Great merchandise but extremely arrogant man helped me. I saw a pair of fabulous lamps and they had to order them. Martin, Marvin, George, Daniel or whatever his name was (Ive repressed the incident) was extremely indifferent/snooty throughout the process. He told me it would be several weeks before they arrived but he never followed up. I would call every couple of months or so for a ridiculous stretch of time-something like six months. I ended up finding the same lamps online without the attitude.Its too bad when salespeople in high end stores (not that it matters if its high end or not) have to act like such arses.
