Could not have been any friendlier! Açaí bowl and you get to add your own toppings all included in the price. This was more solid açaí scoops and not too watered down/liquidy like at some other places.

Amazing acai bowls with very good quality acai and fresh fruits. Perfect consistency and the right level of sweetness. The waffles were also very good (more as a dessert). Owner was friendly too, definitely recommend checking this place out.

The açaí was amazing with a really smooth texture and just the right level of sweetness. The chocolate waffle was also super delicious. The 🍯 honey they have on the side is high quality too.

Cal and Elle are some of the kindest people on the planet. They made us feel so welcome. The food was presented extremely well and the flavors mixed together so perfectly. I had the peanut and guava and the kids had chocolate chip and banana. My only modification is that I might order a half next time. They are very filling and I over ate to finish and not feel guilty by wasting food that was clearly made with love and kindness. I’ll be making this a must stop on future trips. On a side note the mall had very similar pricing on cloths and gifts than the famous swap meet. Support these kind people and get good deals.

This place, the staff, and the food are awesome and filled with aloha! Cal was generous with his time and shared a bit about his story and path to opening Waffle and Berry. Ellas chocolate chip waffle with acai (half of our order is pictured) was blissful and large enough to split with after a day at the beach. The homemade whipped cream and acai were perfect consistency. The add-on bar with cacao nibs, coconut, honey, and other goodies were the figurative cherry on top. We do not make it to town often with the COVID situation, but when we do, we will make Waffle and Berry a regular stop. Cheers!

Kal is very friendly and helpful. Located in the back left corner of the market, waffle and berry provides the best açaí bowl in Honolulu with great portions and a large serving of fruit toppings. Waffles are crispy and flavorful! Highly recommend and will return.

Some delicious acai, and the waffles are just incredible. The mojito mocktails were good, offering a wide range of flavors- a refreshingly sour beverage with a hint of sweet, especially with strawberries or blueberries. The waffle options were both delicious and fairly-priced. These arent as cheap as an eggo, but they dont taste like one either. Toppings including fresh fruits, whipped cream, Nutella, acai, and ice cream are all available, and syrup and honey are provided. The waffles themselves can be made in traditional or chocolate variants, and the menu allows for a half, whole, or split waffle for any number of combinations. For the cherry on top of the amazing food, the staff was wonderful- very friendly and welcoming, and exceptionally helpful. All said, this was a perfect experience and would make an excellent choice for a delicious meal for any occasion.

Wife, toddler, and I shared a Berry and Cream plate. The waffles were hot out of the iron; the fruits were all fresh; and the vanilla ice cream was a heaping mountain on top. We devoured the whole thing, and it was large enough to get us from brunch to dinner.My only suggestion is that they add some coffee to the menu. The only coffee place in this mall is good but way too slow. A simple Keurig or even just a drip-machine would make this place beyond perfect.

These were honestly the BEST WAFFLES we ever had. They look as good as in the online photos and taste even better.The fruits were freshly cut and the presentation of the waffles with the fruits, ice cream and sauce looked not just like a simple dessert but more like a perfect composition.Also, the staff was great. Man this place is the best! Couldn’t find it from Google maps, and when I called the store, they picked up right away and even said they could meet me outside. It’s inside of the Ohana grocery store. Two of the nicest people you could meet working here. They also helped me carry my food to the seating area.Exactly what I wanted after a rough morning. I skipped breakfast and lunch to go all out here and it was worth it! Prices are great for what you get. I got about four meals worth of food for $25. Chocolate chip banana waffle with fresh whipped cream and vanilla ice cream. Waffle was soft inside, fresh, and had great flavor on its own. Top quality ingredients! Açaí bowl was also amazing with any number of toppings you could want. Fruit was super fresh and delicious. I love acai bowls and when I saw the ratings for this place I was curious. Is it really that good? ABSOLUTELY! The acai bowl was the best Ive had and the waffles were delicious! Crisp on the outside and fluffy inside. The portions are very generous too! My husband and I shared the berries and cream waffle and a large(3scoop) acai bowl and we were stuffed. If you are not wanting a full meal I recommend a half or small size.The service was excellent as well. People were really friendly. The guy even helped us find seating and carry our order because tables were limited and we had our hands full with a baby and toddler.The place is located in a building that almost seems like an indoor market with other food places and people selling local products. You can find some seating there or try looking outside.Definitely try it and youll never want to go anywhere else for your acai bowls ❤️ going back and taking more friends next time to show my new found hidden treasure.

Mix and match beteen various flavors of waffle, sliced fruit (including bananas, kiwi, strawberry, mandrin oranges, blueberry), vanilla ice cream, acai sherbert, peanut butter, chocolate, and whipcream. Assorted toppings are also avaliable for self serve such as granula and homey.Any and all of these can be used to make a waffle or bowl.Friendly and helpfull staff will help you find the breakfast YOU want.

Had a serious Belgian waffle craving that these guys put to rest. I hadnt been here before and when I say I had a serious craving I mean I even packed a little squeeze bottle with real maple syrup because these kinds of places only ever have the cheap gluggy corn syrup stuff right? Wrong! That little plastic ramekin top right of my pic is Canadian maple syrup! 😚👌 The plate I got with the fruit salad, ice cream (with chocolate syrup), and acai pictured was $12.55 after tax and before 20% tip - a great value in my opinion. And the guys working there are super friendly. I called to make sure they were open because not all the Ohana Hale places are consistent with their hours, but W&B are reliable. Last bit not least, the waffle itself was top notch.

This place literally is the best. Don’t even question it just go. Walked up and got greeted with straight happiness. Everything was PERFECT I got the chocolate waffles with bananas and they actually let you custom make the waffles. The mojitos was just 😍😍. I’m a picky person when it comes to allowing people to cook for me and let me tell you they just blew me away with how clean they are. Just go you won’t regret it.

My wife and I were around the area the other day and hadnt eaten breakfast yet. It was already afternoon but my wife wanted pancakes. So I researched the area to find this place instead. Initially, we got lost because we didnt know it was inside the new marketplace. So, I called for directions. When we finally found the place, we were welcomed by the owner and his worker. They were very friendly and provided phenomenal customer service! The waffles were delicious too! They offer different waffle flavors and various toppings. They also sell acai bowls and virgin mojitos. There are also additional self-serve toppings like honey, cocoa chips, etc.

Jordan and Cal are both extremely nice and helpful. It was an absolute pleasure to do business with them. We found waffle and berry because of the good reviews. Its in the back left corner of the Ohana Hale Marketplace on Ward Ave.We got acai bowls and three different waffles (chocolate, Nutella, and peanut butter themed). The waffles were good and the fruits that were used were all beautiful and tasty. The acai bowl was beautiful and delicious as well. Ive probably tried around five different acai bowls elsewhere and this was my favorite. The texture and flavor of the acai was soooo good!If youre looking for quality waffles or acai bowls, I would highly recommend Waffle and Berry.

Our family recently “discovered” this hidden gem in the “Ohana Hale Market”! We LOVE açaí bowls and have tried ALOT of places. The owners are so friendly, which makes this place even more enjoyable to buy from! Their açaí bowl is by far THE BEST we’ve tasted! The açaí is really thick and creamy (unlike most places where the açaí melts fast), and loaded with fresh fruit! Not to mention the free condiments you can top it off with like honey, finely shredded coconut, chia seeds, and more! We also had the non-alcoholic kiwi mojito and it was DEEELICIOUS and so refreshing! Can’t wait to try their waffle dishes, as other customers said those are awesome as well!

These are the best waffles Ive ever had! I got chocolate chip waffles with banana on top. They also put ice cream and whipped cream on top which was delicious! The owners provided amazing service as well. They were friendly, funny, and made the whole experience perfect. While we were waiting, they gave us tiny little açai cups and even made us a complimentary mojito mocktail (they made sure to specify there was no alcohol in it 😂)! That was so delicious, I probably could have drank 5 of them! Overall, it was one of my favorite experiences while visiting Hawaii and I look forward to going back again.
