Tony Criado and Albert Madeiros own and operate this top-notch BMW and Mini Cooper repair facility. I only take my X5 and my wife’s Mini Cooper there and wouldn’t dream of taking our cars anywhere else. Very honest and fair in every dealing that I have been involved with them. Highly recommended.

I have been taking all the BMWs I have owned, to this shop for many years. The work is top notch, extremely knowledgeable team, professional and friendly, dependable and trustworthy. My friends continue to take their BMWs there too, after I recommended them. I will not take my cars anywhere else for service. My two M3s deserve the best, and I get that from A&A Motor Werkes!

There service is amazing. And they DONT rip you off like going to Bmw. There really friendly, and there workmanship is amazing.

So I had to get a clutch job done and I wasn’t expecting it. I took it to the shop for a bleed of the clutch system. They called and informed me that it was not the system but possibly the actual clutch it’s self. The quote they gave me was really good considering the other quote I got was 8000. They quoted me around 1900 which was amazing considering the situation. As soon as I told them they could do the clutch change they did it in three days and if anything came up that had to do with parts they called me and asked if I wanted to buy from on island or have it shipped in or not. They were really professional and helpful the whole way. I didn’t know that they gave military discount either until I walked in to pay in my uniform and told me they gave a discount which was awesome. If you have any problems with your mini or bmw then these are the guys to come see for sure. 10/10 would recommend.

My 2010 Mini Cooper was handled with care by Tony and Issac. I decided that it was too much for me to handle, the cost of getting mini repaired that they suggested donating it to wheels for wishes foundation. They were so understanding of our situation and insisted we didn’t need to pay for their time. These hearts of these 2 men, I am forever grateful!

I took my X5 to A&A Motor Werkes because they came highly recommended form my mechanic buddies (Im a decent mechanic but very limited to what repairs I can do myself, living in an apartment and I dont work as a mechanic). Im very glad I came to Albert and Tony. They were personable, informative and so were their mechanics. They charged me an honest price and the work they performed was perfect. If you want precision work done at good price, and you want it done quickly you should go to A&A.

Bottom Line: A&A Motor Werkes is awesome...#1 choice for my Mini Cooper and BMW X3. Tony is the man!My 2007 Mini Cooper broke down from overheating and I had my car towed to A&A Motor Werkes to get repaired. Tony helped us throughout the whole process (diagnosis, repair, insurance, testing, etc) and I couldnt have asked for more. He was very friendly and thorough from start to finish. Not only do the guys at A&A know their BMWs and Minis, they work with most major insurance companies and extended warranties. They did everything to help me save as much money as possible and get my car up and running again. I really couldnt have asked for more and am grateful that Tony and his crew helped get my Mini back on the streets. Ive always taken my Mini to the Mini dealer to get my car worked on, but no more. Without getting into the specifics of all the parts and labor involved, I just want to point out that everytime I have taken my Mini to the dealer to get worked on (nothing as big as this job with A&A), Ive always paid anywhere between $500 and $1500 with my insurance supposedly covering what they could. With A&A Motor Werkes, my tab was under $500 and this job has been the biggest job of all so far on my car.With that being said, save yourself money, feel like family, be informed every step of the way, get high quality work done, and take your Mini or BMW to A&A Motor Werkes. I really cant say enough about them especially for the amount of money theyve saved me.On another side note too, Tony did take me and my pops for a quick tour of their facility and they even have a drop off zone for your car so if you ever break down and think you have nowhere to tow your car to, A&A Motor Werkes is still there for you.

Long story short had a terrible experience at BMW of Honolulu. I took my car to A&A and they were able to get me back on the road at a fraction of the cost of what the BMW dealer was charging. I can not thank Tony enough for going above and beyond with my car situation and I recommend all to bring their vehicles here.

I came to this place because of the great reviews and I wasnt let down!! Tony and his team are very honest and helpful and treated me better than any New BMW store has every treated me! They also charged me a fair price to fix my car. I just moved here so I was so afraid of getting ripped off. They have a customer for life now! Staff and service are excellent.

Great service and reasonable prices. We were worried we might not find reliable and honest mechanic, having just moved here, but we got lucky when we ended up at A&A. They are professional and treated us with respect, even though it must have been apparent that we knew very little about the used BMW wagon we recently purchased. Well definitely be back there in the future.

I always see A&A Motor Werkes whenever I need servicing done on my BMW. Tony and Albert (owners) are good people and people who you can trust with your BMW servicing. I recently went in because my rear brake light indicator was on. I drove into the shop, they did some quick checks, replaced the bulb and I was done. I dont go anywhere else when it comes to taking care of my vehicle, especially when it is the one that my daughters drives the most.

Straight Talking, clean work. Albert treated myself and my fiance with respect and choices as how to proceed with many mechanical issues ailing her 325CI. Nothing major in an of itself, but accumulative, was a good hit in the bank acc . He presented many choices and let us decide how we wished to proceed. The work done was professional and completed on time. We will be using A & A Motor Werkes in the future.

Best place for BMW. All mechanics in the town gave me estimate of $4500+ they fixed my oil leak for $1200. what else can you ask.

This shop is awesome! I origanally had my car taken to another shop and they attempted to up charge me on the parts and labor. After I shopped them, Bavarian, they took a hundred bucks off and tried to overcharge me. A and A came to the rescue and repaired my BMW 650i for 80% less than what Bavarian Motor Experts tried to charge.
