This place is wonderful. Such good care, so much knowledge. And much cheaper than the dealership!

Herwig (owner) was an honest and down to earth guy. He explained what was needed to make my daughter’s gifted 2006 E500 from her grandparents safe for use. The car has low mileage, but was more or less neglected. The brakes needed a flush and front discs in addition to the oil service. He doesn’t pressure you into any service, and allows you to make your own decision “with no hard feelings”.On a side note, he was a joy to talk to. He explained how he got the beautiful mural in his waiting room of a city in Germany. He shared his travels to Germany. Basically, he is a genuine trustworthy gentleman.

Friendly service..... but however, the owner over charges patrons for smaller/miscellaneous jobs on Mercedes models. Correct timing of the job at hand is essential. I definitely paid too much!! Not pleased with overpaying!! I wont be returning anytime soon.

Great man mr. Helwig the owner, good talking German with, he is one of the old guard master mechanic who knows what hes doing.

Best place to take your mercedes to get any work done. I am shocked to have finally met a honest mechanic shop. He quoted me a price which I thought was super cheap for all the work that was being done. When I went to pick it up he gave it to me for that price since he made the mistake on quoting me for all the work that was being done. He keeps my benz running like its brand new. Best shop in town.
