. Do not buy their massage chair. They have a showroom with multiple massage chair but they will push you to buy the Kawaii chair. The show room is just for looks and to trick you into thinking they have a variety of chair but theyre really just selling the Kawaii chair which is very rough and hard compared to the one on the showroom. The Kawaii chair in the showroom is gentle but the one you end up getting is very rough

Unethical business owners. They will lie to you and not stand by their product. Do not buy their massage chairs. There is no refund policy and they did not make this known at time of purchase.

I really wish you could go lower than one star. my family came to check out the furniture and mattresses they had. The owner was disrespectful, unprofessional and many other things. The couches were said to be “real leather” within a a year the leather ripped apart slowly, and when they delivered it to us, it had scratch marks. Soon they delivered the dinner table set to us and the people that set up the table for us didn’t even do it correctly. after a week the table begins to slide and almost fell so we had to put it down and let it sit. They never came back to screw in the table correctly. The chair at the dinner table also began to rip a lot and i mean A LOT within a year. NEVER EVER buy anything there and i mean if. Leather is all fake, everything is overpriced and the people cannot be trusted. Terrible business and some of the appliances had food inside from the workers leaving it in there to use. I could keep writing down more bad things about this place but it wouldn’t be close to enough for me to tell you all of it.

This is horrible place. The owner said that the chair made in Italy, but when we paid over $3000 for the sofa, it was made in China. After 9 months, all the leather got damage. The owner is not honest person. I do not know why people want to go this place. We should go to Costco or another places to buy good and quality furniture.

They need to work better in their customer service, I feel rejected or less attended because I am not Vietnamese, they give preference attention to Vietnamese people. But, the store is very clean and has an excellent selection in almost all kind of furniture.

Beautiful furniture and very nice sales people. Ive been to a lot of stores and I dont always get nice and warm welcomes. I did here. Direct Furniture displays beautiful furniture and their prices are reasonable. I like the selections they offer. Ive been there a couple of times and they are always getting new stuff. I asked about financing and they offer up to 60 months 0% interest, Awesome!!! and they delivered and installed everything for free. thumbs up. I have had bad experience with furniture purchases before but this time I am 100% satisfied. I will recommend Direct Furniture to everyone I know.

Love this place... Family owned business with a nice showroom floor and good pricing. It was a pleasure working with them... They make you feel welcome, and were very easy to work with. They also give back to the local community, which is a huge plus for me. They are always working with the church and doing things to give back. Stop in and support these guys!

One of the best furniture stores in houston. Karen was really helpful in helping us find the the right sofa set and dining table. They are very friendly and have customer oriented mentality. Prices are very reasonable. The owner is very passionate and workable to make the deal happen.

My mother bought her leather sofa from this place after 3 months they started to peel off. Its expensive and bad quality. I do not recommend this place.

Well, I was bought a sofa in this store, and they said their sofa were sale. We got the sofa and they gave us a sofa table $400, but when we deposit our money to them, they said wait for tomorrow they are going to deliver. But when my dad off a work day to wait for them, they say that they were sale to the other customer. We are first time buy furnitures in their store and they said they sale to the other ppl. I have shopped a lot of different furniture stores and I must admit, Direct Furniture made my buying experience easy and extremely satisfied. as soon as I walked in the salesperson greeted me and offered to help me with what I was looking for. I purchased a tempurpedic mattress and I really love it. its so cool to the touch that just that alone sold me. then they had a sale on a really nice and modern looking bedroom, sold me on that too. I will come back here if I ever need anything else. and I highly recommend everyone else do so. the prices are not bad at all. for the quality, the price was just right. I happily spent my money and time at Direct Furniture. I would gladly advertise for them for free because of how satisfied I am with my purchase. I wont name any other stores but i went to a few of their competitors and ehhhh, not that great of service and their showrooms werent very impressive. they didnt have that much of a selection either. i walked the entire Direct Furniture store even thought i didnt need anything else. everything was just nice and different. i plan to bring my brother back so he can look around to see if he likes anything. will probably see if he wants a tempurpedic mattress too, i just love it. i cant explain it, you just have to come try.

Really upset after buying 2 mattresses and 1 king size bedroom set here. They said and showed us the bedroom set made in Italy. But after 1 and half years, they looked like junk. I spent $7,600.00 for all and after I called customer service to ask for help on repairing. They refused and talked like I am a stupid person when trusted and bought stuffs from them. Yes I was really stupid but never ever again.

Very very dissapointed, with the quality of matress set here! Too pricey for the BAD quality. NOT WORTH SPEND NOT EVEN A PENNY HERE. I dont reccomended at all, their furniture might look very good sitting there in the show room but in reality after you purchase and make use of it, it only last a year. POOR QUALITY!!!!
