Amazing service. Jason was our salesman from the beginning, he kept us updated with everything about our vehicle. I am one of the lucky ones able to get a Bronco! When we finally got the call from him that our vehicle had just arrived, Jason took initiative to stay later than his shift to make our purchase smooth specially with our two little ones there. Jason his Ford team helped us get the price that we agreed on and get the vehicle inspected and detailed all in the same day! I gave them a star because I was able to walk away with a vehicle. They sold me the wrong car on paper and almost let me walk out the door with the right vehicle wrong everything else. If I didnt catch it no one would have.I walked around for almost an hour without any help, and I had to find someone to ask for help. And even then I was blown off.They were lucky they were the only one who had the truck I liked.Not to mention how rude the majority of the staff were. I wouldnt wish my worst enemy to shop here. Any other ford dealership would be multiples better. Its enough to make you not like Ford and everyone Ive talked to feels the same way about this place.After purchase I needed a locked lugnut off and they could afford the time to help me. Told me I needed to schedule two weeks out to get one lug nut fixed. DO NOT GO HERE.

Thomas and Isaac were great to work with and made the process easy and hassle free. Even though vehicles prices are high because of the shortage, I got a great deal that other dealerships were not able or willing to do. Thought I would buy a Tacoma but after driving both, the Ranger was way better. Smoother ride, more standard options and quicker acceleration.

The buying experience of my vehicle was nice but ever since I left the lot I’ve been having trouble getting in contact with anyone regarding my registration. I got my vehicle in June and it is now October and I’ve yet to receive my registration. Every time I have called either no one would answer or I’d be told another 2 weeks. I paid $500 for something I’ve yet to receive that’s a bit ridiculous

The staff is really helpful and kind. Seemed like they actually cared for what we were after. Some of the used vehicles could have been cleaned up better for a dealership though. And safety checks should already be done on a car from a dealership, new or used. (Ours was not)

The most useless dealership, the customer service, and service itself is atrocious. Went for an AC issue, and couldn’t fix the problem for 2 months. I don’t even know if they actually fixed it. I’ve caught them in lies with Ford headquarters, and they are so in complacent they can’t even tighten my oil drain plug. The bolt was about to fall out. Leaked all over the place and had to fill it up on spot. So thanks Honolulu Ford for being absolutely terrible. Will never come back.

Since we are pretty stick with Ford, the most thing we concerned during car purchase is the experience with sales person. Rafa is one of the best auto sales I have ever had. He is very nice person, and absolutely professional. Also I would like to highlight he is a honest, kind heart young man, which is so important to customers. This had to be the worse possible experience I have ever experienced with ANY business in my entire life. The dealership stole $185 from my wife. We dropped our vehicle off at the dealership and told the service agent that we had a check engine light on and had a diagnostic completed at autozone, which indicated a faulty purge valve and we wanted to replace. They explained that they would do there own diagnostic to confirm, which would cost $160 if we decide not to do service through the dealership. If we did decide to the service and their diagnostic confirmed the issue the cost would be waved. We agreed….The service attendant sent us a quote which was over twice as much from the Ford dealer down the road, which we asked how that could possibly be the case. So we asked for an itemized list, which showed the diagnostic being included. We were confused because they said it would not be included if we decided to use their services. We tried to call several times, but the dealership would not answer (I’m assuming they have caller ID) We visited the dealership 3 times after the quote to ask why the quote included the diagnostic and how it could be over double the other dealerships, but unfortunately they did not offer any answers. We had to go 3 times because they would not give us the keys unless we paid them. Finally my wife was concerned of the dealership holding our vehicle as they demonstrated a lack of honesty as they deceived us and worries they would damage our vehicle.Lastly, they asked if I was military and would give me a 10% discount once I agreed to pay. We eventually paid and I was charged $185 not $160 and no discount…another deception technique.All that being said, I come from a Ford family (my grandfather retired from Ford and my uncle currently employed by Ford). I have traveled the country due to military service and have had nothing but outstanding service. This is the only instance I have received this sort of service from Ford, let alone any business. I have never been blatantly robbed by someone let alone one of America’s greatest Businesses.

I would leave Honolulu Ford 0 starts if I could. I took my vehicle in to get a couple things warrantied that were already wrong before i took delivery of the vehicle in California. They “took down my information” and took photos of my car, and then “submitted my claim” and told me they’d let me know within 48 hours. No one ever called me. It took me three days to even get someone to answer me in the service department and then the girl that did answer couldn’t find my information so that tells me my information was never even submitted in the first place. Do better Honolulu Ford.

What an awesome experience we had today at Honolulu Ford.Our salesman Rafa Lu was great! So nice and super helpful. We were looking at the new Mustang Mach-E. My Dad has a car with Ford. Very not satisfied with the service department and the customer service at this location.The car had to get service and still the same issue over and over again with the issue not being fixed at all. We came by Ford to drop off the car to get it serviced. While filing paperwork and had a few questions to ask. I was standing by the door of the front receptionist seeing all the guys gathered behind the desk laughing. Very unprofessional for a work place. Then the next day, my Dad try calling the service department to check on the status of the car being fixed, no one was answering the phone.

Save your money and go to Cutter Ford or any other repair shop.We were charged $183 to run diagnostics on our car and tell us what we already knew - that the purge valve needed to be replaced. We already had a free diagnostics run at AutoZone which told us the same thing.The diagnostics fee was quoted at $160. When we received the final invoice there was over $20 for taxes and miscellaneous fees. We also did not receive the 10% military discount they told us they offered.Labor to replace a purge valve was close to $700.The price difference between Honolulu Ford and Cutter Ford for the same procedure is below.Cutter Ford - $480Honolulu Ford - $1080

Honolulu Ford took care of my issue which was under warranty so no complaints there however, the customer service could use improvement.When I first came into the service center, I stood for about 5 minutes before anyone said anything to me.Also, there was about 5 times when someone said they would call me with information later and never called.Ford did fund a rental vehicle as a loaner however, the dealer failed to tell me that Ford will only pay for a Ford vehicle as a rental. I showed up at the rental car place and had to wait for them to get a Ford from another location.Overall not too bad, just somethings to consider improving from my perspective.

Very poor service for the fleet vehicle I needed serviced. Could never reach the fleet service individual, Justin Uchida, and service manager was no help either. Calls to the service department arent answered and if happen to wait long enough nobody can provide information except the individual youre working with - who seems to only answer text or voicemails when/if he feels like it. Vehicle was in the shop for over a month and no sense of urgency or follow through. Recommend finding somewhere else to get your service done.

Scheduled my 2020 for a first oil change and had an issue that also needed to be looked at under the factory warranty. Mya was my contact person and provided excellent customer service. Thorough, responsive, honest, friendly, and knowledgeable about my car. She explained it my language and my car was ready same day.I also was provided transportation from and to the dealership in a timely manner. The driver Alex was courteous and kind.Absolutely recommend Honolulu Ford on King Street.

While I absolutely love the car and deal, this has to be the absolute worst staff ever. I wrote to the GM, Sales Manager, and Service Manager. Not a single one acknowledged my correspondence nor responded. I had to contact the corporate office to receive a response and resolution for my problem. The junior sales person did a solid job although his inexperience showed. The only other exception to the poor service experienced at this location was Dave Anderson. He definitely saved the day and provided service after the sale. If it wasn’t for him, my review would be ZERO STARS!!! I’m incredulous that this dealership is still standing with such poor service.

I will not be returning to this dealership in the future and I hope you do not either. Cody assisted me today in selling my car and no only did he leave from helping we and start helping someone new but when I came back to the dealership to seal the deal he was ignoring my questions, would walk away and not say anything. I signed all paperwork and went to grab everything out of my car and he felt the need to get in the car and start putting my stuff in bags for me. I did not give him permission to touch my belongings and I felt extremely rushed. I reached over to grab my garage door opener off my visor and her reached in front of me and opened my sunglasses holder and game them to me which distracted me and I forgot to grab the garage door opener. Once I got home I realized I forgot it and call the dealership 10 times before I finally go some to answer the phone just to find out they had disposed of my garage door remote. Now I have to may $40 to purchase a new one where this could have been avoided if I had not been rushed and if he would not have been in the vehicle with me touching my stuff. Then once the sale was final he just walked away and did not say anything so I was left standing in the middle of the show room holding the keys to the car not knowing what to do next until I pulled someone aside 10 mins later and asked if there was anything else I needed to do and that I still had the keys. Very unprofessional staff and Cody also tried to tell me my break pads needed to be changed and quickly retracted his statement when I told him I had just had the front and back changed out three weeks prior. Don’t get scammed and go to someone else. Also they are not following COVID protocol the arm rest on the car they sat me in was absolutely disgusting!!!!!

Are you running a non-profit organization on an outer island and looking to send your truck into the dealership for repairs only to find out your vehicle has been stolen because the dealership left the keys in vehicle overnight?Do you want to deal with an unsympathetic manager who refuses to replace the vehicle in full and ship it to Lanai? Do you want to be fed disingenuous lines about insurance that lack compassion for you as a customer and what your organization does?If so then be sure to come down to this miserable excuse of a car dealership and give them your money. Tried to take advantage of a special program at Honolulu Ford but a sales person took on the responsibility of telling us that we dont qualify unless we are able to do a $600 or $700 monthly payment. He also ignored my wife, who is responsible for the purchasing and budget, and couldnt take the time to stop picking his teeth with his dental floss.disappointed in Honolulu Ford. Third time working with Angel Mendias. Because we liked our experience with him when we purchased our 2015 Explorer, we made it a point to only purchase from Honolulu Ford even though Cutter had the trim and color we wanted. I was very bummed to see Eric’s name along with Angel’s name on the deal. I take it they split the commission on the sale, which isn’t fair because of a tricky thing that they do on their website, which I will explain in the “How can we improve” box.

We asked to send us a quote and nothing was received. Before we asked to send many times.No one sent anything. There are so many people working there and it is still feels unattended. In Mercedes-Benz 3 people work, but you feel VIP. They definitely need to improve service.

I want to start my review by stating that I did purchase a vehicle here. The pros to this place is that they do have some decent deals on cars and they have nice staff. The cons for me is that the car I purchased had some dents and scratched, claimed to be done by one of their employees after they purchased the vehicle. When I said I would purchase the car if I could get them fixed, they agreed to write a “we owe” contracts and they would fix it in around 4 days and would give me a loaner for the duration of the maintenance. This ended up taking 16 days and on about day 12 they called and wanted the first loaner I had back ASAP bust gave me a new loaner. In the end the dealership made right on the car but take note that things might take quite a bit longer than they say it will.

I have the WORST experience with this place. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to NOBODY!!! I thought that by going to a dealership it would be better experience, but it isnt. I am a VICTIM of FRAUD!!! I went there Green to the scene and Trusting, what i got was getting taken advantage of!!! They financed me a USED vehicle at the highest APR. So i have a 2013 Toyota Sienna which at the time had 71,200 miles dent in the back DVD player not working for the price of $34,000 and with 24% APR interest of $34,000...... With a Ford Protect 6 month warranty for 6000 miles at the price of $3800.00 Plus they made up a False drivers license number to get me false car insurance. I went back 2 days later, finance manager Rhett Vanfossen said that I could NOT cancel on the DEAL!!!.This is PREDATORY LENDING.. and MISREPRESENTATION

He was super knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted, and wasn’t pushy like some salesmen I’ve experienced before. Was able to trade in my car with absolutely no issues. Our car had a recall and we took it in. Couldnt fix due to the parts being on back order so they put our car back together and gave it back. Our car started having issues on the way home. We called them back to try and rectify the situation but they started ignoring our calls and texts. Worst customer service.

So disappointed with our service. My husband and I were scammed into purchasing an extended warranty that not only was expensive but also the warranty was useless since our vehicles manufactured warranty lasts longer. I just wish people could be honest and not take advantage of families and our hard working money. Jerry for the people, I think not‼️Please do your research, we definitely don’t want this to happen to you.

It was great buying a car there. They gave me an excellent price, and they also offered me some BBQ and a drink. My Ford Explorer is so great. Ive only ever driven Fords so Im always happy. Maybe Ill get that new Bronco next. Ill definitely go to see Issac when Im ready to buy again.

To start, the staff are simply phenomenal. I went in with my 2 kids both below two and not a single person batted an eye at my daughters antics, everyone was more than accommodating to my family. I went in knowing what i wanted but i was open to options. The salesman did not force or try to push me to something else, just discussed if what i wanted was right for my situation. Most of all everyone was patient through the process, that I am sure I did not make easier. If i need another vehicle any time soon i know i will be going back.
