I like to shop here because everything is a dollar and it makes it simple. The sales people are clueless, though. They dont know their stock at all and could care less about helping anyone. Other customers, however, are very helpful!

I always can find what I need, and plenty of extras. Always clean and neat.

Look. Its a Dollar Tree. Everything is a dollar, which is great, but dont go for the quality, cleanliness, selection or service. Ill be back, but you should go with the appropriate expectations.

Sunday January 15, 2017 11:06amI and another customer experienced very poor customer service this morning. We stood in line at register #1 a whole 6 minutes before getting any kind of service. I had to call store number to inform them they had customers waiting in line. I assume that the manager on duty whomever she maybe answered the phone. She never apologized or came out of the office with the glass windows. All she did was page Mrs. Lula to her register. Waited another 2 minutes and here comes Mrs. Lula dragging her feet to the register. She never greeted me, not even asked if I found everything I was looking for or made eye contact with me not once. I had to greet her and thank her, with no reply in return. Very Very Very Poor Customer Service on the Manager on duty as well as Mrs. Lulas behalf. I wasnt greeted by anyone even when I walked into the store to begin with. Is this really how Dollar Tree trains its Managers and Employees?? 😒😒WOW... NEVER AGAIN!!! I WILL JUST TAKE MY DOLLARS ELSEWHERE IM APPRECIATED AND ACKNOWLEDGED 😠😠

It was nice. The cashier was very friendly. But there was a lot of stock being put out and I could not get to what I was looking for. The cashiers personality saved that visit for me.

Great place to grab party supplies, paper and some cleaning items. The store was well stocked and clean. The only reason I could not give them 5 stars would be due to the customer service.

Good prices and selections. Lines are almost always long but you get what you pay for. I can always find seasonal items, cute seasonal socks, and conveniently cheap items!

I only go when Im in desperate need. Piss Poor customer services. Always crowded and the employees are rude and not friendly. The manager is the worst that I ever witness. Its convenient to my house but I dont mind driving the distance for better services. No one greets you or tell you thank you for shopping. Its always stock in the aisles making it impossible and not safe at times just to walk through. The store is junky.I have never experienced this type of services before. Its unacceptable on all levels.

Good variety. This location and the one in Alabaster near the Walmart are honestly the most varied and cleanest Ive visited in the Birmingham metro area.

What can you say? Its my goto for first aid supplies, paint brushes, batteries and gift wrap. Its also great for organizing supplies and food storage. Cant beat a dollar apiece.

Whoever is saying this place is clean via reviews is not telling the truth. This is the WORST dollar tree in the area. Every aisle is torn apart in clutter, there are always boxes in aisles all the time, the staff in extremely rude, and the bathrooms are awful. Everytime I go here I regret it. Go to the one in Hoover or Vestavia if you want a nice organized store and a friendly staff.

I usually go in this dollar tree with no problem ! I’m not sure what’s up with the strict return policy BUT today your cashier and manger gave me trouble on returning, first off I didn’t have my receipt I honestly didn’t know what I did with it but figured it maybe at home but didn’t feel like driving all the way home and come back to “this location “ bc it seems as if I went some where else I probably would not been able to return it either by the way your strict policy is ! I have return items before with receipt and most of the time I just did an exchange and that was it but today 7/2/2018 @ 5:00-5:30 I couldn’t just walk in and return the merchandise smh i had to tote everything back out and back in . I’ll see if I had opened the merchandise or something seems suspicious but everything was in tact ! I’ve been in management before and even worked for Dollar Tree years ago and I never seen such poor customer service . I want be coming back to this location after today plus once I bought everything back with the receipt the cashier still had a hard time doing my transaction, waited in line over 30 mins just ridiculous if you ask me . Even you all biggest competition offer in Store credit and exchange without receipt .

Found some Dover coloring books, for only a dollar, for my sisters birthday this month, in February, while most stores like Wal-Mart charged like 3$ for one card, I got one for 50 cents.

Dollar Tree in Vestavia Hills is the cleanest, most organized Dollar Tree!
