We excitedly went to Queens Furniture to look for a living room set. On April 19 we ordered and paid for a set and were told that it would be delivered by May 5 at the latest. When May 5 came around, it wasn’t here. The manager told me it would be here a week later, May 14. Today, May 14 we were told in the morning that the ETA was 3-7. It is now 9PM and the furniture has not arrived. This is horrible. We are so disappointed and really wanted our furniture on the original date we were promised. Smh

This place is a hidden gem for high quality furniture in the Houston area! They offer hand crafted mahogany and teak furniture at unbelievable prices. I have been shopping around for solid wood furniture for my new house for every weekend for the past year and comparing prices rigorously, but I was able to get exactly what I wanted from Queens Furniture by getting everything custom made to order and still saved 40% vs what I would have paid at a high end retailer! I had an antique Armoire that had been handed down in my family for generations that was lost in the flood remade thanks to Queens. I will forever recommend this place to all my friends and family!

In the past, we were happy to do business with the owner; he treated us well. Recently, we were about to make him big money TWICE. And I am talking thousands of bucks here. But, he flaked on us. We are also unable to contact the guy to confirm a time to drop by.

Stumbled upon this place while shopping on Harwin and so glad that I found this place! Top quality furniture and accent items. All prices are negotiable too! Small store front that is hidden but completely worth finding. I dealt with the owner and he treated me like family and gave me stellar deals on everything that I pointed out. Walked out of there with a car full of accent items!

I was very happy with my delivery they came at a great time they confirmed the day before. I had 2 bedroom sets, living room set, and dining set. They were there for maybe a hour an everything was perdect. Will defiently recommend to anyone that ask. Thanks

SCAM. I paid a deposit for custom furniture and never received the furniture. I was led on for months and constantly told lies about various delays (whenever I could actually get a hold of anyone which was rare). Queens never made my furniture and refused to refund my deposit. I filed a claim with my credit card company and Queens even went as far as lying to the credit company and tried to say that they did in fact deliver me furniture. Unbelievable.Do not trust anyone at Queens Furniture.
