Like other people on here they dont answer their phones ever. They send a notification that they are busy and will get back to you so I sent them a message on Instagram and they asked me when I wanted the cake time date what kind my phone number and address and then I did answer back pretty quickly with that info and never heard from them again. Im beginning to wonder if this business is a front for just collecting peoples info and using it in fraud. Im going to have to have the base cover security check them out. It doesnt seem legit.

I was invited to a kids birthday party- the theme was Aeronautical- the cake was shaped like an airplane and absolutely beautiful- usually pretty cakes taste horrible- however this one was delectable!!! Loved every single bite of from scratch goodness! so if you want a unique cake that everyone will enjoy visually as well as savor- get one for your next event!

Apparently they are great if you can get them to make your cake. I wouldn’t know as I never got an order confirmation after 2 weeks of trying through email, call, text, Instagram, and Facebook messenger. I did get a text saying “I can’t talk right now.” The owner posted several times on Instagram, so I can’t imagine messages weren’t checked. It became apparent that they did not want my business, and I can’t really tell you why. I would have appreciated an email or message stating they couldn’t make our cake instead of being ghosted. I’ve read other reviews after the fact where people had the same experience as me. Madcakez was referred to me by a coworker, so I went out of my way to try and get a cake made to support them, especially with the lack of a wedding business during lockdown. I left 3 stars because the gentleman that helped me in their shop on Hickam was very pleasant and the cupcakes I purchased tasted good. The owner was not present at that time.

Amazing cakes and pastries !! His tirmisu is the best I’ve had ! As well as his lemon bars, his sweets are not too sweet but just right ! Amazing customer service and an awesome baker ! Nixon is an all around talented guy . Check him out !
